I can't open any file from Acrobat.com in Adobe Reader on Mac (previously I could). Now I can only save files in Acrobat.com and open them directly from the site. Where's the problem?

I installed Adobe over a month ago when prompted that my trial was expired.  We pay 19.99 a month, and when signed in it states our next payment is due Feb 5, 2015.  Yesterday I got a prompt that my trial was expired and I couldn't open any pdf files anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it worked all morning until just now, now it is prompting me that the trial is expired AGAIN.  What do I do to fix this permanently??

Im frustrated because I can't download Acrobat XI Pro on my iPad to work on the go when I subscribe to use it on my MacBookzPro.  I have Office 365 on both and only purchased it because I was told it could be used on both.‌

I purchased Adobe Export PDF Annual. The cost was 23.00 for the year but I don't need this so I'd like to cancel this subscription. How can I do this?

Can I upgrade my Acrobat Standard to XI

I'm trying to use Adobe Export to convert PDF to Excel and I get a 404 Error for the past few days (The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session).  It worked last week on the same PC.  Using Windows 7, IE 10 Tried IE 8 on another PC, tried through Citrix, confirmed with the network admins that it's not a firewall issue.Please help, this is getting old quickly and I have about 80 documents to convert

every file converted to unreadable text. all files were converted automatically to word that is scrambled

i just signed up and my first PDF i try to export to EXCEL gives me an error message  -  "An error occurred while trying to access this service"    any thoughts here??

I'm trying to use the PDF but I'm ever problems.

I exported from a PDF to Excel.  It is an outstanding check listing, and it is 300 pages long.  I separated the file into 4 parts.  Each part has the same header.  Two sections are fine, but the third section and fourth section are causing me problems.  It seems the text jumps all around and they are wrapping issues.  Why is half of the file good, but the other half bad? 

I learned this afternoon  ( after about 16 phone calls thru every portal I cound find )    that the ofshore Indian tech support guys  ( whom I had previpously called and text chatted with a dozen times )  gave me wrong instructions ,, YOY !    cost me 15 - 20 work hours lost ..   I  did not have to uninstall and reinstall CS 5 at all    ( I did so and now I have to reinstall it from my original  disks , if I can find them )    Adobe Tech Support had the  wrong program ,, turns our my problem was not with CS 5 but rather with Abode Export PDF and the confusing email message to "   uninstall and reactivate my software "   ( Export was one of four Adobe products I have ,  and Adobe Teh Support couldn;t or didn;t know to tie in their mass email with this product ,,  )  A royal disaster ,  typical tech support torture -    a tech support

Jestem starszą osoba i nie znam się jaki program do czego służy , ale wiem na pewno , że szukam programu, który pomoże mi organizować , archiwizować ,czy też konwertować do EXCELA i Worda w miarę potrzeby z gwarancja przekazania dokumentu e-mailem jako załącznik.Jednak jak mam do wysyłania dokument  załącznikiem ,nie chcę by  moje foldery i pliki nie związane z tematem ,były otwierane u odbiorcy danego e-maila.Jak na tą chwilę tak właśnie się dzieje że przekonwertowałam dokumenty do skin Drive i wszystko co było zapisane przedostało się w niepowołane ręce.Popełniłam błąd ,że byłam przekonana  , iż zaznaczając odbiorca e-mail tylko były dwie ikony ,więc byłam przekonana, że w właśnie w tą ikonę należy kliknąć z  zaznaczeniem folderu.Co się okazało, że wszystkie moje zapisane w tym dysku i chmurze otworzyły zupełnie inne osoby i wszystkie moje dane z komputera.Co należy zrobić w takim przypadku ?
