Dear Community, I'm brand new here, a one time user of Adobe Stock. I would like to buy a picture for a bigger wall poster and need a high resolution for that purpose. But as I realize most pictures here are too small. Is there any chance to get a picture I like in a higher resolution than offered officially in the first place? I'm very thankful for any hint. Regards, Ker

As far as I understand the terms and conditions of a standard license, the use of Stock Assets, say images, on a website is permitted, however, according to 7.1. (A) one must not "use the Stock Assets in any way that allows a third party to use, download, extract or access the Stock Assets as a stand-alone file; or in a way that exceeds the scope of the license to the Stock Assets" (Stock-Additional-Terms-de_DE-20210129.pdf). In order for images to be displayed by the browser, the browser must download the image information. This means that an experienced third party can obtain the images as a stand-alone file. What must be done in order to comply with the terms of use and still use an image (editorially) on a website?

I have an international client for whom I design web banners, some of which are then seen in other countries.The client is the same, the website extension is country-specific (like: es, .pl.,it). This is possible with a licence, isn't it? If this company has sub-companies that have a different name, but the layout is identical, do I have to license the image twice?Thanks

Hi.Noticed that a local casting company is using images with ADOBE stock watermarks in them for a casting call on social media. Where do I find the owner of the photo or how do I get written consent to use a photo?

Due to changes in the administration, all my libraries are now in my personal profile, not the company profile. The problem is that I have to buy the license in the company profile. So I always have to switch, get back to the library AND I don't see anymore, which pictures me or my teammates already bought a licence for. This is really inconvenient and frankly quite annoying. Also it seems that I cannot create new libraries in the company profile at all - so I can't even avoid that with future libraries. Any ideas?

Hello,I currently have a monthly stock subscription with over 30 licenses transferred from previous months. do they expire if I upgrade to the 1-year subscription (with monthly payment)? Thanks in advance

i have only been using the stock photos for a couple of months and after the 1st month I changed my plan to 10 pics a month but how do I know how many pics I have downloaded. I don't want to exceed my limit but equally what happens if you don't use the full 10 do you lose them when the next licence is paid.

Hello there! I purchased a vector file today - Adobe Stock Number: 236431383. Upon opening the file in Illustrator, I noticed that file itself with two designs is about the size of a business card. I need the file to be much larger for what I am working on. After trying a couple of different ways to size/scale up the vector file, it just loses all of its quality and sharpness. Is there a way to scale up this vector without losing so much detail or is there a way to contact the designer and ask for a larger size? Adobe Stock doesn't let you know the size of the file before you download and I can only see the preview image that the site shows. It looks super great at that size, but does not scale properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, years ago I created this image of balloons and uploaded it to Pixabay website. I was not able to remove it from pixabay, so I guess it for ever will be public domain, but now it seems to be sold here in Adobe Stock made bigger artificially.Nissan photos, images, assets | Adobe StockMy Pixabay profile linkBalloons Heart Sky - Free photo on PixabaySo is this against of any rules? Hello! Is it possible to get a refund on an unintentional purchase for Adobe Stock? I am aware that I signed up for a trial of Adobe Stock but thought I took measures to ensure that the trial would be cancelled. I guess I was wrong. Is it possible to get this refunded and cancel Adobe Stock? Thank you.

I often buy standard images and end up with low quality files. In this case FILE NO.: 227241901 and FILE NO.: 259911708 are grainy and unusable, how can I fix them? is there a way to contact the author or else? I use the file in the PS (v. 22.4.3) library of 4 purchased files two are unusable. But it is not the first time that it has also happened with other authors. When I have problems with a purchased file (grainy low resolution etc ...) how can I get the correct image file?Thank you.

Just browsed all the forum here but didn't find any solutions.   When I want to use some free templates inside the premiers essential graphics from the adobe stock there always pops up an error: "Error while importing the animations template. While downloading from the adobe stock server an error occured. Please try again" (maybe its written a bit differen because I have the german version and just translated it). I tried to reinstalling the cc, tried logging out and back in etc. Nothing worked. How can I make it work? Any suggestions?
