I am having problems downloading videos from Adobe Express. A simple gif with images downloads with a jumpy speed which makes it unusable. Please advise me what to do. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I would like to suggest a template and graphic elements contributor program, or the person shares their work and earns for it.

I have an AE banner with three separate text boxes. I would like to animate the three boxes in a sequence. When I use a template, the firs box is properly animated then the two remaining boxes appear at the same time. When I start a banner from scratch and add the tex boxes. The three tex boxes appear at the same time. I searched everywhere and couldn't find an option to animate each text box separately. What's the difference between the template banner and the banner that I created from scratch?

Hello, I have one business brand created in my Adobe Express account (so it seems to automatically be the main or default brand). However, I'm trying to create a personal project and that brand logo is on my project, seemingly by default. I can't figure out how to remove it to create a non-branded project and I don't want to delete the brand. Can anyone advise me? Thanks.

Hey! I am relatively new to this application so maybe there is something that I'm missing but when I click "color" all of the swatches are the same, from bold to neutral.  I'm including an attached video to explain what I'm seeing. Can anyone help me get some different variety?  Searching in the search bar also does not change anything.

I'm far from advanced level experience, but I always had been able to open Adobe Express, select backgrounds, and get right to work creating Social Media images. Now all I get is a black screen.No functionality at all.I've made dozens of PNG images for Twitter and Instagram on Express now it's useless. What did they do to it?

Hi community! Since the new update i cant save my projects directly to the camera roll on my iphone anymore. The button is just not there and cannot be added through the settings of the app or the iPhone. Does anyone have a similar problem? Cabt really use the app anymore without that feature 😞 Thanks and best regards!

Hallo,wie kann man aus Creative Cloud Express auf die Adobe Fonts zugreifen?Es werden ja nur ein paar direkt angeboten, sowie die Möglichkeit eigene Fonts hochzuladen. Wenn ich aber eine Schrift aus Adobe Fonts nutzen möchte, dann finde ich keine Möglichkeit dazu. Gruß

Hi GuysApologies if this is an incredibly dense question. I have the full Adobe Creative Cloud subscription on my desktop and the CC app on my iPhone. I also have a subscription to Adobe stock. Are there any benefits at all in setting up the free version of Adobe Express? Would welcome any feedback,Graham

Hi, im unable to duplicate projects, ive been trying for 2 days. This morning I thought I would try with a blank newsletter however when I go to add an image it says "This is odd. We could not process that image for some reason. If this continues, please let us know.(Error code: EXCEEDS_QUOTA)"

Hello!I've uploaded a couple of custom font's but when I try to add text, it only uses the uppercase letters and not the lowercase letters.  I can't seem to figure out a way to use the lowercase letters and I know that they're there because I can use the custom font in Word without any issues.Screenshots show font trying to be used and also the font files with the lowercase and uppercase letters.Thanks!

Website not responding to attempt to subscribe to Adobe Express. HELP!? I allowed adobe.com and commerce.adobe.com in pop-up blocker. Using Firefox on 2020 macbook air. Screenshot attached.
