Hello Adobe Community,I really need urgent help with my account. I had signed up for an Adobe trial, but I canceled it directly on the Adobe website before the billing date. Despite canceling in time, I was still charged. Here are the details of my situation:I canceled the trial via the Adobe website.Even after cancellation, I was charged for the subscription.I have not used the product or any of its services since the cancellation.I do not want the product or subscription.I need a full refund of the amount charged.I also want to make sure my account will not be billed again in the future.I already tried to use the virtual assistant in customer support, but it was not helpful at all and did not connect me with a real agent. At this point I feel desperate, because I did everything correctly and I’m still being charged.Could someone from the Adobe team please escalate this case and help me resolve it as soon as possible? I really need a written confirmation and refund.Thank you very much
I have subscribed and checked the adobe stock but couldn't use it for my needDidn't download or use it for anything I need to get a refund Is that possible ?
I have 8 credits from a credit pack that are expiring today. I licensed several images to use them, but realized the credits were being pulled from my Adobe Stock subscription bucket rather than the expiring credits. How do I use those 8 credits first? I don't see any settings anywhere. You would think it would follow a 'first in first out' system. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I was browsing Adobe and I want to use this font for a Photoshop project: https://stock.adobe.com/images/super-cool-font-with-simple-layer-style-modern-brush-script-font-for-logotype-and-headline-design-funky-text-effect-with-cool-design-style/258898692?isa0=1&state=%7B%22ac%22%3A%22stock.adobe.com%22%7D But the descritpion doesn't tell me that it is a font file that I can add to my Photoshop library, like a .ttf file. The description refers the file types to be: AI/EPS and JPEG. Also the image calls it a "Font Effect" - not explicitly a font. So the clues to are telling this is not exactly a downloadable font - would I be correct in that assumption? If this is something better used in Illustrator or some other Adobe product that wouldn't work for me, I'm only skilled in Photoshop. I do not want to waste $80, thanks!.
Cordialement, Elise Lagarde
I signed up for the Adobe Stock free trial and was charged the same day. I initially checked to see if I had a past subscription to Adobe Stock before starting the "trial," and I didn't have a previous one under the email I used. I am just looking for a refund since it hasn't been a full 24 hours that had it and canceled it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, I am facing a problem with Adobe Stock license images. I have a standard license in stock, and I was downloading regularly. But my problem is when I've one image of an asset downloaded from stock. Adobe, and recent past, I've seen that these license images are not found in your stock and have been removed from stock. So my problem is I'm using these images my multiple website pages, so someone claims it's my image,it strikes me as a copyright image, so what should I do, and what are the steps gonna take Adobe Stock?
How do I find out the scope of image rights for my Adobe Stock plan?

For Adobe Stock free images that have a standard licence, is it necessary to provide attribution if using the image on social media. I've read online that it's necessary to provide attribution if the image is used unmodified on social media but on the standard licence page, I don't see anything about this. It just mentions that including a credit line is required if the image is marked as for editorial use only. Thanks
Hi! Could somebody share with me please where I can find the list of regions where Adobe is not available? Thanks!
I try to licensing one image and I have about 80 images credit left to download but it say that it was a problem with payment and ask me to check it.Why can't I download even that I have a lot credits on my account?
I've tried to reach out to the email address provided on the stock.adobe.com website, though never get a response. I have an Enhanced License via my subscription to Creative Cloud. And I just want assurance that I'm using stock imagery from Adobe Stock correctly. I would just like to check that we can indeed use Adobe Stock images downloaded with our Enhanced Licence (included in our plan), in layouts we create for our client's advertising. The end products we create are for advertising communication use, across print and social media - not items intended for resale (ie t-shirts with a downloaded artwork element). Nor are we sending the “raw” stand alone stock images to our clients - only supplying the end product layouts - which in rare cases, might be open layered files, though heavily modified. I am sure we’re using it correctly, though would just appreciate the confirmation. Many thanks
This is so draining. I'm going to quit Adobe stock and go to a saner service. Absolutely ridiculous. Why force users to click on each and every individual photo to download them individually. Why? Sick of this nickle and diming and assence of basic no brainer service.
Bonjour, j'ai par erreur cliqué sur le bas d'une image lors d'une recherche, et, j'ai acheté par erreur une photo AdobeStock_112927587 , puis-je annulé ce téléchargement ? Merci
Hello, I have a problem and haven't received a response from Adobe representatives. If you have any information, I would really appreciate your help as I don't understand the issue at all.I purchased a 10-credit package from Adobe Stock, and my credits reached 120. Now I want to download an image. It won't let me download the image with a 21-credit extended license and keeps giving me an error. I contacted several Adobe representatives, and they finally told me I need to switch to a monthly 25-credit package to download the image I want. Isn't there something wrong here? The credit amount is listed under the image. How can I not download the image even though I have that many credits, and now they're asking me to pay more?Honestly, I don't use the Stock very often. Am I doing something wrong, or am I misunderstanding something?
Can you use an Adobe stock image as a background on a business sign?
When I go to https://stock.adobe.com/ in my Chrome browser, the site appears for one second and then disappears. How do I fix that? I've cleared all the cookies and rebooted. I can get Stock in other browsers. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello Adobe Stock Community,I hope you're all doing well. I’ve recently started actively contributing to my Adobe Stock account, which has been inactive for a while. Currently, I have 1,610 accepted photos, and I believe the content is strong and relevant. However, my sales are extremely low—barely $1–2 per week—even though I see other contributors reporting good results.I’m wondering if the following factors might be affecting my earnings:My account is older and had many rejected files in the past.I’ve only recently started uploading consistently. My portfolio might not be getting enough visibility due to past inactivity or rejection history.Could these be reasons for poor performance? Or is there something else I should be looking into—like SEO, tagging strategy, or portfolio curation?I’d really appreciate any insights or suggestions from experienced contributors or Adobe team members. Thank you in advance!Best regards, Mukhtar
Hello, i accidentally purchased a premium photo for 100credits just some minutes ago. I know i was asked if i want to purchase it, but i clicked "yes" and in that second i recognized my error. Is there any possibility to get the credits back? i did not download it to my computer and dont need that picture, so i would be very very glad if you could help me in this. The picture is 375795567. I tried contact via chat, but the KI could not understand my problem. Thank you!
As a content creator on YouTube, I use my Adobe Stock account to purchase music for use in my videos. I am constantly getting notified by YouTube that the fully licensed music in my videos is violating the owner's copyright. Many of these copyright claims are from videos I published to YouTube years ago. I then have to jump through numerous hoops to try to find the license number on the Adobe site (why this isn't a simple single-click button when you search from licensed assets is another question!), and then file a dispute with the copyright owner. Surely there has to be a way to premptively avoid getting copyright hits from Adobe Stock assets that are used in videos that are uploaded to YouTube? Can I put the license number in the video description? Is that even a safe/secure thing to do? Couldn't someone simply rip the music from my video and copy the license number for their own use?
I've been browsing for stock video for a film project today and despite having 'Exclude Generative AI' filter turned on, it's still throwing out results littered with AI slop. I'm working on a project which is founded on a strict 'no generative AI' ethos and this is becoming frustrating. Not only does it mean wasted time questioning what's authentic and what isn't, it potentially means mistakenly using generative AI for a project with disclaimer stating that Generative AI hasnt been used. I'd be grateful if someone can explain why this is happening?Because if Adobe isnt able to police it's content effectively, it should say so. After a couple of decades of buying Adobe products I'm now beginning to think about finding an alternative.
I accidentally clicked License for image #260149472 when I only meant to download a preview. Is it possible to cancel this and refund the credit please? I will delete the asset. Thank you!
Hi, We have two inactive contracts with Adobe and we have one current Team plan. On our current Team plan, we can see our license history (starting from October 2019). However, we can't seem to access our prior stock photo license history for our previous contracts. This is an issue because we have just received a copyright claim about an image we licensed on a prior contract and need to be able to prove that we licensed it. I've talked to like 5+ people and counting on the Adobe support chat and keep getting transferred and they don't seem to understand the issue (or at least haven't explained how I can access the license history for inactive accounts). The old accounts don't show up in the profile switcher at stock.adobe.com just the active one (and my personal one). Does anyone know how to access that history? Maybe an Adobe Employee on this forum like @EvilBug1 or @Contributor1 will have some ideas? We just need to be able to see it!&nb
