I completed the Fill and Sign on my document but when I try to convert to PDF it will not download due to an error?

I've been given the runaround all morning. Even after leaving a return phone number in the automated customer service system and trying online support I get nothing.Terrible customer service and experience. Not sure why as I could be back for other products if the experience is painless.

I already have Adobe Acrobat XI Standard, and CS6.  I see the online program, Formscentral, but it won't let me save my document to a PDF without subscribing.  When I click to subscribe, the website says that the service is being discontinued in June.  I am curious what is the best program to make forms from scratch.Thanks!!

I have a customer that asked me for Adobe Acrobat. I went to two local resellers, there is apparently a problem with the adobe liscences at the moment. The resellers won't sell !Am I allowed to buy a licence online, pay it with a credit card and resell it to my client?Thank you

When I convert the PDF to Word there are parts missing and the formatting is off. Is this normal?

The acrobat window is part of my safari window.....doesn't show toolbar for acrobat.  Don't know what I'm doing wrong.   I've uploaded my docs and want to highlight parts of them.  Appreciate any help.Have anything to do with fact I'm on a mac.ThanksMichael

Re  ADOBE Acrobat Xl PRODownloaded  ”Acrobat Xl PRO” on November 12th 2014 – AD00541429293. Cancelled the Subscribtion on November 15th/16th 2014, as I do not have the skills to use the product. ADOBE has withdrawn DKR 137,76 twice from my account in spite of the cancellation. Have tried three times to cancel in my “ADOBE-account”, but it seems to be impossible.On January 16th I called your Phone No. twice. Was put through to your “Cancellation Department and waited for 45 minutes, but the cennection was interrupted.I have asked for an answer – and still do so – to my e-mail adress: thorleif@post.tele.dk.
