When I go to https://stock.adobe.com/ in my Chrome browser, the site appears for one second and then disappears. How do I fix that? I've cleared all the cookies and rebooted. I can get Stock in other browsers.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Currently, I have 1,610 accepted photos, and I believe the content is strong and relevant. However, my sales are extremely low—barely $1–2 per week—even though I see other contributors reporting good results.I’m wondering if the following factors might be affecting my earnings:My account is older and had many rejected files in the past.I’ve only recently started uploading consistently.My portfolio might not be getting enough visibility due to past inactivity or rejection history.Could these be reasons for poor performance? Or is there something else I should be looking into—like SEO, tagging strategy, or portfolio curation?I’d really appreciate any insights or suggestions from experienced contributors or Adobe team members. Hello, i accidentally purchased a premium photo for 100credits just some minutes ago. I know i was asked if i want to purchase it, but i clicked "yes" and in that second i recognized my error. Is there any possibility to get the credits back? i did not download it to my computer and dont need that picture, so i would be very very glad if you could help me in this. The picture is 375795567. I tried contact via chat, but the KI could not understand my problem. Thank you!

As a content creator on YouTube, I use my Adobe Stock account to purchase music for use in my videos. I am constantly getting notified by YouTube that the fully licensed music in my videos is violating the owner's copyright. Many of these copyright claims are from videos I published to YouTube years ago. I then have to jump through numerous hoops to try to find the license number on the Adobe site (why this isn't a simple single-click button when you search from licensed assets is another question!), and then file a dispute with the copyright owner. Surely there has to be a way to premptively avoid getting copyright hits from Adobe Stock assets that are used in videos that are uploaded to YouTube? Can I put the license number in the video description? Is that even a safe/secure thing to do? Couldn't someone simply rip the music from my video and copy the license number for their own use?

I've been browsing for stock video for a film project today and despite having 'Exclude Generative AI' filter turned on, it's still throwing out results littered with AI slop. I'm working on a project which is founded on a strict  'no generative AI' ethos and this is becoming frustrating. Not only does it mean wasted time questioning what's authentic and what isn't, it potentially means mistakenly using generative AI for a project with disclaimer stating that Generative AI hasnt been used. I'd be grateful if someone can explain why this is happening?Because if Adobe isnt able to police it's content effectively, it should say so. After a couple of decades of buying Adobe products I'm now beginning to think about finding an alternative.   

I accidentally clicked License for image #260149472 when I only meant to download a preview. Is it possible to cancel this and refund the credit please? I will delete the asset.  Thank you!

Hi, We have two inactive contracts with Adobe and we have one current Team plan. On our current Team plan, we can see our license history (starting from October 2019). However, we can't seem to access our prior stock photo license history for our previous contracts. This is an issue because we have just received a copyright claim about an image we licensed on a prior contract and need to be able to prove that we licensed it. I've talked to like 5+ people and counting on the Adobe support chat and keep getting transferred and they don't seem to understand the issue (or at least haven't explained how I can access the license history for inactive accounts). The old accounts don't show up in the profile switcher at stock.adobe.com just the active one (and my personal one). Does anyone know how to access that history? Maybe an Adobe Employee on this forum like @EvilBug1 or @Contributor1  will have some ideas? We just need to be able to see it!&nb

im using upcaling app called upscayle and as i rad and ask chat gpt to do deep search about adobe policy if its ok to use upscale on ai generated images or not . and as i can see upscaling is against the role of adobestock and all ai generation pictures have less than 4mp resolustion so how should i submit ai images if i cant use upscaling .and if they know that ai genaration sites cant generate a big resolution how they expect me to submit ai images without upscaling? help me pls ...

Many times I try to check my picture before sending. Unfortunately, my method doesn't work well enough. If anyone has a better way to check, please let me know.

Hello,In short, I was a member of Adobe Stock and used to upload my artworks there for sale.I had registered with this email address:omran.horizon@gmail.comAfter a short while, I deleted my account, and this was several months ago.A few days ago, I received an email from you stating that I had earned revenue from the sale of one of my artworks.I tried logging in again using the email above, and I managed to access the account through Google, But it seems that my login through Google was considered by the website as creating a new account.However, I did not find my artworks there.I then attempted to upload new artworks in order to continue, but I was surprised that the system rejected my PayPal account, stating that it is not unique. This is understandable since it was linked to my previous account that I had deleted.So what should I do now?I do not want to recover my old account if that is not possible, but I do want you to accept my PayPal account so that I can upload and sell my artw

Hi all - struggling to understand the licensing agreement at the moment with how it relates to the Creative Cloud for Pro Plus plan at the moment.My understanding as per the Adobe Stock license terms is that this extends to a single client ("you may purchase a license [...] on behalf of your client, and your client may use the asset subject to these Terms") except in the case of "Stock Assets licensed under an Unmetered Plan or Unlimited Plan". We have a Creative Cloud for teams Pro Plus license, which states this covers "unlimited use of assets" and includes Enhanced licenses for Stock assets, however I can't find any confirmation if this falls under the "Unlimited Plan" mentioned in the  Can I confirm if Enhanced assets acquired through the Creative Cloud for teams Pro Plus license are covered by the license agreement, or if an Enhanced license would need to be purchased via credits?

I just downloaded 3 new mockups from the Adobe Stock website. I didn't realise when I downloaded the files, that they only come in JPEG format. No photoshop file. I've tried everything, even searching youtube tutorials on how to use these mockups but I just don't know what to do to get my design onto the mockup without having to manuallly manipulate it. I've saved my design as a PNG, took it to photoshop, placed on top of the mockup, tried using mask techniques but nothing works as my mockup file is a simple flat jpeg. Please help. I paid for these mockups, I don't want to waste them.

Hi all, I've been trying to download some stock mogrt transitions from Adobe Stock. The mogrt's show up in my library but they are greyed out and the error "Templates Are Not Supported In Premiere" shows up when I hover over the template. I am updated to the most recent CC version as well as all the apps. I'm not sure what the issue is since I've downloaded from Adobe Stock for over a year with no issues. Any solutions would be appreciated, thank you.

I am uploading exclusively AI images, and I always mark them as such (Select all -> Mark as Generative AI, and check that People are fictional). Before submitting, I also go through each image to check category/title/keywords, and these boxes are checked. Now, my acceptance is slow and more around 50/50, but I keep checking on my images.  Once they are accepted I do a quick look-around and notice that sometimes, accepted images are NOT marked as AI. I delete those, as I am yet to find an option to mark them as AI post acceptance. I guess it makes sense to not be able to do this, as it was accepted as a real photo (it would be worse if the other way worked, pass it off as AI and then uncheck that).  But still - I have seen the boxes checked, I made sure to check them, and yet this still happens. If I could even see it in the review stages, I could fix it, but nope, only after they are accepted. And if I reup them, I risk them not getting accepted again...&nbs

Please help! I save photos to my favorites by clicking the heart. It SAYS it's saved, and when i go to my library, i can see them in the thumbnail for the folder they get saved to. However when i open up that folder to actually get to the photo, nothing i favorite is showing there, even if the "display all" filter is set. The only photos that are showing in the library are the licensed ones that i downloaded. I don't want to have to download every single thing i like before i decide if i want to use it. Where are they?

Hi! Product 1552032512 says it's a vector, but when you download it's just an image inside a AI archive that you can't edit or change in any way.  I've noticed that this has become a common practice on this site now.... is this against the rules, or not? Reminds me of the people uploading AI images without tagging them as such, which I believe is actually against the rules (right?). Can something be done about it?  Greetings!

We paid a lot for this and want to push branding hard this year. How much to copyright? Can you get this to LegalZoom and get it copyrighted?" To which I replied"This is the Versace logo. Where did you get this?
