Hi, when i look at adobes website i se QR codes with logos and stuff in them. How can i do this? I can`t find any function with logos in the QR in the QR generator.  

Würden Sie bitte eine Funktion zur komfortablen, individuellen Erstellung von Rahmen entwickeln? Die Rahmen in den Design Elementen sind unflexibel, unhandlich und die Bilder müssen passend geschnitten werden. Davon abgesehen, ist eine richtige Desktop Anwendung geplant? Die Performance im Browser ist mäßig und lässt mit der Zeit nach. Danke.

Hi,Is there a way to start a video from scratch using Adobe Express on the iOS App?When working from my desktop (iMac), I click the plus symbol (+) and get an option to start a video from starting template options or from scratch, but I don't see that on the App. When I tap the plus symbol (+) on the App, I see videos... but that's apparently to start from an exsisting video, not to start one from scratch.Am I missing something?Can a video be started from scratch with Adobe Express via the iOS App?Thanks!Bob

I get a "failure" to send a project tp FB.  I do get an email stating it failed to send and that I can fix itwith a few clicks, but am not told what to click. 

I just schedule 2 posts whit Adobe Express. I was hoping that when I connect to my Meta Business Suite, I would see both scheduled posts in my Agenda. Is this possible?

I am trying to create a video, but whenever I open a new project, I am not given the ability to edit the slides that are there.  I do not get the pop-up window that allows me to add images, text, etc.  Thoughts are welcome.

Todo esto ha hecho que mis diseños no sean los esperados, como los eran cuando usaba Samsung. Meine Freundin hat mich gebeten, für ihren Verein einen Instagram-Post zu erstellen. Dabei habe ich ein Stock Image mit Standard Lizenz verwendet, eigenen Text, sowie das Logo des Vereins eingefügt. Darf ich ihr das so schicken und darf sie es so auf dem Social Media Kanal der Vereinsseite veröffentlichen?

I can't help but feel like this is a lot like the same program that I had to purchase for full price for school, that disappeared from the market about 2 weeks later along with Fire, FLASH, and one of the best Webdesing products in existence Dreamweaver. Not that any wants anything to do with FLASH today, but I do miss the other software programs.

Same font and size leads to different size of bounding boxes. (see pic). I've noticed that this is due to letters with descenders (ie, like "p").Is there a way to avoid this in Adobe Express as when writing multiple lines this is quite noticible.Thanks for your help.

Hi,  I changed a letter in a text box and since then the JPEG export just delivers a black image (and the preview under my project also shows a black image only). The PNG shows no image at all. Only the PDF export shows the right project. Duplication also does not fix the problem. Any suggestions how to rescue the project? Thanks in advance! David

I am using Adobe Express for Youtube thumbnails and wanted to add a picture of the US flag. The flag image dissappears when I download the file. Is there something preventing flag images in express? I appreciate any help.  Thank you,

Can anyone help... I just bought Adobe Express, but when using Premiere Rush I don't seem to have any templates (Titles, Transition graphics and Overlays) when using the desktop or mobile version of the app(There should be hundreds of templates but there are about 7)

Hello! I want to know that can I use free start plan (Adobe express) on my own business? I searched community but I'm not sure what kind of limited between free plan and premium plan? Can I use fonts, design assets, photos, adobe stock, shapes ... etc. I appreciate your patience. Best regards.

I am working on a master plan and some words with repeating characters ("ff" in sheriff or "cc" in access) will show up as a box with an x as if the font is characters are not recognized. This is only happening after exporting as a pdf for all pages, it shows up fine within Express before exporting. See below:  

Hi there,just testing Adobe Express (installed as a Chromium WebApp) on Mac OS 12.6 M1. When using a template, after a few modifications it says "this file has been modified elsewhere and you need to refresh" which basically erases everything and I am back to black page. Anyone having the same issue?Thanks,P.S. I made sure Adobe Express is not open in another tab.P.P.S. attached the (German) error message 

Hey,I have made a slideshow including text & videos in Adobe Express. However when I past the texts in to the show they become blurry. They stay blurry even when I download the video. When looking it from my phone it looks alright (ofc cause the size is smaller) but in my laptop it is really blurry. What could I do? I didn't find any ways to change the file size or quality. I do find them in the layout form, but not now when im working on a video slideshow. Im a long time user of Adobe, but first time using Express.

I use Adobe Express in the Chrome browser on Windows 10. Suddenly, in the last projects I created, I could not access my brands. When I go to "Design" in the right menu inside the project, there are no brands as seen in the screenshot below.If I click "Switch brand" or "Add your brand", I come to this page where there are no brands:  I am also not able to add a brand (see error message in screenshot below):However, when I click on "Brands" in the left menu in the last screenshot I can see all my brands and edit them. In the old projects I created a few days ago and before I can still use my brands as usual. Does anyone know how to fix this bug or report it? I considered using the Bug report form at https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html, but Adobe Express is not on the product list there.

Hi,   I started a collage project in Adobe Express on my iPhone but would now like to make edits using my ipad.  I was using portrait mode on my iphone, and of course the project synced to the ipad as portrait.  However,  for the ipad, I would like to rotate the canvas and work in landscape mode.  Presumably there must be a way of rotating the canvas on the ipad.  However,  I've been unable to find a canvas rotate command.  I can rotate the individual image within the collage, but not the entire project/canvas. Any help on this would be much appreciated. thank you, Tim

I noticed a bug today when updating one of my projects. When replacing a 48x48 pixel icon, it would not shrink to the file's original size. When I keep shrinking, it instead crops the file.  You can see in the screenshot below with the size it imports as, the smallest it will go before cropping, and (in red) an icon I added prior to this bug. It happens both on the browser and on the android app.

Hi,How do I make the logo resolution sharper ? I made a logo, but when I download, it is not very clear. It looks little blurry. Also, if I try to resize and zoom in, it goes blurry and is not respecting the resolution. How can I set the aspect ratio such that it looks correct on any resolution.?

Hi All,I was working on a project in the free version of Adobe Express on my computer (HP Ryzen Windows 11) and hit undo which caused the formatting to go janky. It also looked like it was in the middle of saving to the cloud when this happened. Now, I am trying to re-open the project but, I am blocked by the 30 Day Trial pop up. The popup only happens when I try to open this particular project and not the other projects that I have saved. The support chat didn't seem to know any answers. Any suggestions on a fix?   

Hej guys, is it possible to insert videos or animated gifs in IG Stories in Adobe Express? I can online insert images, videos are not selectable.  Thanks for your help,Sebastian
