Hi! Just wanted to know if it is legal to use an image from Adobe stock on my youtube tutorial video.? This would just be a small part of my video.

Hi, I can't access stock.adobe.com on any of my devices. I always get:Error 403 ForbiddenForbiddenGuru Mediation:Details: cache-sna10732-LGB 1623923537 4271251102Varnish cache server I have tried in multiple browsers. I have tried loading it from InDesign and Creative Cloud Desktop. Same problem. I can go to any other adobe site, including https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/ with no problem. Please help. Thank you.

I was just suppose to vie its license or how much credit (assets) it uses but didn't know that the license button actualy will buy or use my assets. Can anyone please unlicense it for me? It was literally less than 5 minutes ago and I haven't downloaded anything yet.  The ID is: #327880808 Also, why can't there be another pop-up to verify the license? the pop-up that appears is the download asset meaning if you accidentally press that button, it's done, asset used. 

Hi Adobe community, I'm having trouble removing the transparent background of Stock images. I've tried removing the transparent layer in the .ai file, but that just shows me a bunch of unwanted layers beneath it. I'm trying to do this in Illustrator - I'll link the image ID's below Thank you, FILE #:  435567218FILE #:  406823298

I have bought an adobe stock pattern file that looks like a vector, but it is a jpeg. I have contacted the artist, who says that there is a vector version and that Adobe stock should have it. Any ideas how I can get it? Image is AdobeStock_235188894.jpeg  You will see that it has been created initially as a vector.

Heyo,so I recently tried out adobe stock and bought some stuff (3d models and wallpapers) Yesterday I wanted to do the same but for some reason they declined my buy with paypal.I just checked my paypal and the took the money - 3eur for something I do not have - I checked my library and there is nothing besides the stuff I already paid for before. They did this two times now... Can someone help? Thanks

Hi there.  I found an icon set that has an icon in it that is a really bad idea - it looks really anatomical.  It's not usable in polite company.  How can I share it with you privately so that you could quietly remove it?  My license doesn't allow me to chat with you.

Hey, So I have a client who's licensed a lot of Adobe stock images for some videos that I am producing for him. The images are currently in a Creative Cloud libary that he created. My question is is there a way for me to have access to the full versions of the images without manually uploading them to the cloud? He is able to share the images with me via a Creative Cloud library; however, there is not an option for me to download the images. If I click add to my library, all I have are unlicensed previews. What is the best workflow here? Does he need to upload them to the cloud or email me, or is there a way I can use the Creative Cloud libraries feature to access the images which he purchased? Thanks!

Hi, I´m a student who uses Adobe regulary since I want to get to be a web designer. Especially when my customer wishes for something creative and extraordinary. Since the beginning in my new career I´ve got a problem with Adobe Stock. Lately the website started glitching and it also says that it isn´t avaible for my account while I do have a given license from my teacher. I don´t know the cause and either I don´t know who to speak with about this problem. I would be really happy if someone could help me.

hello.. i purchased a single clip that i haven't used yet .. i am making a film and will post it on youtube.. my question is if i want to use it again do i have to download it again? and can i edit the clip such as trimming and adding color? another question what if i change my youtubes channel name, should i let you know? thanks

This is the first time that I have to let my disappointment out with customer service here...   I am trying so hard to understand the usage of "standard stock" versus "extended stock". I had to google and read the fine prints to understand it myself. So I'm good there.    Then comes the downloading part. I try to buy a stock image and it does not give me the option to choose between a standard version or an extended version. I keep telling the agents this via chat and they keep offering deals on credits that I can't afford.    All I want to do is get this stock site to work for me. I want to be able to login, select an image, click buy, have the option to choose standard or extended", and call it a day.    But for some reason, it's not working for me. It is trying to make me choose a monthly plan that i don't want. I am not getting the help I need. I've been online for over 2 hours chatting with agents and I'm so disappointed to be left to my own....

Olá, estou sem acesso ao banco de imanges da Adobe já há alguns dias. Testei em três navegadores diferentes (Safari, Chrome e Firefox), desativei firewall, controles de segurança, testei questões de proxies e nada. A pesquisa no banco de imagens retorna com erro 500 quando logado na conta. Quando deslogado, a pesquisa ocorre normalmente. Currently, we have a 10 assets/month membership that is up for renewal in early July.  We plan to renew, but want to understand the policy when it comes to carrying over assets from year to year (renewal to renewal) as we have about 80 assets.  I understand that under this plan 120 assets can carry over month-to-month, but what carries over year to year if we renew?  Do we lose all unused assets because we are starting a new year renewal?  Or does the 120 carryover policy month-to-month act the same year-to-year if we are renewing?  I want to make sure we don't need to use up our assets before our early July renewal.  Thank you!

Hello, I didn't find a clear answer "outside this community" until now why I ask now here: Can I use Images for "Editorial use only" (e.g. about Microsoft Teams) as Thumbs for my videos on YouTube? I have a tutorial channel there about Microsoft 365 and all content is for learning and knowledge about this products. No marketing for selling licences or services or stuff like this.Thank you for your help!

PicRights / Reuters and their law firm Higbee & Associates are shaking me down for images I used on my blog in 2015. I know these were images I got on a royalty-free website, but can't find proof of it. Any advice on whether to ignore, settle, or do something else.

Hola a todos buena tarde. Aquiri una licencia ampliada de uso de una obra  (archivo de vectores) de Adobe Stock para usar en un juego de mesa con fines comerciales, el cual aún está en fase de desarrollo. Durante el proceso me han surgido las siguientes inquietudes, agradezco quien me pueda orientar. ¿Puedo usar la obra y obras derivadas de ese archivo (ejemplo cambiando colores) dentro de un juego de mesa en elementos como caja, fichas, cartas, tableros, dados, manual de instrucciones, entre otros, con fines comerciales? Si puedo usar el archivo de esta manera, ¿Debo hacer alguna atribución a Adobe o al autor de la obra en el juego? En el documento Condiciones Adicionales de Adobe Stock se refieren a incluir la línea de crédito o atribución para el uso editorial para Contenidos de Stock designados como "solo para uso editorial". I bought this image, and have spent the last 2 days pulling my hair out to remove the supposedly checkered background.
