I signed up to convert PDF to word, paid my money and have spent over an HOUR trying to get it to work and reading forums.  I have tried EVERYTHING listed and just want to convert.  I get this message on the program:An error occured while trying to access this serviceAnd this message online:The file you are trying to access could not be found.  The file may have been deleted or moved in another session.PLEASE HELP!!!

I have tried to cancel my subscription since November last year. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION !!!! I trashed my credit card to avoid your bad service. I paid the subscription but I was unable to use your conversion service. RGattass

‌For the last three days I have been signing in on the Adobe website each day to try and cancel an annual subscription I have to Adobe Export PDF. What am I missing? There is no facility in MANAGE ACCOUNT or EDIT PAYMENT to do this. I have posted a request twice to customer care and received no return communication. Each time I click on anything to do with CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION I am taken in circles on the website. There is also no phone number for the Australian region. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed that something so simple has taken up a considerable amount of my time with no resolution. After this experience I will be reluctant to subscribe to Adobe again. Please, if anyone from ADOBE reads this could you please do me the courtesy of cancelling my subscription? The renewal is not due until early March so I am advising you in plenty of time. Thank you.

I pulled up one of my PDF files and got the option to convert to a word file.  I said OK and it converted every PDF file on my computer to a Word file and now I don't have any options to create or save as a PDF format.

Trying to convert pdf to word. A msg box is open on the right side of the screen that says, "retrieving current session status..." It's frozen. What can I do? Thanks.

Hi, I am using a samsung tablet. adobe has been working up until last week when it stopped saving my pdf files to adobe.com. In the outgoing box it appears as if one file cannot be saved, putting all files I want to save afterwards on a holding list until that one is saved. I don't know how to delete the one file that will not let itself be saved. How do I go about this so I can save my pdf files again?

Hi Sara,I would have used [private information removed by moderator] and I can send through the emails confirming payment and the email I received from Adobe confirming which product I bought. I bought it on 19 December, and had problems using it on the day. I attributed this to the fact that you might need time to process but tried using it again yesterday and it keeps saying I have the free subscription.If you need me to send through any information, please let me know as I would really like to start making use of the functions.Many thanks,Walter Fleitmann
