Dit was zaterdag.Ik kreeg ondertussen nog steeds geen software om te installeren.Ik heb Chrome afgesloten en opnieuw opgestart, in de hoop van...Zelfde fenomeen: ronddraaiende vierkantjes...Ik heb een Acrobat 8 Professional, maar dat is stomweg niet meer compatibel met Windows 8...... alsof een wat oudere wagen niet meer op nieuwe wegen zou rijden ... Graag een oplossing zodat ik niet meer telkens van PC moet wisselen wanneer ik een PDF wil aanmaken.

I am currently subscribed to ExportPDF and have been since around March of last year or earlier. However, since last April, I have not been able to convert any exported PDF files. I've tried numerous times to upload PDF documents for conversion, but continue to get the error message "conversion failure - The file has not been processed.  An error has occurred which stopped the processing of the PDF. " What has changed? Initially, I had no problems uploading files and I was quite happy with the service. Now, I am getting ready to cancel request a credit for previously paid subscription fees. I would prefer the keep and use the service, as it is a valuable tool that could assist with my job functions. However, if it doesn't work, I'm only wasting time and money and now I'm frustrated enough to cancel. Would love to have someone clear this matter up instead of having to cancel... 

Hi,I just purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and cannot use the Select feature available in Internet Explorer. I click on it but nothing happens. I'm trying to select part of a web page to convert into pdf. The Convert button works fine but not the Select button which is what I really need. Help!Thanks,Stephanie

I shared a pdf document that is on my phone, the link opens a blank document, where can i find the document on adobe.com

I had over 100 saved pdf files in my acrobat.com  account and now it is telling me there are no files there. Any idea on how to recover?

I have been trying to upload a zip file containing a packaged Adobe Illustrator document with linked images only to Acrobat.com. It has failed more than half a dozen times with the error "Your file could not be uploaded because it contains a virus." (there are no viruses). I also get an error when trying to send the same file that one of my files couldn't be uploaded. Please try again later.The other thread on this had no real solution, as it just fixed itself.

I just posted something about 45 minutes ago and now it's gone.  No one answered anything and now it is gone.  What gives?

Hi All,Lately we have been encountering an issue with Adobe Reader where when somebody tries to print a document the system goes to not responding until the print page comes up and again when the print command is sent.Is anybody else encountering this issue and if so is there a fix to this?This issue is there on all machine type we have from Core 2 Duo's with 4 GB Ram to Core i7 with 16 GB Ram.

I am having trouble filling out a pdf document form. The text tool willl not work for one particular page, but works on all other pages.

So, in trying to resolve the frustration I am having in using Adobe Reader for iOS to create PDFs (without having to pay Adobe another 25% of my current Creative Cloud subscription....) I logged a sales eqnuiry via Adobe website.I get a call back withint a couple of hours. Not bad.He immediately asks how many computers I have enabled for my Creative Cloud account. Only one, I say.Well, he says, then you can install Creative Cloud on your iPad.No I can't, I said - Creative Cloud for iPad is a very skinny client, only handles Photoshop, and view some file formats. Not a full Acrobat function.Oh, he says, let em check. Eventually comes back. Yes, you are right he says. You have to pay us another $15 per month on top of the $50 per month Creative Crowd (even though CC already includes Acrobat Pro) you already pay, just so you can create PDFs on your iPad.That's ridiculous, I say - Adobe does not know how customers want to use your products. More people are going to use a desktop plus table

This is daylight robbery. Adobe Reader for iOS product subscription on iTunes store says that as a subscriber to Acrobat Pro (which is part of my CC account) I should be able to sign in to Adobe Reader on my iPad and create PDF files from Office documents.Not true - in fact it's BS!!!!!Adobe says in fact I have to have a separate subscription to Acrobat.com, or pay $15 pm on top of what I already pay for Creative Cloud, to use Adobe Reader in this way.How can Adobe justify this? Isn't it enough they try avoiding paying tax in Australia by billing me from Ireland?????Now they want to charge me over 25% more a month to get the same functionality on my iPad???They are having a laugh!

My laptop uses Adobe touch. I downloaded Adobe Acrobat trial to see if it was a program that could easily covert PDF's to excel. I have not made it to that point because after the download of the  Adobe Acrobat Trial it disabled the adobe touch program and now when I try to open my existing PDF', an error message comes up.can anyone help me?

I am unable to sign in and convert a PDF to Word/Excel by using the "sign-in" feature in upper right corner of the Adobe Acrobat X Pro program as I have done in the past.  Has this option changed?

I am trying to edit a flier that was sent to me as a pdf. Have tried several times to convert and there are white lines through it. It was originally created in Publisher, if that helps. The Adobe Acrobat subscription doesn't do me much good if I can't convert a flier with photos with good quality. Help

The PDF's were saved using acrobat 9 pro. they were sent through e-mail as attachments, and they are stored in a network shared folder. our users cannot access the PDF's and i would like to know if this is a simple fix?
