He comprado una foto tamaño grande y en la descarga se ha bajado la misma foto en tamaño pequeño

El sistema de Adobe stock fotos ha fallado: en lugar de obtener la foto que he pagado se ha descargado la de tamaño inferior. ¿A qué correo puedo reclamar? Adobe stock no pone nada fácil las reclamaciones.
