Hi! My firm is has been using ContentCal for almost 2 years and we are currently migrating in Adobe Express. I have downloaded our content as a CSV file. So my question is - how do I re-upload our content into the Adobe Express scheduling tool, so that everything is integrated?THank you!

So, I was working on a project for some time when suddenly my computer screen briefly went black and when it returned my project was not displaying correctly. The canvas simply displays whatever was on the previous open tab and even trying to download the project into a jpg results in a blank document. I have checked and all the old layers are still there so the document is not gone, but it simply will not display correctly. Do any of you know a fix to this? P.S: I was working on a chromebook.

Un gusto saludarlos amigos de Adobe y comunidad, actualmente estoy teniendo problemas con Adobe Expréss, el problema es que al momento exportar un post aparece una línea blanca en la horilla izquierda de la imagen, ya he eliminado la imágen de fondo, movido la imagen redireccionado a otro tamaño y regresado al tamaño original pero la línea blanca sigue. Al momento de la edición no aparece. Casino se distingue porque es una captura de pantalla de una historia de instagram. Ojalá me pudieran ayudar.  

HiI have some problem with using blend mode with picture and shapes.When i try to apply screen mode on basic rectangle it works fine, but when i try to use the same picture with any other shapes it doesn't work, i tried sceen mode and multiply and also tried to set black, white and also the same color of the background to the shapealso have to say that it accure only when the background is not set to white i tried to clear cache & restart my laptoptried to test it both on web & pwa version but the problem still accure any suggestions?

Estou tendo um problema recorrente, o meu app da Adobe express encerra sempre que vou exportar algum arquivo em formato MP4, isso acontece sempre, já reinstalei o app já limpei várias vezes a memoria e o erro permanece, isso tudo na versão mobile.

The display of photos in Adobe Express is less sharp than in edit mode. Is this avoidable by using certain pixel/dpi ratio? Now I'm using 1300x1300 pixels and 72 pixesl/inch.

Hello, I have been designing a logo with Creative Cloud Express and on the app (both on my laptop and andorid mobile) the image quality is perfect, there are no pixilations at all. However, when downloading those images on both my laptop and mobile, the quality is severely downgraded and the logo is pixilated.  We are using the free version of the service but I don't expect that to be the issue. We've used it in the past and the quality has been fine. Unfortunately, this time it isn't and we can't figure out why. For future trademark reasons I'm unable to share the image.  

Is there a way to add alt-text to images in Adobe Express?

I have uploaded all my brand colours but how can I pair them? At the moment they are Liz and matching! Should I add each colour pairing as a separate brand?

Tengo un problema para publicar mis creaciones de Adobe express en mi Google maps bussiness. Me dice que el formato está excedido de pixeles y me da una medida estandar que debería tener mi diseño. Sin embargo cuando voy a Adobe me aparecen formatos y dimenciones disponibles para publicaciones en Instagram, Facebook, etc; pero no me aparece un formato estandar para publicar en Google maps

Uploaded AVI file which was over 1 Gig.  Converted to MP4.  When I downloaded the MP4 video and played it, there was no audio.Went into chat with tech and he asked me to zip the AVI file and upload it to the cloud to share it.  But it was taking so long and I had another commitment.  So I ended the chat with the tech and as I was getting ready to leave, the zip file finished uploading.  But I haven't contacted chat tech again since I returned. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?

Hello, Is it possible to add and save additional fonts when creating a brand? I'm trying to use Neue Haas Grotesk Display Pro and Neue Haas Grotesk Text Pro. They are available to use when creating a new design, but I cannot get them to open inside a brand. Is this possible? I have the premium version of Adobe Express with my university's enterprise account.

I've been using Canva for nearly ten years for a marketing agency and one thing Canva has over Adobe Express is as you scroll through different templates, Canva allows you to save/favorite templates for future use. (While Adobe Express does not... at least as of now- in 2023) Ready for them to #catch-up!

This morning, I tried to open a project that I had been working on just last week, but I got this error message:This project contains licensed Adobe Stock images that you do not have a license to use. Even though I should have a license to use those, that's fine. I'm happy to remove the images in question and replace them with something else. The problem is that I can't even open the project to delete/replace the images. Please help.

We used to use ContentCal to schedule social media content, we had the 15 Facebook pages connected allowing us to share 1 post on multiple pages simultaneously.We have managed to connect our main page but can not see an option to add more Facebook pages, how can we go about doing this?

What happened to the 1920*1080 templates? There was an entire category called "presentations". They were there in the beginning of March 2023 and are now nowhere to be found.

Quick trouble-shooting question - I am trying to share an Express webpage with another user. If I send them the link to ask for access, they can click on it, but I cannot approve them. Basically, the approval screen pops up, but nothing happens when I click on the 'Accept' option (screen just loops). I can still add individuals though the invite option, but it's for a class of 150 students, so the process of emailing it out to all of them, and then getting them to duplicate the file would be very time-consuming.This hasn't been an issue before, so I am wondering if it's just a bug in the system at the moment?Thanks

No, I will not send screenshots.No, I have not given you my CC information.No, Loging out/logging back in and different browsers don't work.No, Duplicating does nothing.No, I won't send my project to a friend. Nothings been resolved for the "Custom Brand Elements" that NO ONE HAS USED, but we still get locked out of our projects. I came back with a new account *hoping* it would be resolved. Adobe wants your money, and my previous account is a testament to even that not fixing the issue.

Just curious if we can link to a native Express file somehow from InDesign.I'm aware we can export from Express. But I'm talking about not having to create an intermediate file, kind of how we can link to a Photoshop file.thanks
