On Friday I've bought a file ( fil #: 459244584) from an Adobe Stock contributor called ekosuwandono but the file I received by downloading was a different one 😞 I selected a vector drawing of a tree with leaves and instead I got a tree whose leaves were depicted in geometric circles (fil #: 459244528). I really need the image I picked for my project, but there is no contact option available anywhere to report this error! Posting this message on the forum is my best guess to hopefully get this sorted out.
Hi This is Arpit. I have 16 free assets and it's last day for my free trial, But after i purchased a video I got charged. I didn't get any OTP for the confirmation of the product which is a must in India. It's kind of illegle now. Please refund my money, I can't afford that expensive video. I freaking out here.. Please help me.
If I'm on the free account and I make a design using some of the images that were free, am I allowed to sell them as stickers?
Hello.I don't know why I am regularly paying for this Adobe Stock program. I have never used this program.I paid even cancellation panlaties.I would like to get a refund of subscription for few months and also cancellation penalties. Thank you.
I had a login on a computer that wasn't mine a couple days ago and (3) charges to adobe stock amounting to $480. I contacted support, assuming this would be easily reversed, and come to find out Adobe's "support" is actually designed to deflect on basic questions, treat informed people like idiots, lie, and then refuse to refund. I was simultaneously talking to text support as well as on the phone, where the text support person inevitably offered a refund that phone support said that I would not get. Phone support asked for my text support chat number which I refused to give in case he tried to reverse the decision. So ultimately I should get my money back but this speaks to a larger issue. I'll start by saying that the purchases were all made to the same Stock author, likely meaning there is some fraudulent activity where people are purchasing their own assets through other people's accounts for profit. I have been trying to get support for over week now, with no help. I purcahse assets from Adobe Stock often, and need the invoices to submit for expense reports. I used to just go into the Invoice and Billing history and access them all there, but last week they all disappeared and now it just says "We didn’t find any orders associated with your account."I have contacted chat support and phone support, and all they do is tell me that higher level support will call me back within 24-48 hours. Then I receive no phone call, and I get an email saying my support ticket has been resolved. Is there any way to get any kind of knowledgable decent support? I literally spend thousands of dollars a month on Adobe Stock assets and cannot access my invoices. This has by far been the worst customer support I have ever experienced from a large corporation.
Last month, I purchased illustrator from adobe creative cloud apps and the first month I was charged the expected monthly fee for illustrator alone. This month, which is the second month, I was charged for both illustrator and adobe stock. I went to check my account and it said I had subscribed, but I did not. I do not need adobe stock so I'm very annoyed, as it is too much money to spend on something I did not need.

Meine Frage: Kann man die Plus-Lizenzen mit den Bildern aus dem Team-Abo erwerben und kosten diese dann ein Vielfaches an "Standard-Bildern"?

I make payment from same debit card on other portals as well. Also, sought help from the bank but they won't help. Is there some way I can make the payment and continue the service? Hi When I open the image in illustrator the file is all broken up and not like the fluid water colour like on the website. Could I return it so I can get an alternative image? ThanksKaren
Hello. I've been using the student Creative Cloud - all apps plan, which was £16.24 in the first year, then increased to after the first year £24.96, as it said on the plan. A week ago, I was emailed to re-verify my student status so I can keep using the student plan, which I did. Despite verifying as a student, I was charged the non-student price of £49.94 for Creative Cloud - all apps. I thought there was a mistake, so I cancelled the plan, as I should be paying £24.96.After cancelling the plan, I contacted support about my eligibility for a refund, as I was charged the non-discounted price. I was informed that I was not eligible, and I have also lost access to the Creative Cloud, paying £49.94 for nothing. I was informed that I can buy the student subscription again, but doing so would mean spending an additional £24.96 on top of the £49.94 I've already been charged, just to use the software I require. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to go back to the
I didn't received invoices for photos I have bought.There is no option to download it too in your great system.Not mentioning that you charged me incorrect VAT amount (In Canary Islands there is no VAT but IGIC so either you add 0% VAT or 7% IGIC).But most importantly I need the invoice.

Signed up for a free trial, forgot to cancel in time before the free trial ended so it AUTOMATICALLY signed me up to the full product ($29.99 a month). I thought okay whatever, eventually got around to cancelling it, now they tell me I need to pay another $59.99 to cancel this subscription? Absolute disgraceful scam of a company. I have been a regular monthly paying customer of Photoshop and related programs for years, but they do not care. I will be researching my alternatives.
I tried the adobe stock subscription but didn't find anything that I liked so I left it alone. This morning the subscription was renewed. I contacted support through chat but they refused to give me any refund saying that there is a 14 day cancellation policy. I HAVENT EVEN USED IT. I tried to get a refund within 14 days but was refused. I was only able to cancel the plan. This kind of service from such a big company is outrageous and disgraceful. Hello, i want to use a non-editorial image to decorate a blog-post on my website. I am using the credit line mentioned on the Adobe Stock website and contained in the IPTC credit line field to show the photo credits next to the image. To compress the image to a small filesize, i want to strip all "unneccessary" data from the file, including the Metadata/IPTC credit line field.In the Adobe Stock Additional Terms 3.1 (A) Adobe grants me the right to modify the work.But in 7.1 "General Restrictions" i am told that i must not "remove (...) any proprietary notices associated with the Stock Assets". My question: Am i allowed to remove the IPTC credit line field from the image-file when showing the photo credits as readable text to the visitors? Jetzt frage ich mich aber wie es ist,wenn ich aus einem erstellten Bild/ Design eine Erweiterung benötige, um ggfs. I would like to transfer one Adobe stock image with an extended license to the customer, according to the Adobe guidelines. Adobe indicates that this is allowed in the extensive guidelines, but Adobe does not indicate how this should be done. I would like to hear from Adobe itself or I will be called by an Adobe employee with knowledge of stock images and the extended license. Or will I receive a form that I can send so that the license transfer is arranged. ps. I do not want to transfer my extended license to another email address or to another user. But I want to transfer a stock image according to the extended stock license.
Dear Adobe 3 months ago I decided to try out stock images for my hoppy. However I just wanted to try it out since it said that it was cancelable and too expensive for me to run with. However I couldn't see the option of cancelmy subscribtiin under account management.it's been 2 more months and ive been billed twice: 275DKK and now I can't cancel without paying a total of 1200+ DKK. I buy an Adobe stock image and include it in our press release. 2. I send the press release to the media as a PDF.3a. The media copy the text of the press release but they also extract the photo of the PDF or screenshot it to illustrate the article. In other words, the media is using the photo that they didn't pay but we did. 3b. The press release is not distributed to the media as a PDF but it is published on our website. This means that the stock photo illustrates the press release. The media then copies the text of our press release but they extract the photo of the website or screenshot it to illustrate the article. Can the media organisation use the photo without paying the licence?And thus maybe use it for other purposes?
