It's not an actual vector, eps or transparent PNG as promised in the title, it's 100% unusable, and should be removed from adobe stock before someone else wastes their credit on this. 

Hi Adobe, I recently licensed a template: number 461120280 for a before and after project I have to do for a client. The title and the image both give the impression that is exactly what this template is, but it is not. It's not something I can nor want to use. Is there a way to recind the license on this stock item? Thank you, Matt

I used adobe stock for one image for a slide show I used for school.. and im not sure if I just did the free trial or what.. but I just noticed how even though I "canceled" it a while ago, its still on my account. and honestly I almost did it again where i went to cancel it but it's very misleading and almost dificult to even cancel?  When I finally figured out that it's still charging me and I went to again cancel it, its trying to charge me $100+ and I just simply cannot afford that. Ever. Nor can I afford to keep paying this amount of money for 1 image that I used months ago.. I need someone to please help me cancel this. not that it matters but I'm crying for help because I have a child, I'm a full time student, I'm paying so many bills with no job just an occasional photography gig here and there... Hi, I purchased fotolia photos in 2015/2016/2017 and I did not make the synchronisation to Adobe account, so I don't have access to the licenses. I can login in adobe-stock with my previous account, but I found that the license folder is empty. How can I retrieve my licenses?

Heads up! Good Day   I am new to Adobe Stock. While I was going through the image library I clicked on the bottom right of an image which automatically licensed the image without a confirmation promt. I do not understand why this functionality has not been implemented since people have been complaining about this for yeards now (at least since 2018 | https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/unlicense-accidental-stock-purchase/m-p/11611854#M55815).The bigger problem is that this mistake was done while I was logged into my work account (Valtech) and I never had authorization to license an image, I was merely browsing.    The image in question (https://stock.adobe.com/ca/images/man-with-disability-on-wheelchair-stopped-in-front-of-staircase-raising-awareness-of-architectural-barriers-and-accessibility-issues/530170524) has never been downloaded, is there any way we can revert this license? Earlier today, I was browsing assets to license, and had 120 asset licenses available that I've already paid for. About 5 hours later, I just went to go license a few images, and now my licenses have all disappeared.  I updated my payment method, but I'm still unable to get my licenses back. A chat support agent told me I forfeited all of my licenses and they won't give them back. This is so upsetting condsidering the economic hardships so many of us entrepreneurs are facing amid the novel coronavirus pandemic. Adobe states "As the situation with COVID-19 unfolds, we’re committed to giving you the support and resources to navigate this challenging time." Those are my resources that I already paid for... can't someone make an exception and restore my licenses or credit me for them considering this extraordinary circumstance? Does anybody know if I can contact someone specific to help get my licenses back? I have been an Adobe subscriber for years, both personal

I cancelled 6 months ago. I cant call support because a glitch says I don't have a plan. But if you look in the pics... you see. My plan.... and the card I cant remove, and the most recent charge two days ago when I'm very low on money due to the hollidays.  6 months at 29.99 a month for a free trial that has never been able to be cancelled.

Tell management to add the feature toCONFIRM LICENSEon an asset in case you accidentally mouse click "license" like I did recently.Every other e-commerce website confirms a purchase!  It is WAY too easy to be scrolling down a page and accidentally mouse click LICENSE!It is e-commerce programming 101....wake up Adobe!   It is 2022 and we do not program this way.This is from a 30+ year software and UX programmer.

Bonjour, j'aimerais savoir si il est possible d'annuler un abonnement Stock et d'obtenir un remboursement. je ne l'ai pas utilisé et j'ai été surpris de ne pas recevoir de notification comme quoi mon abonnement aller se renouveler (La plus part du temps je recois un mail 1 semaine avant... My bad).  Je ne trouve pas de moyen de contacter directement le support et parler avec quelqu'un. Hello. I would like to get a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock, which I had forgotten to cancel and have not used at all. I tried a trial, but would like to stop using Adobe Stock for now. Would really appreciate a refund for a new (second) month. Was trying to contact your using live chat, but no one replied me back.

I'm trying to utilize hundreds of saved photos in my library and the website keeps glitching and is incredibly slow.  I will click on a possible asset to see it clearer and it MAY come up for a second for viewing -but mostly the site just lags on and on and I have to keep clicking and still NADA! It is also like this on my Ipad Pro. I have cleared my cache' and am on Chrome but still no imporvement.  Please help!THANK Y OU!!

This morning I could download slowly but I could do it. Now, each time I try to search or download, the page goes blank. I've got only 3 days left to download hundreds of images, and Adobe doesn't work. I've already tried it on 3 different computers and each time the page goes blank.

Can someone from Adobe staff explain to me why your adobe stock search system is so damn stupid? You are a large company, you probably employ thousands of programmers working on your services. And now I enter a phrase in the search engine and get some idiotic results completely unrelated to the search topic. This is just one example out of thousands that I had during 6 years of using adobe stock. It pisses me off a lot.
