I see others have had the same problem.Can Adobe talk to us please. If you cancel my susbscription as a result of not being able to get in I am going to the media with this slack service!!!

I want to cancel my annual subscription of Export PDF,

I just need to take a few pages to take out of a document and create a new doc.  I had the software and now it does not work.   So i keep buying what I am told, by Adobe, will work, twice.  Is this a continual scam to keep buying ??????????????????????????????????????I need a solution now.  If you can not help do not contact me, if you do not contact me I am going to discontinue the services I have.  You have 24 hours.  Today is 11/10/2014 6:34 EST.

I just purchased this service so that my son may use his school's online pdf Biology lab reports. The file opens online correctly as a pdf, and you can enter the date. However, then you cannot save without converting. I have tried in .doc, .docx. and .rtf and no file downloads or converts correctly. All that shows up is blank boxes.

I purchased software from Adobe on 10/17. I entered all my contact information and then was told the ordering system was down and they would process within 24 hours. I needed the software THEN since I had to distribute my book the next day. Now, in the midst of a lot of stuff going on in my life, I have forgotten exactly what I ordered. Is there a way to find out?

I signed up for membership Friday November 7 and cancelled Monday, November 10. Will I receive any kind of a refund?

After downloading my file the word document is mostly gibberish.  Why? Service used "exportPDF".

I need to covert an article from pdf to jpeg to insert into website and bought pdf pack as said it could do it - no option to though, only word and excel, have I subscribed to the wring thing?? If so can I unsubscribe and get the right tool?

Adobe Download Assistant does not respond after Sign In@

Please forgive me, I am a Luddite. I've just upgraded computers, following on from a complete PC crash. I found the "my Adobe" page because I was looking for the licence of my photo shop editor - which thankfully I found. Also on there is a license key from a previously purchased version of Adobe Acrobat. My question is, how do I find out which version it covers? This morning I have downloaded versions 8, 9 & 10 (hit and miss I know), installed them and then entered the license key. Each time I'm told that an invalid license key has been entered. Not really sure what to do next - can anyone help?

I changed computers and ever since then have had trouble printing on large prints on my pixma from acrobat. Right now, trying out a basic print, 11 x 17, but it reads only a section of the page, as if it is set at 8.5 x 11. I have checked my sizes on the application end and it is fine. It also switches the orientation randomly on me. I feel like an idiot, have never had this issue  *__* ideas?

Hi,When printing a document as a booklet from Adobe Acrobat is putting two spreads per page when I need one. Is there anyway to change that?Thank you!
