I can't open video-projects in Adobe Express anymore. All I get is a "Bad Connection"-Error. E_FETCH_COMPOSITIONStatus: 500 I also tried to create a new video - the new video gives me the same error.I tried clearing cache, using incognito window, different browsers and three different devices. Last two days I could work on the video without any problems.

I write some words and I try to change the fonts but it won't let me see the dropdown. I have to close the tab and reopen the project sometimes that works to fix it but sometimes I have to close the browser completely and retry. It wasn't always like this I think after the last updates it started I'm not sure exactly.

Hi,When I try to delete a folder in Adobe Express I made a long time ago, I can't delete it because it says the folder still contains projects I need to move out of it first. The thing is, there are no projects in it, it's empty. There's only one subfolder in it which I've already emptied too, but then this subfolder can't be deleted for the same reason.. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Depois de inserir imagens e editar elementos de uma imagem no formato de story do instagram, não foi possível exportar uma imagem final do projeto. Uso android 12 em um Poco X3 pro (256GB armazenamento, 8GB RAM) com 120GB de espaço livre.

I'm dead chuffed to have created my first ever GIF with Adobe Express!However I cannot find a way to attach ALT TEXT (to help people with visual disabilities understand the content).With alt text when someone using a screen reader comes across a picture/GIF they will hear the alt text describing the picture; without alt text, they will only know they've reached a picture without knowing what the picture shows.I'm sure this must be possible given Adobe is super aware of these things, can anyone point me in the right direction please?I'm on a Mac running latest IoS.

 I am working on Adobe Express on my Samsung S21 Ultra. I chose a template to remix and when it loads on my workspace, the font color changes to black. Even though the color is chosen, it displays black. Is there a setting I'm overlooking?Here are screenshots, one of the template I want to use, then the other after it loads and showing the color is selected for that asset. Thanks for the help!  

Hi! I'm coming form ContentCal, where I had 2 brands, each with its own set of social media accounts (so 2 FBs, 2 LinkedIns, 2 Instagrams). It seems I can only log in with one set of social media accounts at the moment. Any way I can switch between channels like in the old ContentCal app?

Good afternoon everyone, I did have one post work today, but my later today scheduled posts are not posting. As far as troubleshooting, I have cleared cache, refreshed my connections, and logged out & in from Adobe to make sure. It just does not post. Currently, it is 3:21PM and my posts (changed ahead to get them to post) were set at 3:19PM. I did not get any messages, notifications, or error codes. So I am at a loss right now. Here is an image of what I have right now:

Hello people. I was wondering if I could get people's opinions whether it's worth paying $79 for the creative clouds all apps bundle or not. And if I do get it can I use all of them on my phone and laptop? Thanks in advance for the help  

I have images edited in Adobe Express for Instagram. I have downloaded the edited images to my computer, fully intact & usable anywhere else so far, and then uploaded them to the Adobe Content Scheduler where it shows the images incorrectly cropped via the thumbnails as well as when clicking on the preview button. Several of the images are cut in half. Is this a known issue or are there any fixes?? 

Hi, feeling a bit despondent here. I created a logo I finally liked but whatever adobe program I export/download it to it is blurry and pixelated beyond use. I have searched the chats and see other people having the same problem and often just giving up on Adobe. Also when I now go back to try to edit elements of it in Express it is also now pixelated and I can't seem to ungroup to move individual elements around. Please tell me it's just some stupid mistake I am making. 

Hello there, I'm having issues syncronizing both the projects and the brand between the desktop and the mobile apps.I tried any previous suggestion found in this forum but nothing works. Really the app is very good but this issue is really annoying.Any suggestion different from those already seen here?

Chat GPT (albeit 3.5) suggested I use Spark as a video aggregator to round up my videos from multiple social media platforms in one place. Since Spark has now evolved to Express, can it do the same, and if yes, any recommendations for a tutorial on how to do it?If not, any suggestions on anny other of Adobe's arsenal that I could use? I need to share the end result.   Update: Itseems sociablekit+adobe portfolio might work? Really hoping there's a one stop solution within Adobe though

I have three successfully linked social media accounts. I have successfully scheduled and posted to Instagram and Twitter. My premium subscription account is only allowing two posts per month.  It seems it does not understand that I have the Premium plan. This is not related to linking media accounts, it is only about the number of posts I'm allowed each month. Anyone able to give me a direction to head to fix this? 

Hello! We have multiple social media content creators on our organization. I would like to connect our social platforms to the scheduler, allowing all of us to access them to schedule posts.  Is this possible? Right now it looks like they have to be done on an individual user basis, however, not all of our users are admins on the social accounts, so they cannot link up the accounts.

When posting on our socials by using the Adobe Express Schedule I have noticed that by posting the linked-in post not all of the text is reproduced. Only the first lines are shown and the text ends halfway a sentence. Can you tell me if there is a possible solution for this problem? And as I have read in earlier posts in this community the schedule button is not available in the mobile app when using a company account (only for personal accounts). That's not really customer-friendly. Please make this also available for company accounts, since the scheduler is really handy to use.  

What is the best software from Adobe to create something like this? (look picture).Adobe XD is btw not my favorite
