Same problem like many others, as I see… I just signed up for the Photoshop plan and did not realize that this means that I automatically sign up also for Adobe Stock! I cancelled this plan immediately as I realized that 36€ goes from my bank account every month and I saw that I have to pay a cancellation fee of €182, 94.How can I cancel this without the fee? Can I get back the fees for the months that I payed? I never signed up in the first place and I have never used Adobe Stock at all. I just need Photoshop and not Adobe Stock. Please help me solve this.

What type of licence should i use. I want one of adobe Stock photo in my mobile game as a background, the game will be released in Google Play ane it will be monetized. There is a standart licence (free trial ) and extended one. Whitch one of this 2 should i choose ? Additionally if there is a trial and (assuming) monthly payment this means that I have licence for the photo only in this time, and after I need to stop using it ?Best regards,vvisix

I'm a user on an enterprise account, and am unable to license any images. Where images usually say "license" they now say "buy". Anyone else dealing with this?

Hello, I am an architect student and have been a customer since Feb 2021. I subscribed to Creative Cloud which has been very useful and with which I am very content. However, looking back I cannot find a reason to why I would have subscribed to a paid subscription of stock images. I had no idea that I was paying more than 30 euros every month for a service I never used once and now that I want to unsubscribe from it I have to pay an additional 50 euros fee. I am very upset that I have lost so much money for nothing to a company I trust. I am asking if it is possible to be reimbursed in any way as I am sure it is obvious I never intended to purchase this subscription. Best regards, Herman

Hello!   I was needing Adobe Stock just for one project and now I would like to cancel my subscription, but there is an early cancelation fee 188 EUR. I really didn't see anything like this when subscribing. Please help and suggest, how can I cancel the subscription without any fee, it's so expensive.

Hi I've just accidentally bought image #468694802 (a Jpeg) when I should have bought #340084043 (an .ai file of the same image). Would it be possible to be recredited for this mistake? Many thanks Corin

What has happened to the Reuters partnership with Adobe Stock? I have been trying to find the site to search Reuters/Adbod editorial stock and just get the Page Not Found with the astronaut cat.

Là mon client est débordé et demande de voir directement.  Que se passe-t-il en termes de droits si j'achète les photos sur mon compte et les utilise uniquement pour ses documents ? Good morning how can I transfer a photo license to my client?

I currently have an Adobe Stock account I purchased by accident. 10 assets a month. Yearly membership. Renewable on 10 May 2023. Currently, only one asset has been used. I simply cannot afford to pay for the entire course of a year. If anyone wants it, or any assets from it, do send me a message.

I've been struggling for a week now to get support from Adobe to sort out my Adobe stock licenses. I'm licenses for 10 assets per month, however when I log in it says "no Plan" Who do I contact at Adobe to get this sorted out?  [Moderator deleted private information. I just licensed a vector AI file from my Illustrator library. It says that the file is 6000x2000px and 2MB, when I open the file, it is 59x33pt and unscalable without becoming completely blurry and pixelated. I went into Adobe Stock online and downloaded the file to my hard drive to see if I would get a different result, and I did not.   The file # in Adobe Stock is  422704919 (Indian Bollywood Cinema)   Please advise if this file can be made usable and scalable as a vector, or if not, can I get my license credit returned?   [moderator deleted attached original file.]

Hors je viens de régler le dû à adobe stock et le bouton "gérer ma formule" n'est pas présent sur ma page. Je m'inquiète, le prochain paiement est dans deux semaines...

hi! I recently subscribed to the Adobe “10 asset” subscription. I thought I was purchasing an image this morning that would be deducted from that pack, but it hasn’t been seduced and I now realize that I might have to pay the picture in full amount, which was never my intent! I have not used the image in any way, and would like to cancel my most recent purchase from which I don’t seem to have been billed yet. how should I proceed?

I took out a 3 month trial on the UK site in Nov 2020 which it seems I forgot to cancel. I phoned last November, 2021 to cancel, almost a year on and was told the account was stopped but that I could have 3 free months to use up the credit I had amassed. It now seems that they then re-started the account when the 3 months had ended without my permission & having expressly contacted them to cancel everything! I have just cancelled the plan on my account but see a warning that I will be charged for cancelling early! I can't find any way to contact them direct. This company is an absolute nightmare! NEVER again!! Please, does anyone have a number/email address where I can reach customer support?

NORMALLY - if I try to purchase a 'Premium' title for Premiere Pro (mogrt file) it costs me $20 and that's it. For some reason - today - I cannot find that option, the system keeps pushing me to 'plans' for multiple files or a 'free trial' in one of these plans. I don't want a plan - I just want the single purchase - what am I missing? - thanks in advance

Das Probe-Abo ist abgelaufen, die Fotos werden in meiner Bibliothek aber noch immer als "lizensiert" angezeigt. Meine Frage wäre: Kann ich die damals lizensierten Fotos noch immer für neue Zwecke verwenden, z. B. für eine damals noch gar nicht geplante Publikation? Oder ist die damalige Lizenz an eine einmalige Nutzung für ein einziges Medium gebunden gewesen? Vielen Dank! 

Hi, I'm not 100% sure about the licensing rules. I am making a song cover art for spotify and I'm not sure about the 500,000 copies rule. The cover art I am making is only for the song on spotify and a visualiser for YouTube. It will not be sold as merchandise or anything and will only be used as a cover image for a song. I'd also like to add that I'll be making changes to it, like adding other images, a title, changing the colours and lowering the brightness. Will I be okay to proceed with a standard license? It is likely that it may get over 500k views on spotify and youtube but I'm not sure if views count as copies. From my understanding, copies refers to, for example, selling a tangible product like an album. This wouldn't include streams on a song. I am pretty confident that I am okay to proceed but I want to be 100% sure.
