Hello everyone.  I am a content volunteer for a neurodivergent (dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD etc) recruitment agency and I edit webinars that my colleague hosts. I am interested in purchasing a lower thirds pack (file no. 179000893) from Adobe Stock to use in the webinar edits. I know the cost is £15.99 (GBP) but is this a one-off payment, a monthly payment or a yearly payment?

Hi, I recently licensed this (182864892) image, and after licensing the image is very pixelated. Was hoping we could be refunded the credit used. Please let me know. Thanks,Michael

I recently licensed a collection of wooden background textures but the only file I get is the preview with all the background textures mashed together? Whattup with that? It isn't the first time, but rather seems to be the case quite often. Can the collcetion be found elsewhere for download or is it just a stupid feature and I should stop trying to license collections?

How do you search stock images by file number? I have cleared all the search filters and nothing is coming up for any of the files I'm looking for. Help!

Hi - I added a bunch of images to my library - to then make final selections - and now it's suggesting I licensed all of them and can't undo.  I know this is an issue with adobe stock - i've only used 3 photos on my website and now can't get the other 7 i'm entitled. thanks

Been having issues on and off for the past few months. And now apparently someone took advantage of it and bought themselves a variety of images for their use. I'd like to refund any purchases made from the stock in the last 48 hours as none of them were authorized by me. Check my account and login locations, one of them is on a completely different continent. Please advise

Взяла тестовый режим, за пару дней до его завершения отключила его, что бы опата не списывалась. мне пришло уведомление о типу - очень жаль что вы уходите итд... но... я не знаю где - но данная программа списание не отключила - а по окончанию тестового периода, мне начисляют более 2000 рублей. Прошу отключить списание если не верите смотрите свои записи, что люди удалили тест и карту. Платить я ни чего не буду. Мне больше данная программа не нужна.

Dürfen gekaufte Adobe Stock Fotos zugeschnitten werden, so dass nur ein Ausschnitte aus dem Bild verwendet wird? Z.B. wenn ein Original Bild von 6300 x 4000 px auf ein Format von z.B. 1080 x 1080 px (Instagram) zugeschnitten werden muss, so dass nur noch ein Auschnitt des Bildes zu sehen? Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. 

I wanted to try out Adobe stock, so i got the free trial. I thought I got it through my work account, I had used the same mail, I just clicked personal account instead of work. Therefore when i trues to download stuff later after logging into my work account (i had already downloaded two mockups with my new personal account) it wouldn't work. I thought there was an error or it had cancelled itself. Now i've been billed for two months, i haven't downloaded any stock images. I am a student who can't afford this and frankly i am not sure what to do. I can't even change my plan because my last transaction didn't go trough

So, I want to sell digital invitations on Etsy compiling clipart to come up with a unique design. My shop would also be integrated with Corjl. Corjl is a create-on-demand site that allow the customer to add text, and simply resize graphics to their desire. For what I am trying to accomplish, would an enhanced license be the way to go to avoid legal problems?  

Hi, I'm starting a small wood working business and I will be making small boxes, I will carve images on some of the boxes. Can I sell my products with just the standard license, the carving will not be an exact replica, I will take creative liberties.

If I buy a photo with standard licence and modify it, can I use use it then in packaging layouts for sale

I pay for a monthly subscription and I accidentally licensed an expensive video, that I do not want and have not downloaded. I have 42 asset credits and it didn't count toward the credit. I would like to refund this purchase because not only have I paid for several months of credit without using it, but I'm also being charged nearly $100 for something I didn't want on top of the $99 I've paid which should have made that asset included.

Hello Adobe, Today I purchased a license for 227500820 and upon downloading, noticed that there is motion blur to the image. It's not severe, but the quality isn't good enough for me to use it. I'd like to request a refund of this one license. Please advise. Best,Stephen Taylor

Is there a way yet to download smaller image sizes from Adobe Stock? So often I'm downloading images for web and I don't want to clog up my hard drive with large files when all I need is a small, web quality image. I've seen a couple other posts about this, but the answer from the latest when (which was last November) was simply that the suggestion will be passed along. Timeline??

Hello, I am with a company that is planning to use one of your stock videos commercially within a promotional video that would be shared on our YouTube and social media channels. The license specifically prohibits use of the Stock Assets in a manner that infringes the intellectual property or the rights of any person who appears in or is associated with the Stock Assets.  It doesn’t provide a statement that says that the people pictured in the video grant us their right to publicity, as well as the right to their likeness.  Can you clarify this point and let us know if we would be legally clear to use the video for our purposes? Our legal department also requested if we could review a copy of the model release that is used. I would greatly appreciate if we could be put in contact with someone from your legal team. Thanks. 

I just purchased a video template that's supposed to work with premiere pro so I can import my own videos (it's for a youtube intro) and premiere pro isn't recognizing it. I then downloaded after effects (per google suggestion) and it won't open in there either. The file format is in .mogrt I'm running out of ideas on how to get it to open so I can edit it.

I am unable to purchase images from adobe Stock. I get an error message. It seems nobody is available at this moment at adobe support, probably because today is Sunday. I´d be grateful if somebody could provide a solution.

I want to sue Adobe for this. Anyone with connections to help send me a dm. This is incredibly predatory during a National crisis and the UX design behind managing plans is designed to trap artists who can not afford the tools, into plans that put them in financial distress. I have a yearly subscription to the Adobe apps. I want to canel the subscription now but I see have to pay X-euro's because I would stop the subscription. I cannot find when I can quit the subscription without having to pay these costs or without my ubscription being elongated for another year.
