When trying to save a project to a brand library as a template, I get the following message:

Thanks Adobe for adding the create multiple pages feature to Adobe Express. I use my mobile mostly and the app is wonderful! I'm having a hard time though because I would like to save multiple page drafts/content in Adobe Express into one (1) pdf file. Right now it seems that it will only save to Adobe Scan and yet the file never shows up in Adobe Scan. Help pls!

Ttrying to set slides to 10 seconds instead of default 5 but it does not change

I had created projects on the application but since before yesterday when I connect to the application I can not see my projects. All my projects are displayed in gray with the message "download failed". if I disconnected / reconnected several times to see if it changed anything, but no. how can i recover my projects?

Is it possible in Adobe express to change a settign to just view 

Hi, I activated a font from the Adobe font library. I can see and add it to a new project in Adobe express, but when I try to add it to a new Brand, I can only see a few basic fonts or upload a file, but not my activated font.Furthermore, I can't access any of my libraries to add a logo, which is disappointing.

I am helping a friend create trading cards for visits she makes with her therapy dog. I created one in Adobe Express, but I can't figure out how to get it printed. It's double sided and in my projects section of the app. Is there a way to print this through Adobe Express or another Adobe product or do I need to start over with a different company? Any help appreciated!

I'm looking to create music bingo cards, where instead of numbers the options are a list of about 70 songs that would be randomized on a template I create using adobe express. Is this functionality possible? I see that it has bingo templates but I don't know how to make text options random.

Dears,I have in my project background image with the blur effect.When I export this project to PDF file, the blur effect lost. Export to JPEG is OK.Is this bug or is there any workaround solution?Thank you Martin

The branding function on Adobe Express is really cool - although it would be nice to be able to add more than one colour and font. Is there a way to add Typekit fonts to the Brand? There is the "upload" option, but as you're not allowed to download fonts from the Typekit space, how do you add them to your Brand on Express?

Is there something wrong with Express? I just started using it for an Instagram story. I'm trying to type "Mine's bigger" either as words or a hashtag (#Mine'sbigger)No matter what I try it will just not let me do it. Is there some limit on characters in Express? And it won't use a proper apostrophe.I think I'd be better off just doing it in InDesign and exporting to a PNG. This is ridiculous that I even have to ask something like this. When you dumb down a product so much that someone with 30 years of graphic design experience can't figure it out... it's like PowerPoint... not impressed.

Can you filter by keyword / keywords and only picks or setup to only look at Lightroom Picks. New to Adobe Express and keen to limit my team to only choose picks for content production. Thanks in adavnce.  

A teacher in my district uses Adobe Express for some projects.  However, they cannot find the version history of student work.  When the project is graded, a few students have gone back and corrected their work claiming that the correction was there the entire time.  The teacher cannot prove this due to a lack of version history.  Is this a possiblilty or feature that I am missing? Help…. This is my first time trying to use Adobe Express Scheduler, thank you Adobe Max for letting me know that this is available... I was able to connect all of my other accounts, including Facebook and have been able to post directly to those accounts from scheduler. Unfortunately, I am having a problem connecting my Instagram account. When I try to connect my Instagram business account, I’m getting a "Connection failed, return to schedule" error message. Does anyone know if this is an Adobe Express, Instagram, or Facebook issue? I’ve been searching for the last two days but I can’t seem to find any information as to how I might be able to correct this issue. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Just as an FYI, I switched my Instagram account to a business account 3 days ago and I created a new business account / business page 2 days ago and I am the administrator of that new page...  Also, I was wondering on another issue that I’m having

Ist es möglich das Automatische Speichern der Dokumente während der Arbeit auszuschalten? Es nervt bei jedem Satz, dass ich Schreibe bleibt es stehen und muss ein paar Sekunden warten, um weiterzumachen zu können. Manchmal macht mein Laptop nicht mit und lässt Adobe Express abstürzen, so dass ich jedes Mal neu starten muss das Programm. Des Weiteren würde ich gerne das Automatische Einrasterhilfe (Ausrichten oder Anordnen) ausschalten, ich kann nicht meine Texte und Bilder untereinander mit den Absätzen in Einklang bringen, es macht sogar 1 cm abstand und verschwändet damit unnötiges platzt auf meinen Flyer. Was noch hervorragend wäre, bei der Bearbeitung der Texte die Größe beizubehalten und nicht bei jede Verschiebung oder Anpassung des Textkasten automatisch zu verändert. Mit freundlichen GrüßenLux

I was eager to give the content scheduler a try and set it up. A little after connecting the content scheduler with my FB page I noticed that there is a new owner. In the facebook notification log I see an entry with my first name and a generic user icon, which cannot be clicked. So, it does not appear to be an actual Facebook user but probably Adobe Express. Could that be? I have trusted the access rights that were enabled by Adobe - perhaps it was a mistake. Anyway, can you help? I would like to avoid creating a new page as much as possible. Thus, if nothing else works, I would have no choice. PS: My last post has been marked as spam. I hope it won't be the case this time. I am a real user with an actual problem I would love to resolve asap. Best regards, Alexander

Does anyone know if its possible for two seperate Adobe Express accounts to view and collaborate on the same schedule within the adobe express software?   

 2 problems - Using it on iPhone  :1- This last month the app is not working efficiently. When trying to add a picture, the app crashes. The picture uploaded is the last step I'm able to make before it crashes.2- A few times I've been able to open the gallery to add a picture,  the pictures are arranged staring from the oldest one; I've tried other apps to check out if it is my phone and is not. It used to have them arranged starting from recent pictures and now it's not.Please fix this problem! I haven't been able to use it for a month because of this trying it daily.

I'm struggling to upload an image with my post. I've tried numerous times but all I get is a pulsating grey dot. 

I created a ticket in Adobe Express and want to have them printed. Because of the format they are saved in, you are unable to copy and paste them to get multiple copies on a page. Is there a way to do this in Adobe Express? Many thanks,Linda

When I create a video or GIF and go to download, it gets stuck in an infinite load/preparing to download cycle and never actually downloads. It says "Just a moment... We're exporting your project." I have to cancel the download and am only able to download as a PNG or JPEG. I previously didn't have any issues but this has been happening for a couple of weeks. I've tried logging out and logging back in. I've also tried a private window and switching browsers. Please advise. 

Hi I made a few leaflets and pages on adobe express on a iPad and when I go to download there are coming out blury with no quality dose anyone know how to fix 

When I try to enable SHEDULE within Adobe Express, I get the Connections screen with the 5 possible channels. I click on CONNECT next to Facebook, and I click on CONTINUE . . . then nothing happens !!!  brunsfeldo@comcast.net
