I purchased a licence from Adobe Stock for a song created by Epidemic Sound. Every time I post a video on YouTube, this week will be the sixth week running, they've filed a copyright claim against me. They've been supplied each time with the licence number and the videos give them credit for the music. I thought the purposed buying from Adobe Stock was to avoid this? Will this happen every time and if so, can I get a refund for the music since it's more trouble than it's worth to use it?

Hi,I bought a licence for picture 355834864. The picture has a big problem there is a vertical cut through the picture. on the left side it's a little blue touch and on the right side it seems to be OK. Is it possible to contact the author of a picture to get a not damaged version of the file?Thanks for helping me and sorry for my bad english!Stay healthy!!!Greetings Marcus

When i either download an imgae from adobe stock or open in app it comes out just with a coloured background and no image like a rectangualr block of colour, anyone knows how to help with this?

I recently found out I had apparently, somehow, without my consent, signed up to an Adobe Stock subscriptions back on Feb 6, 2020. I used the service that day to download 1 photo and never used it again. Recently while reviewing my bank charges I noticed Adobe Stock $29.99.... I went to chat for help. Nothing. I called the phone number. Nothing. This is an absolute ripoff. I paid MONTHS for a service I used only once. No one can help me in customer support, they just keep sending me the terms and offering Stock at $19.99. Pffft.... I have been an Adobe customer for 15+ years and have never had such an awful experience. Posting here is my last resort. This experience in chat and on the phone has been horrible.

Hey everyone,   I'm a little bit confused. So I ordered the free trial month 2 days ago. It said, that if I quit my subscription until the 28th of May, I won't have to pay for anything. Today I canceled my subscription. But unfortunately the intelligent algorithm will only cancel it earliest on 22.06. and I need to pay one contribution on 21.06. . Is that a joke? I only used the FREE TRIAL MONTH for almost 2 days and need to pay for it, even though the buying information said, its for free when I cancel my subscription until the 28th of May? Guys just be careful when you get a trial subscription for ADOBE STOCK, when your trial subscription ends (30 days), they started to charge you each month, but if you want to cancel, they will CHARGE YOU 50% from the rest of THE ANUAL CONTRACT !!  "Cancellation TermsYou can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded.  What the difference is between a standard image / template and a premium one. According to my understanding, for 1 credit I can buy one photo / template and premium one image / template costs 5 credits. So how much will 50 credits cost me?  But I don't want buy right now 50 just maybe 10 then later more.According to the price list, I can buy 10 credits for 19.99 / month and these credits (10) for them I can buy 10 standard photos once a month and another 10 in the next month? does it work like that? Please explain how it works because it understanding for me.Can I choose a free trial and download those photos that need not pay and then cancel before the end of the month? 

Hello,I accidently subscribe to the monthly plan, but I didn't even use a picture from Adobe Stock. I have no money to pay for it. So Adobe continously send me e-mails about billing failure. How can I unsubscribe?

A stock subscription for 10 items per month is £23.99 (UK). I have accumulated 97 paid-for assets from my subscription. I am told today by customer care that if I stop my subscription, I will lose my credits. Adobe, why would you do that? It's an awful policy. No other business I use or know has such an anti-customer policy? For example, I use Audible. I get three credits each month. If I stop my subscription today, they do not throw away my available credits as punishment for stopping, I can continue to use them at any time - I simply don't get new ones!Again, why, Adobe, do you have such an anti-customer policy?I tried to complain about this issue to customer care but they said because the policy is (buried) in the terms and conditions, then it's my fault for signing up for such a policy. I suppose it is - but still, why, Adobe?? (Sigh).

If I purchase the small image to start, and, at a later stage I need the bigger image, is it possible to only pay the oustanding portion that I have not paid, or would I need to spend £199 for the small to start and then latere pay the full £399 on the large?

Hello, Today a company from turkey wants to money a image from adobe stock. I use this image for my customer web site.  Anybody claim an image adobe stock image? My customer see me like burglar. I do not remember when I purchase this image? I cannot find my account. Also, may be I use this image for free trial. I have 10 credits. 

Hello,Like many other user I seem to have bee mislead by an innocent looking "license" button. This stange UX puzzles me a bit. Many usere seem to have reported the issue. I thought I was going to see "license informations..." not instanly and permanently buy said license. Would you be so kind and credit me 1 image as you did with other users please ? 🙂 Thank you very much. Mike

Hi, I subscribed to this plan last year during my pandemic blur.  I hadn't realized I'd been paying for it all along.  I'm not even sure if I've used any assets but of course can figure out how to check.  Does my access to these assets reset each month? Since I don't believe I've used more than a few assets (possibly none) would I have a cumulative balance of assets to download and use now and in the future? Before I cancel my plan I'd like to know if I would still have access to the number of stock images I've accumulated after I cancel? Adobe Stock – 3 assets a monthADB132723230Sep 21, 2020US$29.99 Thank you in advance for your help!

My subscription is paid until June 16th.I still have 23 assets credited to my acount but cannot download anything because –"Your Stock subscription has been suspended due to a problem with billing your account.To continue using the Stock service, please update your payment details."So assets that I have paid for are being held back for a payment due next month!? I am unable to update payment details as my account is registered in Portugal and my new company credit card is not registered in that country. As I understand it the only way to change countries is to sign-up all over again for a new account (awful UX).If I do sign-up again I will lose 23 assets that I have paid for it would seem?This is terrible service, and to top it there's no way to call anyone.

Back in January I successfully downloaded some files from Adobe Stock. I was able to download these without any additional costs, using my standard plan (Photography Plan 20Gb). Today I tried downloading a file and was not able to do this unless I agreed to change my plan.Has something changed or am I doing something wrong?
