Mary - every time i try to access "the old version", IE express.adobe.com, i get the following error message:" This page isn’t here for you, but we are. https://express.adobe.com/post/hdyLbrLYbTz09/ is the URL to the project.Problem: Adobe Express cuts off lettering from the "TO YOURSELF" portion of a template that comes directly from the Adobe Express template catalog, as shown:The only modification that is made to this template is Animation -> Color shuffle -> Middle Option, as shown:The problem presents when you download the project as a MP4 file to capture that animation, the lettering on the "TO YOURSELF" portion truncates at "TO YOURSE".Please let me know what the problem/anticipated resolution is at your earliest convenience.Thank you,Dave 

I made an Adobe Express project a week or 2 ago and even downloaded a few drafts. However, I needed to update the image and Adobe Express shows this pop-up:  This is very aggravating because I NEVER inserted any Adobe Stock image, heck how would I even gain access if I never had access in the first place? All I know is that I was able to select a template that already had images there that I didn't even need (why would it even allow me to click it if it had Adobe stock images? Something should've prevented that from happening or at least remove the image from the template). Adobe Express on the web glitched out and became unresponsive and so I tried opening my project again and boom, I don't have access. I have an Adobe account through my University that provided us with an Educational license/access to the Creative Cloud and Adobe programs. How would I know an image on there was from the Adobe Stock images? I was able to d/load a PDF of my latest project. It held the original colurs perfectly well. When I saved the project and closed AExpr, and then re-opened the project, the text colour had changed - see attached photos. Desired colour (saved to PDF), with the undesired colour beneath! The text is animated, but as AExpr is not allowing me to d/load anything but a PDF, I cannot display!!!

Hi there. I have an issue where then I click on the add text button the poxes show but nothing loads. Templates and add photos works but the others don't either. I have tried on chrome, firefox and edge. In chrome I have also tried using incognito and guest mode. In chrome I also deleted cookies, logins and history. I tried creating a different account and it still didnt work. I am running windows 10. I tried my laptop and it's working fine on there so it's my PC. I tried running the beta of express. I signed in and then nothing came up at all. I tried the Adobe express app and it had the same issue with text not working. I'm running out of ideas. 

This has happened on Chrome, Chrome incognito, Edge, Android as well as the Windows Store app. All of them refuse to download, and it's not just one file but every file. This is absolutely insane. I can't even share by email or anything, it says an error occured and it'll be looked into. But when? I'm literally paying for "Convert & export to and from PDFs and other file types" yet I can't do those things. I have cleared the cache of every single browser. I have made sure there are no firewall blocks. 

I am not able to download my project to PDF. I get the following error: 'Unknown image format.code: 500requestId: o0LGom7iNeOYSgl3IAawyrCrg2h1AAVR' Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

When creating a project, in the browser evertyhing looks fine.In the downloaded file (png, jpg,...) the text is not in the right place, has been moved.frustrating, can't find what causes this

In my Adobe Express, the left panel of options does not work ... click on any icon and the entire page freezes. I have an iMac M1 with Ventura 13.1.    I should not have this issue, especially when I have to go online to use the application, and since I pay for the full Adobe suite of products.Please help!   Copy of panel I'm discussing: NONE of these features are working!Danielle     

Adobe Support Community,You should add an Auto-blend feature to Adobe Express.  This feature should allow users who are not masters at creative works to blend logos and other images into uploaded photos.  Adobe Express is awesome, but an auto-blend feature would take Express to the next level.

I am created a graphic where there is a picture in the center and background color, which creates a bar of color both above and below the photo. I want to blend the top and bottom margins of the photo with the background so they look like one element instead of a bar, a photo, and a bar. Is there a way to do this? 

I am working on creating a flyer in which some of the photos I need the background removed. I can upload and do the standard removal with out being signed in. As soon as a sign in as premium member, I continually get an error on uploading the image saying failed to load image...Pretty odd if you ask me 

Hi, all. i have posts scheduled today that I needed to be oush notified to post. I have the app and logged in, but 9 AM came around and no notification from the app. There is nothing that says "Scheduler" in the app. I had to make a Google Calendar alert and re-download the asset to be able to post on time. I never had this issue with Content Cal and need to be able to post to complete my job. I have all notifications on, so please advis

Hello there, I want to use Adobe Express for my Instagram post planning and publishing. I would like to use the notification function instead of auto posting, but I don't receive any notifications. I already checked all my settings on my iPhone regarding push notifications and everything looks good, but it's still not working. Can you help me out with this? Thank you very much in advance for your help,Christina 

I export the image but the download doesn't look the same as it does on the app. It has multiple layers but I did the exact same thing with the icon and it downloaded as it's supposed to look. But the banner does not! I tried both export options and look how differentit is. Yet the icon exported fine. ????? This is driving me crazy!
