I can't seem to upgrade to Adobe PDF pack, why is that?

I want my money back it doesn't work for me. I have only had it lest than a week. I want to cancel it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I want to do is cancel my damn account, I have been on hold for 30minutes being transferred by one guy somewhere around10minutes in.  The online chat is a joke, waiting 50+ minutes with no acknowledgement.  For a big company this is horrifying and I will never ever ever ever ever spend another cent on adobe products.

I would like to upgrade to the Adobe PDF Pak but on a monthly basis, even though it is a little more.  I currently have the Adobe Send on an annual basis with Auto renewal.  Even if I turn off auto renewal, it won't let me upgrade unless I turn auto renewal back on.  I didn't think it should be this difficult....Linda

I am working on creating a Navlog for private pilots to use. I have a form already built and it looks like most of the available "text boxes" are recognized in the "Fields" section. However, when I preview the form none of the boxes will allow the entry of text. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Help.  Today I can't login to PDF Pack.  I converted files 3 days ago with no problems.  I have monthly pay with auto deduct from my credit card so the bill has been paid!

How does a person get in contact with Adobe to cancel a membership as I don't need to pay for something that isn't working properly. Have checked for updates etc. Reader x is used for converting files to pdf's as I had rcvd. an answer from someone that you cannot create pdf files with reader, I have reader x and which I have used many times to create pdf's before.... after selecting a file the convert file is not highlighted as a choice.
