why has my installation stopped at 80%?

I have installed Acrobat XI Pro but when I try to open the program or a PDF and enter my serial number to validate, I am told the serial number is valid but no program that matches the number is installed on my computer.

Can someone tell me which link on the download site I should use?  All I want is the free reader for Windows 8.1. PDF in November I purchased the annual subscription to Adobe Export.  I was able to use the service, until about a month ago. Now it is telling me to subscribe for what I already paid for.  Kindly assist.

I signed up for a free trail and want to convert a PDF file to word.  I am in Adobe Reader and hit Convert and it clocks but I do not have a converted file after it stops.  How do I do this?

I bought convert PDF a few weeks ago and about 90% of the time I try to convert a PDF, no matter what the file is, an error message comes up and it does not covert for me. What is the problem here?

I just bought the year subscription to the basic service, allowing me to convert PDF files to Word and Excel. Post export, the file is all but ruined. Some things are underlined and typed out, while other seemingly random parts are pasted in like a picture. I want my money back now, worst product I ever bought.

I normally live in Australia and had subscribed to ExportPDF while living there and renewed while back there. At present I am doing voluntary service in Israel and cannot access my subscribed service. When back in Australia I found access was no problem but in Israel I cannot access it. Is the block supposed to stop subscriptions from Israel or all access to the service while travelling?
