I want to have a simple logo with no background - transparent - so I can add it to my website pages. I have used Adobe Express before and there was no problem - but this time (I have included image) it just removed the outer edges of the image and left the space between the words white and I can't use it.

I'm new to Express and see plenty of tutorials on adding Drop shadows to text, but when I use the Enhancement's function when clicking on an image and apply "Shadow" by the maximum, I see nothing added. Is there a separate function for "drop" shadow, vs. "Shadow". Or is this a feature that has not been added yet? Thanks.

After switching Instagram to a business account so I can schedule stories and reels, I seem to have now lost the ability to schedule stories and reels to Facebook. Has anyone else encountered this? if so what was your fix?- nb. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting facebooks token.  

I just made an Instagram story that I wanted to post via the Express app. When I click on "Share" and select the specific platform, then fill out the important details, the "Publish" button is grey and is unclickable. It does not change no matter what I do. Also, despite the "preview" working with the Instagram Post category, it keeps loading when it's selected to "Story".I can download the file just fine, but it would have made it much easier for me to publish it via the app as I am a blind Adobe user and would make it more accessible that way.My Instagram account is linked, so it should work fine otherwise.Thank you in advance!

Can someone please explain why when I try to upload a photo, I get the some files exceed the size limit message?  I've already reduced a 20 MB photo to 1MB and still not uploading. Is the file size limit really lower than this? The only limit I have found online states 40 MB is the limit. I'm well under this. I have the premium. please help, thanks!! 

At one point I thought I recall seeing an option to make my own animation...did I dream this up? I'm looking for a way to simply have an object slide up from a specific point to another point over time. The built in animations can't get me to what I'm looking for as they are limited to the distance and fading settings in the "Drift", "Drop", "Rise" or "Slide" presets which only allow customizing the timing and "personality" of the animation. Is there another way to do this? Thank you in advance!

Hi, is possible to register an education email to get free access to Adobe Express as a standalone product without subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud to start with. I am an educator looking to have my students use Adobe express at my school in Australia.

I am trying to set up a site on Adobe Express using Vietnamese, however the font and formatting does not seem to support Vietnamese language and script. Is there a way to support this? 

When I transfer my image to my website, from Adobe express, if it's a thumbnail for example, the image shows a white background on Express but shows up grey as the background on my website.

Hello,Very recentely, I had attempted to go onto the adobe express website to use one its features only to be told that I had been denied access, with an error page (see picture given), what is the cause of this, am I the only one affected, and is there a fix? Any forms of help would be greatly appreciated. Please and Thank you,Dimitriv

Using https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/generate-qr-code to generate a QR code for https://invisibledisabilities.org/ I am unable to, as I am given the error "Invalid URL.  Make sure your URL is correct."It is correct, as you can see.  What next?Browser is Chrome on a Mac.

I published a project and sent the link off to someone to consider my submission, however, I noticed a mistake in part of it and have tried to go in and fix the error. I have 2 similar versions of my presentation being sent to different people, they are in my files so I updated both of those projects. I went to publish both times and updated the links on them, perfect! However, the link I sent to this particular person is not the same as either of these...it is a published document with the error included but I can't access the original file anywhere - it was just a copy of the original. I tried using the link itself in my browser and placing /id/ but it appears I can't access it at all. It says 'Can't access document You do not have access to the document at that url.' How can I fix this? 

Wie ändere ich die Schriftgrösse in Adobe Express? Ich habe ein Plakat für eine Schulpräsentation gemacht , indem ich ganz von forn begonnen habe und ein Design gestaltet habe. Doch jetzt bin ich vor die Aufgabe gestossen, einen ziemlich langen Text einzufügen und diesen in einen kleineren Bereich zu tun. Allerdings lässt mich das Programm die Schriftgrösse nicht ändern. bzw. weiss ich nicht wie das geht. Weiss das jemand? Ich bräuchte ein ziemlich schnelle antwort, weil das plakat heute noch fertig sein sollte.

Não consigo atualizar as fontes pelo dispositivo móvel. Quero, por exemplo, mudar para a fonte Mitr, mas a mesma so fica carregando infinitamente. Ela só está disponível pelo computador. Isso dificulta a minha edição pelo celular.
