I can't get IG connected. I have a business FB page and it keeps selecting the wrong IG business profile. The one it selects is not even an option in the "which IG business account do you want to use". I selected the one I want to use and it defaults to the other. Anyone have any ideas? It's such a hassle to connect, I hope the scheduler actually works after all this.

Adobe Express zeigt mir die Fehlermeldung an: In Ihrem Design fehlen Schriften. Sie können die Bearbeitung einer Kopie des Designs mit unserer Standardschriftart "Source Sans Pro" fortsetzen. In des Browservariante von Adobe Express auf meinem Desktop-PC kann ich eine eigene Unternehmens-Schriftart verwenden. Ich habe diese auch extra in der Adobe Creative Cloud hochgeladen und synchronisiert. Leider erscheint die Schriftart nicht in der Adobe Express App. Textfelder, die ich mit unserer Unternehmensschriftart auf der Browservariante angelegt habe, erscheinen in der App (Iphone, Ipad, Android) nicht, sondern lediglich die Fehlermeldung. In der App steht als Premium Feature "Schriften hinzufügen". Ich habe ein Adobe Abo. Dennoch erscheint meine Schrift nicht in der App. Wie kann ich dies lösen?

If I add a logo or image onto a page in Adobe Express is there any way to set it to an exact size (in inches)? I see resize handles, but no way to just set the physical size and I need it to be precise in one particular case. Thanks!

With my recent PS & LR (Photography Plan) renewal notice from Adobe, I was informed that there will be a Premium version of Adobe Express that will now charge Adobe users a monthly fee of $9.99 per month. Adobe Express was formerly free. If I do not opt to buy the Premium version I will be allowed to have a free “Starter” version of Adobe Express that will limit the fonts I can use and significantly reduces the number of free download photos that are available to me. Prior to this change I have previously downloaded several Adobe fonts.  If those fonts are no longer included with the "Starter" version of Adobe Express will Adobe disable those fonts that I already have which will  become available only to Premium Adobe Express subscribers? Here is the Adobe announcement I received:"There will be some changes to the apps included in your subscription when you renew. Hi!  It's my first time using Adobe express. I'm creating a short film press kit. The following are some questions:  1. My text is crammed whn i place a picture. I tried re-sizing and moving things around but it looks all squished together. It feels like there isn't enough space in one slide to fit in four pictures of my team and descriptions on the side.  How do create more space in one slide?  2. I have a table of contents. How do i turn the headings into a hyperlink where clicking on the heading in the content sends the viewer to that slide?   Peace and gratitude 

How do I credit design elements correctly? For stock fotos the adobe website says: “Agency Name/Contributor Name – stock.adobe.com”. How do I do it for design elements? Or is it not neccessary to credit them? (my current case: I use some bokeh effects for a bookcover) Plus: How and where can I find the source info for stock photos and design elements which I have found at first with the app (which never shows any contributor name). Often I love one stock foto and would like to see more from that series, but it is impossible to research this within the app. Thanks a lot for any help!

How do I connect all 3 of my locations business to to my social media accounts. It let you put one business in at a time is there a way for all 3 to be in there?

I am just starting to play around with Express, specifically video projects. I'm finding that our logo displays very poorly (png). I thought maybe that it was a matter of size, so I re-exported from Illustrator at a bigger size, 2000px width, and it shows up exactly the same. I've also tried directly placing the logo on a slide and the exported video still has the logo with very poor quality. Any ideas?

Quero pagar e não consigo. Tentei 2 cartões de crédito (com limite, claro) Comprei crédito pro Google Play. Dá : Erro, tente outra forma.. Depois fui bloqueada porque tentei várias vezes. O gratuito não quero, se não resolverem, vou desinstalar. Baixei hoje. Hello! I'm having trouble with a previous project I made. I previously had acess to adobe spark through my university, but since have graduated. Since I don't have access to my account anymore, I'm not able to get an updated link to my project. I believe the link I have now is invalid because abobe spark changed it's name to creative cloud. I used Adobe Spark before to make my portfolio and I made it using my account from our school. But now we do not have access to use it anymore and I cannot view all my work. I cannot even open the link that contains my portfolio which I used to send when applying. Is there any way I can view them again?

Can we schedule stories/reels on instagram as we can schedule posts through scheduler?

Good morning, we wanted to download the PDF Version of our document, but nothing is working. We tried on different devices, but on all of them we get the message: Failed to fetch. Normally we download our documents from the App on our computer, then we tried on the iPad, on several browsers, but nothing, it does not work. What can we do, because we worked a lot on that document and now we can't download it. It's really urgent. We also tried to duplicate, but nothing. Thanks for helping us.

I created a brand with my personal profile but I now need to edit that brand with the account my organization created for me on our Teams account. How can I transfer brand ownership from one profile to another (meaning from one user to another)?

Hello,    This is a great to hear that Content scheduler is being rolled out. I've scheduled some posts for Instagram in CCX web app, but they do not get published. It's always popping up with the following error. It does not retry or have any other information. Any ideas on how this can be resolved and publish posts?   

In the scheduler, it would be awesome to have a notifications and messages inbox, like on hootsuite. That would allow you to check engagement and respond to social media accounts in one place and make it a real competitor to other social management tools. It would also be really useful to see recommended times for posting based on audience engagement,

I just start testing the premium adobe express and i found that i can search and import a photo from the "photos" section, but it is not that convienient on searching,. I try to go to the stock photos site and add them to my library. from there i can see them through adobe exrpess but if i add them from there, they are added with watermark. There is a way to find the same photo i see in stock site on adobe express app (i try searching by name but did not work) Thank you  

Estaria buenisimo si se le añadiera la capacidad de bloquear una capa cuando estamos trbajando una pieza.

No hay un día que intente hacer un proyecto y esta aplicación se frisa y pierdo todo mi trabajo. Es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero.
