I am trying to subscribe to the adobe send but when I click the button it does nothing

I tried to convert a tiff file and the conversion failed.  Why

I can add text boxes, but I can't add text in other places.

And I did not want to send it to the cloud but rather keep the test on my own machine.  Tried save as but it does not give the option to save as excel.

why does sometime a file takes forever to upload or NOT at all....then other times it uploads quickly? my internet connections show everything is good.

I have a green screen when I try to view videos. I have a brand new HP Pavilion23 computer running windows 8.1. I have done everything Adobe has told me to do but enable hardware acceleration. When I go to Adobe settings there is no video tab. Can someone please help me?

I have just signed up today and it has allowed me to convert the file. it goes through the process and says it is complete but when I open the file it is still in French. What do I need to do?

I purchased export pdf.  When I exported the file all of the words have shadows behind them.  Can I edit or do I have to purchase another subscription for edit now?

Do I need to subscribe Adobe Export PDF or Adobe Create PDF to make these tools possible in the online reader (acrobat.com)?It is functional to do highlights and comments from the Ipad and Iphone, but it´s not from the PC or Mac.

Just bought PDF pack to convert Powerpoint and Word docs mainly to pdf.My buisness font is cocon, but when I convert any of my powerpoint or word docs, the font is change to Arial or Times Roman or something similar.
