Please can someone explain the allowed usage of Firefly AI generated images? Browsing on Adobe Stock, there is a lot of AI content and wanting to know whether all the images here will have been generated using Adobe products and if so, can these be used as individual elements to to make a larger composition? I'm asking as other AI generators prohibit this and state that the original image generated can't be altered. Assume Firefly T&Cs are different? I've checked the terms and conditions but can't find this info so any help appreciated. Thanks 

Hi everyone, We recently used the "Generate Variations" feature under an existing Adobe Stock image, and entered a custom prompt to create a new version of the image. The result was downloaded successfully, but now we're confused about how this image is classified and how to handle its licensing and attribution. Here's what we're seeing:•⁠ ⁠In the "Library", the image is labeled as "Generated by you".•⁠ ⁠In the "License history", it's labeled simply as "Generated image".•⁠ ⁠The downloaded file name starts with "Firefly", suggesting it was created using Adobe Firefly.•⁠ ⁠However, it does not appear in our "Firefly history", so we're not entirely sure if it's actually a Firefly-generated image. We have two main questions: 1.⁠ ⁠What type of license does this image have?In the "License history", the column where the license type usually appears just shows a dash ("–").Does this mean it's a standard license by default?And if we need an extended license, how can we obtain

So I have a three-asset per month pack on Adobe Stock. On 9/13 Adobe again billed my credit card. I have not accessed any new photo's since August 16th and when I log in it says I have no Credits.  This seems fishy. As in something is wrong. I don't mind paying, but I do want what I am paying for. Can you help? Thanks in advance

Is anyone else getting error messages when trying to download stock today? I could download fine an hour ago, and now nothing, just error messages.

Hello,I've just purchased an HighResolution-Image which preview looks fine.The original (67Mpix-Resulution) seems to have no focus at all. Therefore it is useless for business purposes (large scale print). I've licensed about a dozen vectors from Adobe Stock where the description reads "editable stroke", which is what I needed. However, when you open them in Illustrator you find that the strokes have been outlined—not editable. Is anyone checking for this? It becomes a bit of a time suck when you think you found an image you can use, only to find that you must keep searching. Apparently this happens a lot. The last one I found is file 406405946.

The outlines on these vector patterns are jagged and include ghost vectors in white. I will not be able to use them. See attached screenshots and image numbers.I have a monthly subscriptions. I'd like to get the 2 asset credits I spent on this back.Thank you.

I find it utterly unacceptable that I cannot simply end my annual/paid-monthly Adobe Stock plan without being trapped by their auto-renewal scheme. My subscription ends in two days, yet Adobe demands a $200 plus penalty just to cancel. The only “option” they give me is to roll into another year-long contract?!!!! It is unlawful-then I'd have to remember to cancel within 14 days or be stuck all over again?This subscription catch-22 is illegal. It's outrageous that a company can entrap customers with auto-renewing contracts, bury massive cancellation fees in fine print, and make the exit process needlessly convoluted-especially when a user is at the natural end of their term or not even using the service anymore.Good luck, Adobe, trying to charge that Visa card. It's already defunded.

I've downloaded an adobe stock image (File #:  222941660) and when opened in AI ithe gradients (shadows) are not translating correctly.  I've tried chamging raster settings and it does not reslove the issue.

I’ve heard that Adobe Firefly is currently going through training processes. My question is: can the templates I’ve created in After Effects or Premiere Pro be used as part of Firefly’s training? And if so, would contributors like me receive compensation when our templates are used for this purpose?

I hope someone can help. I am interested in using some of these assets from a contributor but I believe they are ai generated but have not been tagged correctly?  1530805699 - food seems too perfect998635577 - halloween items1343816023 - this file there are three sides of the dice with number 5 the more I look at the portfolio the more I find that looks very Ai but isnt labeled as such. My client does not want ai assets to be used so it is quite frustrating.

Why would some of the photos/audio etc in my library be 'unlicensed'. These aren't previews, they are the full hi-res version. There aren't lots, over 50.As far as I am aware I have always clicked the 'licence option' and used my credits - I didn't think there was any other options (preview version or you buy a version) Is there a way of seeing the list of downloads that related to the credits I spent?And how could I have so many 'unlicenced' stockphotos?

I've edited an adobe music track preview into a video and am now trying to instruct my client on the purchasing process.They do not wish to enter into a subscription but purchase the standard rights as a one off payment. I beleive this can be done using a credit pack but after repeated phone calls and chat sessions with adobe, I still cannot work out how the process works. When I go to the music track on the Adobe stock webpage and hit the shopping cart icon all I get are two options to either join a monthly or yearly subscription, there seems to be no option to buy the track as a one off purchase or use any prepaid credits. Do you need to purchase credits for the option to become available? Even if I could work out how to do it, I can't seem to find any indication of how many credits a standard music license requires. It seems like a very strange way of selling anything?! Can anyone help explain the process please?Any help would be great. Thanks Paul  &nb

Recently, anytime I download a preview image for a vector file, it comes as an .ai format.  Mind you, it's a bitmap placed into an Illustrator document, but it's not sized to fit on the artboard, and it's over-pixelated. I'm not sure who would choose this option intentionally, but I would like to reset my settings to always download previews as JPGs, regardless of whether they are vectors or not.  Any ideas?    

I have downloaded a free video from Adobe Stock and it plays fine as the file that was downloaded but Premiere Pro refuses to export my video I create using this particular video.I cannot find anywhere to inform Adobe, and the more I look it seems there is no customer support at all.Anyone else have this issue with some Adobe Stock Videos?This problem is specifically with AdobeStock_332160297 I know it's a free video, but if the free ones don't work, why would I ever pay for one, espeically knowing there is no one to escalate too if it fails to work properly? Please help.

Hello everyone,I'm trying to use the Adobe Stock Image Search API. I'm sending a POST request to /Rest/Media/1/Search/Files with similar_image (multipart file upload) and search_parameters[similar_image]=1.The request works (status 200, results returned), but the response header always shows x-search-type: uss instead of vss, and the results are always the same, not visually similar files. I also tried with postmann, same results. I also tried with similar_url, same problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem?Do I need special permissions on my API key to enable Visual Similarity Search (VSS)?Thanks!
