I have to chage a PDF file to a power point . How do I do this.Isn't there a real person I can talk to/ I am under pressure to get this done now.

I'm using free acrobat on an ipad air2 and on a pc desktop, to read, highlight, and comment on documents.  I just set up acrobat.com so that I can sync between these devices (and other pc laptops).  The ipad syncs automatically with acrobat.com, but the pc doesn't.  Each time I want to work on a document on the pc, I need to download it from acrobat.com, work on it, and then upload it back up, in order to ensure that I'm always working with the current version.  How do I get the pc to sync automatically, like the ipad does?

Using the Firefox browser on my Mac, I successfully purchased two subscriptions to Acrobat Standard to be used on my two Macbooks from the UK store at Adobe.com.When trying to downloading the software I get the message "Not Available on Mac" --- WHAT ????My questions:1)  Why isn't this available on Mac? Can I swap it for an older version, or upgrade?I've used Acrobat on Mac for years, not sure what this is all about2) there was no warning pre-purchase that this was for windows users only -- and also the website could have checked "hey, seems you're on a Mac buying a Windows product, are you sure?".Could you please help solve this?Thanks,Ian

I have been trying to convert files in adobe, instead of going online.  I keep getting an error indicating an error occurred while trying to exportpdf online.  I used to be able to do it without accessing my online account, has this changed?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro and I would like to add a password for verification when signing a document. I can create a digital ID but I am not given the option to associate/add a password. I'm expecting that when I want to sign any document, I have to enter a password so those reviewing know I've actually signed it instead of someone else adding my signature to it.
