I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent interaction with your customer service team.   I initially spoke with Shilpy to enquire whether there was a better price available for the renewal of my subscription. Rather surprisingly, instead of discussing any options with me, she transferred me straight to a department to cancel my service—without so much as a conversation or any effort to understand my query.   In light of this, I asked to be taken through your complaints procedure, but my request was simply ignored.   The advisor I was transferred to (Tanish), did not introduce himself—neither his name, position, nor department were provided. He continued to ignore my request regarding the complaints process and avoided answering my questions each time I asked. I am interested in using Adobe Stock images in a video project. My process consists of:    • Cast my actors via Adobe Stock images    • Create a storyboard with an AI tool (ChatGPT or Midjourney)    • Generate video from the the storyboard (Veo, Kling, Runway) Does this violate any terms of usage for the Stock photo?   

I downloaded Adobe Stock Mogrt File 1412139681.  It's a counter but only works correctly if one is working with 3 digit numbers.  If starting with a single digit number there's an abrupt jump from right to left as the counter ticks up.  Attached file shows fluid example with 3 digits and abrupt jump when starting with a single digit number. How does one go about getting their plan credit returned and/or contacting the designer to have them adjust their mogrt? In addition, it would be great if one could leave reviews and/or tips for templates they've purchased.

Hallo, ich habe ein Stockfoto als erweiterte Lizenz erworben. Eigentlich hatte ich es zuvor noch über Adobe bearbeitet und den Hintergrund ersetzt. Gekauft habe ich aber scheinbar die unbearbeitete Version. Ich vermute, dass ich mich beim Kaufvorgang irgendwo verklickt habe. Kann ich das irgendwie wieder rückgängig machen und das unbearbeitete Bild "zurückgeben" und im Gegenzug eine Gutschrift erhalten? Ich würde dann nochmal versuchen, das Foto zu bearbeiten und erneut zu kaufen. Über Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hello, I have purchased a stock photo as an extended license. I had actually edited it beforehand via Adobe and replaced the background. But apparently I bought the unedited version. I suspect that I made a mistake somewhere during the purchase process. Can I somehow undo this and "return" the unedited image and receive a credit note in return? I would then try again to edit the photo and buy it again. I would be very grateful for any help.

I habe 10 Bilder im Kostenfreien Abo heruntergeladen, nun habe ich das Abo beendet und es wird auch keine Lizensübersicht mehr im Profil angezeigt. Darf ich die geladenen Bilder trotzdem noch für eine Website nutzen ?vielen Dank ! I Loaded 10 pictures in that 1 month contract for free. Now i stopped the contract, the licence overview ist not visible anymore inside my profile. Is it still aloud to use the loaded files for a internet website ?many thanks for help !

Hi all, Does anyone know how to filter all AI-generated images out? It's been a REAL nightmare lately. I can generate some images myself. Don't need an expensive stock subscription for this.AdobeStock is turning into a garbage. How is it possible AI-generated imagery is labeled as photography? Any advice?   

I signed up for Adobe Stock Images, thinking I would use the credits. I found that I did not use it much and tried to cancel. They offered me a plan at a lower price. I first thought, why couldn't the plan be at the lower price right from the beginning? I say, "No, thank you." Then it got ugly. I am told that I have to pay for the entire year to get out of the contract, AND by canceling, I will also lose all my existing credits. WHAT THE ACTUAL EFF? I paid for those credits! I honestly do not recall agreeing to this term... I am vigilant about contract terms, but I must have missed the small print on this. So I am (begrudgingly) fine paying for the year to terminate BUT to take away my credits that I have paid for? That seems shady to me.

I have tried and tried to get a customer service person to contact me as the scam of a "free trial" where you can't cancel.....which I tried to do the very same day as I was lead down the primrose path....and still all I get is that I haven't paid as I took my information out as I DON'T want the free trial or the program.....How do I get a customer service person to call me?  

Hi All,I have the Photoshop + Adobe Stock Creative Cloud for individuals – Photoshop + Adobe Stock (10 assets a month). I want to use Adobe Stock images on my post, disucssing various topic. Can I use Adobe Stock images to do that without it being labeled or considered copyright infringement?  For example, I might discuss shoes, sneakers and make a post about old sneakers and new sneakers. "Nike used to make this shoe and it was good. But now, they've discontinued it and replaced it with this:" Showing an image downloaded from my Adobe Stock plan of both images. Is that okay to do? Can I use the images from Adobe Stock for visual in my post?

Hello all,I am confused. I bought a nice background described as mockup with a text as an example on it. When I bought the license and downloaded the file it turned out to be a high resolution jpeg?? What now? I cannot exchange the text of a jpeg. Can I? Please help! (See examples from contributors like rawpixel.com or georgejmclittle)

Hallo, seit dem Update habe ich leider Probleme mit meiner Bibliothek. Bilder werden von Adobe Stock nicht übertragen.   Zusätzlich kann ich folgendes Bild nicht lizensieren (wobei mir durchaus 2x Lizenzen abgezogen worden sind, bekommen habe ich es allerdings nicht): https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/los-angeles-skyscrapers-at-night/191590804  Folgende Fehlermeldung erhalte ich jedes Mal, wenn ich einen Download versuche: Konnte nicht heruntergeladen werden – Das hat leider nicht geklappt. Versuchen Sie es noch einmal, oder wenden Sie sich an Ihre Organisation.   Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand weiterhelfen kann/ das Problem bald behoben wird. Hello Adobe Stock Community and Support, I need help with a licensing issue. In September 2023, while I was in Turkey, I licensed and downloaded an image from https://stock.adobe.com/tr/. The file with no watermark is saved in my Google Drive with a creation date of September 27, 2023.  Now, I cannot find this image in my License History, and it is no longer available in the Turkish Adobe Stock catalog. However, I see that the same image is still available on other regional versions of Adobe Stock (for example, the UK site). The issue is that I am facing a copyright claim from Copytrack and need official confirmation from Adobe that I properly licensed this image from the Turkish site. I do not have the original Adobe Stock image ID, only the image file itself (JPEG, 2039x2057px, no watermark, the file is renamed) and a screenshot from Google Drive showing the download date.Could someone from the Adobe team please help me resolve this issue? Thank you

Die Anleitungen zur Migration verweisen auf eine Fotolia Loginpage, die ich nirgends finde, bzw. von der auf die Adobe-Hauptseite umgeleitet wird. Ich erinnere mich nicht genau, ob ich eine Migration schon einmal (ebenfalls vor einigen Jahren) vorgenommen habe, denn ich besitze ein Adobe Account. Dort finde ich in der Lizenzen-Liste leider meine Fotolia-Lizenzen nicht. Meine alten fotolia-Zugangsdaten habe ich noch. Wie kann ich meine Fotolia-Lizenzen wiederfinden?

How do I report stock images with incorrect titles or tags? I use a lot of stock photos of plants and animals and I search by specific species. In the process, I often find carelessly described photos with the wrong species name in the title. Example included (obviously not an oak of any kind, it's an alder or other Betulaceae species) but this isn't limited to one image, it's a widespread and recurring problem when browsing stock nature photography. There is no option for "incorrect title" or "incorrect description" in the flag button menu, so I don't know where or how to report these issues so they can be corrected.  It's frustrating to be looking for something specific and see a bunch of unrelated content in the search results, and it concerns me that users who are unable to identify these plants or animals at a glance may unknowingly use a misidentified image in their content.
