Hi, I have a Mac and a PC on my workplace. We frequently use PDF files. So to make work easier i connected them via our network so we could be more efficient. But I have a big problem. When i create .pdf files on my computer and then transfer them to the mac i cant save them on the mac without deleting all the work i did on the computer. This is highly problematic. I have tried a few different thing as to fix it. I have restarted both computers and also insted of  moving the files via the network i transfered them via an USB stick but to no avail.any help would be tremendously appreciateThanks /Didiuz

wont let me convert the file to fill out, says the author applied restrictions to it. How do i get around this?

, I have a subscription for Adobe’s PDF Pack since October 2014.Sorry to say that this is of microscopic use to me: Before I ran Vista with a perfect working Adobe Pro 8Since a few months, I run Windows 8.1;It appears that PDF Pack is not compatible with Windows 8;dragging files to the www-interface is of no help to me since I mostly want to print selections of xls-sheets and drawings.Adobe Pro 8 is not compatible with Windows 8;So I had to forget about PDF Pack and back / upgrade to Acrobat Pro.  Therefor my request to refund me the 64.99 €, billed with invoice IEE2014001172320 dated 07/10/2014 and paid per Visa.

I'm trying to install the flash player addon for Adobe Reader and the links found on the adobe help page are showing error messages. When I try to download the installer, they say "no file found" and are showing"Not FoundThe requested URL /pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_ax.exe was not found on this server."when the link is opened.  Any advice?  I just need to view an audio file that was embedded in a .pdf.My computer meets the system requirements, as well.Thanks.

I received a msg that SendNow had reached end of life. I removed it from outlook and want to replace it with Adobe Send... how do I install Adobe Send in my outlook?  I can access it on-line with my current account just fine, but I really liked the ease of access with having it right in Outlook when needing to send large files.

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard Version 9.5.5. I’m tasked with combining Excel, Word and Scanned Documents into a single pdf.  These are provided to me by multiple individuals.  We have started having problems with fonts (Arial), Adobe is putting spaces in between letters in a single word, for example the word “main” appears as “ma in”.  The pdf I create will look okay at first and then seemingly on its own Adobe will change it, so the spacing problem appears.  Are there certain fonts that should be used so this problem won’t happen or is there a fix for what we are currently doing.

In order to delete my files I need to first select the one I want. But there is no box for me to select. Why is that?
