I've managed to sync a pdf from my Adobe Reader App on my Android tablet, with acrobat.com. I can open the pdf on Acrobat.com, but I cannot make comments, or notes. I can see the highlights and the 'note' symbol that I made on the Adobe Reader App, but I cannot actually open the note symbols to read the notes.No comment tool appears for me on acrobat.com.I use Google chrome and am on the 'free' acrobat.com plan.

I have spotted regular unauthorised card payments to this company which I have never authorised I don't use these products and to make things worse I have been charged twice!! Pleaaase stop taking payments! I don't even have these downloaded and pleaase stop taking so much money you have been charging me twice for something I don't use. I want these funds refunded immediately please and this account I seem to have with you deleted completely.

I cancelled my credit card because it was compromised three times.  I now try to pay by direct credit.  Is this possible with Adobe?

Hi, i just paid the anulaste for my pdfexport licence, is there a way to get the reciept/check for the payment? i did not get an email confirmaron for the payment.Thanks

I believe I asked the wrong question earlier. The PDF actually opens in a 'page width' mode if I open the file from the acrobat.com list. However, if I open from the 'Sent files' list followed by 'open link', the screen format is a box on the left for the document which fills the width of that box, and another box to the right of the document which contains the following info vertically: Sent by, Date sent, Type, Pages, Size, Download (button), and Report abuse.The latter format is the one seen by the emailed recipients of the 'Anonymous link' when the file is 'sent'.  Is it possible to arrange for the recipient to see the document without the box on the right [as in the 'sent file' format]?  This box is not a function of the Acrobat program but of the acrobat.com website which displays the same document from the 'acrobat.com' list without the offending info box.I appreciate your help very much. Thank you.

I am using Acrobat.com. I want to delete some of the files that I have in the cloud. Following the help I have put the thumbnails of the files but I don't get the toolbar in the upper-left corner of the page. Is it due to that I have not buyed the program (Adobe Acrobat.com)?

How do I cancel my membership?  None of the links are allowing me to do it and I have been on hold for a very long time. The recording states that my hold time is between 30-45 minutes
