My file upload to Adobe Send takes 15 minutes and then I get a message tp try again. Why won't my file upload?

I tried two times to upload a pdf file to Adobe Send.  Both times the file went through a 15 minute upload and then I got a message that the upload failed.  What could I be doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong. We are currently experiencing issues with Adobe Send not uploading large files. While this issue is be resolved, you are welcome to sign in to Adobe SendNow and use that service to send your large files. You can sign in at https://sendnow.acrobat.com/signin.html.
