Anyone else get annoyed by the Adobe Express tool bars that are always in the way covering up portions of your project canvas? Is Adobe working on this?  It's especially troublesome and hair pullingly annoying when working zoomed in with the project taking up most of the active workspace. I click on an asset on the project to interact with it and the left or right toolbars pop up and cover up most or all of the asset I'm trying to access.  When you go to close the tool bar the selected asset becomes deselected There's got to be a better way to have the tool bars and project canvas move together so that the program automatically avoids covering up the canvas as much as possible.  I often times have to zoom out and drag the canvas over to the empty space available.  The toolbars should be movable or have a quick minimize feature so that I can maintain my zoom level work on the asset I want and then have the toolbar open when I'm actually ready to use it.The tool bars

I was editing a Video and it works just fine. but up to a certain point does the audio from all the clips from there to the end dissapear. I can hear the MP3 music Files i put on the background but i cant hear the audio from the actual clips. so i refreshed my page and now ALL OF THE AUDIO IS GONE. FROM EVERY CLIP HELP PLEASE.

Border for images doesn't appear in my webapp (windows) while it's there in the browser based Adobe Express (Firefox and Edge)On the webApp Edge I’ve signed in and out, and cleared the cache to no avail…Windows 11, on a premium account. Thank you!

I am not impressed whatsoever Adobe.  I thought it was cute when you offered the AI option at first.  That is if we wanted to waste so much time having your AI version try to create a design.  But now EVERY template I try to click on comes up with the very annoying “Describe what changes you want to apply to this template?”  I DO NOT want to waste time having the Adobe AI try to edit the template.  Just let me open the template and get to editing myself.  If I need help then I can ask AI if I need to.This “FORCING AI” on us creators really is a slap in the face.  I just want to create and I do not need the intrusion of AI to try to “help me.”  Yes, Adobe’s AI (Nano Banana 3.0?) is pretty cool.  But it will never replace what a creator can do without the need to involve AI.Please, for the sake of all things good, please have this be an option we can turn off.  I just want to find the coolest template that is close to what I want and let me edit it and leave me alone. Randy

I’m an Adobe Express Premium member, but I’m receiving the message “You’ve reached your daily design generation limit. Try again tomorrow” when trying to generate designs. I’d like to understand why this limit is appearing on my Premium account, whether there are daily usage restrictions for AI design generation, and how I can resolve this issue. Could you please check if this is expected behavior or an account-related issue and help me restore access to design generation? 

This is ridiculous.  I paid for the full version to be able to have translations.  The translations simply don't work; say "sorry, all good things have a limit, you can only translate 99 pages."  I'm translating 40 pages!  Also, these are history textbooks so it just won't translate things that it says are inappropriate content, but, of course, won't tell me what the inappropriate content is!!  Waste of money. I want my money back. Don't buy this crap.

I’m interested in how others approach creating simple but attractive restaurant menu graphics, especially when the menu has many items and you still want the design to look clean.I think keeping the layout simple is important. Clear food photos, readable prices, consistent fonts, and a small number of colors can make a menu much easier to scan. I also think grouping items into sections such as chicken, burgers, wraps, sides, drinks, and family meals helps customers find what they want quickly.For example, when working with South African restaurant menu information, I find it useful to organize the information into clear categories. My nonprofit is approved for the free Adobe Express Premium for nonprofits.A selection of stock photos and videos is included in free Adobe Express Premium for nonprofits. Almost all of them have the little crown icon on them.One of my members (for whom I have just managed to get one of our free Adobe Express Premium for nonprofits accounts) is stymied by Adobe’s license terms  https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms , particularly the asterisked paragraph at the bottom: According to her interpretation of this asterisked paragraph, the bulleted “you may not” points apply to our Adobe Express Premium plan.According to her interpretation, we cannot use ANY of the stock assets marked with the crown on our nonprofit website or our outreach materials because they would be “standalone”. She quotes this that she found in Adobe’s terms of service somewhere:Important Rules for Using and Downloading PhotosIn-App Use: You are free to use built-in stock photos, your own images, or AI-generated graph

I uploaded an unedited image to Adobe Express free web-based image resizer while remaining signed out. I changed my mind and closed the tab  but is it retained and whether any server-side copy can be deleted? As I do not wish to share the content.

I'm a math teacher, and I use Adobe Express to design classroom infographics for my students — visual, step-by-step resources that make abstract topics easier to grasp. Here's the workflow that works best for me: 1. Start with one learning goal per infographic. If a topic needs more than a few steps, I split it into a series — students learn better from short, focused visuals. 2. Build a reusable template. I keep the same layout for each topic in a series: a clear title, numbered steps, and a small worked example at the bottom. Consistency helps students know exactly where to look. 3. Keep text short and let visuals do the work. For maths, that means showing each step of a procedure as its own numbered block, and using colour to highlight the part that changes from one step to the next. 4. Set typography and colour styles early. Picking two fonts and a small colour palette — and sticking to them — makes a whole series of infographics look cohesive without extra effort.

Hello, at our organization—Kutná Hora Library —we enjoy using Adobe Express; specifically, my PR colleague and I do. We took advantage of the offer for nonprofits providing a free annual plan. I successfully received the code for Adobe Express, but my colleague consistently receives a discount code for Adobe Acrobat Pro instead. I even tried the process for her just as I had done for myself, but the result was the same: an Acrobat discount. What are we doing wrong? [personal information removed by moderator]

WTF is going on?Haven’t used express for a couple of weeks - tried adding any of my existing Illustrator logos and graphics from the brands panel which all worked perfectly before - now their fonts briefly show and then go invisible/disappear. ANY illustrator file shows the same issue. I checked fonts - they’re installed and available. Checked Chrome, Firefox and edge - all show the same problem. I then tried placing the illustrator file and Express recognises it as a PDF and wants to open it as a separate page - nope, I want to graphic on my existing page.  Oh, then I tried import from file - Simple file but the graphics are corrupted, tiny, pixelated and fonts don’t render correctly. Seems like Illustrator import/support is just broken! What’s worse, I tried to raise a bug report and the Adobe bug report page after creating a new bug report is blank (on multiple browsers too). Sigh, Adobe, you’re making my life so difficult.

I have recently been trying to register a member of my team for Adobe Express free licence offer. We are a UK non-profit and appear to meet all the criteria set out in the terms and conditions. However, our application has been rejected by Goodstack several times, with the reason given that they are “unable to confirm your eligibility for the program”. Initially, we were told this was because the offer does not extend to mental health charities, which does not describe our organisation. After further discussion, Goodstack reclassified us as a drug and alcohol charity, but unfortunately this sector also appears to be excluded from the offer.I cannot see anything on Adobe’s website suggesting that organisations are excluded based on generalised definition of their work. Is anyone able to clarify which charities are eligible for the discounts?

On Sept. 22, 2026, an Express folder in Your Stuff > Projects disappeared. A colleague and I both lost the folder. Neither of us deleted it.To troubleshoot this on my end, I’ve:Logged out of my account and back in again Verified my account to make sure I’m signed in with the correct profile Verified that the folder or files are not in the deleted area of Adobe (https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted) Verified that the folder does not show up in Adobe Creative Cloud Confirmed that the result is the same in Edge as it is in Chrome Confirmed that others who’ve had access to these files can no longer access themMy company IT team can’t help. I’ve seen other posts similar to this, but I haven’t seen a clear solution. Can someone help?

I’m learning Adobe Express and working on a simple website design. I’m looking for advice on organizing sections, choosing fonts, using images, and keeping the layout clean and professional. I’d also like tips for making the design work well on different screen sizes.

Please allow us to download image photo in High quality as in previous version.Downloaded Quality become poor after recent update of abode express in mobile. For example, I downloaded my photo in full quality nearly 17MB which become nearly 1.45 MB after new update of mobile Adobe express 

It continues despite me refreshing and opting out of the service while also reinstating the video (without the cutout feature of course). Am I doing something wrong here?
