When searching for 'Sleep' images, with SafeSearch turned on, I came across a disturbing image of a deceased dog in snow. Am I wrong in thinking this is extremely inappropriate, not only to my search but to be marked as 'Safe'? I think it's sickening, personally, and not something I expected nor wanted to see. The image file number is 138001659.

Hi, I licensed image 394497114 but it's far too small and have very low resolution. In other words: The picture is not good enough quality, and I can not use this.  I see there is possible to buy a bigger version of the picture. Can I please be credited back to my account so I can buy the bigger version?   

I would like to use an adobe stock image as my company logo. could I use standard license or I need to buy the extended license?

Can I determine the total number of image downloads by a team since first liicensed?

Hello. I have a company account and I accidentally licensed an imge (#519979542). It is an unlimited account so I am not in need of a refund but I'd like to have it removed from my license history. It was an accident and I'd prefer it not be on my record.

Hi.  I have a Trial month and still haven't downloaded a single picture.  When I press Download free with trial, a pop-up makes me choose between Paid monthly and Trial + Yearly.  I press Trial, then it says "Congratulations, you already have a plan!" Then this pop-up disappears, leaving me at Step 1. The picture is never downloaded, licence never added, it always makes me choose a plan and says Congratulations, you already have a plan (thanks, I guess). 

I have only started experiencing this issue this morning: ErrorWe're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service. I see its certainly not an uncommon issue so I need this fixed immediately, the online chat was very unhelpful and I have tried all their tips re browser, cache deletion etc to no avail.  Thanks

What can I do when all vector pics/drawing from Adobe Stock download as JPGs? I want to use the vector-version and cannot find any setting to fix this...

I downloaded a watermarked preview video for a project a month or so ago. Today I signed up for a license and wanted to find the video so I could download it and use it in my project. I cannot find the video, even though I used the same search keywords. Is there a way to track down the video? I already tried "license history", it's not there.

Hello thereI have written a book. I want to add 100 Stock images to 50 Chapters in total. The images (obviously) are somehow connected to the topic. I am not sure if I am allowed to use stock images. Also, if I am do I need to acquire the stock images with the extended license?I have read that it cannot exceed 500.000 copies. Assuming that I do not sell more than 50.000 copiesIs then the standard license enough? thank you very much in advance!    

The Stock Adobe website moves slow and is glichey when you're viewing images that you have saved to your librarby. The website made an error and had me download image  #401443031 made I didn't even click on this image. I would like to get a refund for this image. How can I go about that? 

I bought adobe stock by mistake, but immediately after I asked for a refund, after about 8 days, I did not receive a refund, please help me I need that money.

Hi I am purchasing images for a client and realized I accidentally purchased this image by mistake and I actually wanted to buy this image... can you help? Is there a way to exchange the license for the other one? I don't want to have to charge them for the wrong image - they looked so similar I made the mistake before I realized it... Please help!

Hallo allerseits, wo kann man die hinterlegten Adressdaten die auf den Adobe-Rechnungen erscheinen abändern? Ich bin umgezogen und erhalte natürlich weiterhin automatisierte Rechnungen mit der alten (jetzt ungültoigen) Anschrift. Nirgendwo im Konto finde ich eine Möglichkeit die Anschrift zu ändern. I'm planning on changing my 40 images a month to 3 images a month subscripton.Will my remaining 140 credits still be available after changing the plan or will they disappear like they do when you cancel a subscripton completely? Thanks in advance, Thorsten

Is there any way to unlicense an image if I decided not to use it? I am using limited credits for a project and accidentally downloaded a premium image that costed 50 credits. Can somebody help me with this? 

I signed up for a free trail of Adobe Stock a year ago. I'm am still trying to get out of the contract and Iit's rolled into the second year. So far I've paid £288 for something I cant use and now they want another £131 to end contract as I'm a day over. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I have tried to get through, but no hope.

I have saved "free" adobe stock images to my library and they show up and says licensed. But I had spoken to an adobe rep and they said the only way was to get a free trial and download the free images. I see these images in my library and it says free and licenced, so I just want to ensure that I have the "perpetual" rights to use as I've read on adobe's site?
