I recently started the Content Scheduler 30 day free trial (I currently use ContentCal to manage my social media) and tried to create my first post the other day ... however, it would only allow me to select 1 channel at a time. I've done the set-up so that I'm connected to 3 channels (Twitter, Insta and Facebook); I click on the Twitter icon to select it but when I then clicked on the Facebook icon so that both would be selected, the Twitter icon was de-selected; the same thing happens if I click on the Twitter icon to re-select it, the Facebook icon is then de-selected. I tried using the shift key then the ctrl key to select more than 1 icon but that didn't work. Screenshot attached. Can anyone advise?Thanks,

If I'm wrong, tell me.  BUT the collages functionality in Adobe Express is just like every other template-driven poster/card/ad design, and is NOT a true collage-specific design method. I have used several collage IPhone apps and Windows PC applications. They ALL offer the user a selection of "many" different BLANK layouts on which to place media files. The purpose is to give a clear non-cluttered, probably logical, display of those media files. The final result allows logical "side by side" visualization of 2 to maybe 6/10 image/video files. The key mechanism is a BLANK page of possible locations on which to place the media files. These apps and applications may offer dozens or more of BLANK pages with different layouts. Typically the specific locations can be resized, rotated, and moved. Currently on Android - S22 Ultra (Paid subscriber)I can no longer login to my App. Yesterday all my work disappeard off the app so I cleared the cache, no luck Reinstalled it, now I can't login!I was also having issues with using stock images and my projects were not downloading. Are any other andriod users having the same issue? Desktop is fine but it's rubbish to use.

I have made a news case in Ad Ex with pictures, some of them with thextboxes. But in preview the pics  are suddenly all gone(!) Just grey fields instead.... When back at the editatable version everything is fine. This is the second day of this. What to do?

Can't upload or see any buttons when trying to add photos. This has happened in the past too. Makes it unusable again. 

I can connect one business ... but I can't figure out how to connect another. Any help would be glorious.

I'm assuming there is no way to sort the free images from the premium images in the Adobe Express app? This would be really helpful I'd think...

Hi, I've had the same issue as many before me - when I log in to Adobe Express, all my projects are gone. I've tried the incongnito mode - no successI've tried logging in and out to ensure it's the right email address - no success There were lots of projects and campaign material in my user account and I really hope it's not all lost. please help!

It looks like all Spark applications have been folded into Creative Cloud Express, but Spark Page is nowhere to be found. Where can I find it? Is the application allowing to publish single webpages gone?

Hello!I am posting here as the web chat agent has just hung up on me (a sort of recurring habit they have).Foe a couple of weeks or so, I cannot log-in to my CC app on my Android phone (runs on Android 11). It used to work fine. Now I cannot access my files nor my libraries from the other apps (capture, CCexpress) neither.I de-installed my apps, and reinstalled them twice, no luck.If I try to sign in, I get the 3 options (Adobe ID, Facebook and Google) and when I try any of them I get the "An error occured while authenticating, please try again later"when I close that page, I get "unable to log-in, please try again"Well, I have been trying for a while nowWeb app on my desktop and My Ipad work fine.But none of which is satisfactory when you want to post stories with images from your synced files on instagram...(I operate with Google drive at the moment, but it's really a a pain)Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to link my Instagram account but it just takes me to Facebook instead... then I try to connect my Instagram to my Facebook account and it takes me to this other page suggesting that I "Create an ad" https://business.instagram.com/getting-started This seems awfully long-winded, do I really need to create an advert, then link my IG to my FB account, all just so that I can connect IG to Adobe Express? 

I use Express at least 3 times a week for creating posts for clients. Lately, I'm reconsidering continuing to use though because the autosave function really slows down my workflow. Every time it's saving whatever I have selected gets unselected and I often have to start from a few steps back. Very frustrating! Adobe please do something about this soon! I don't think it has to save so often? This never happened back in spark app days. Also, the layers function seems funky. I used to be able to select items from the main view no matter the order of layers. The order of layers isn't represented in the image you're working on which messes with the brain. If the item is back, say behind the main photo, then it shouldn't be visible -- giving the user a clue that they need to move the item up within the layers view.

The Adobe Express ipadOS app login area does not display the keyboard or provide an option to show it.If I use the Safari icion at the top right it also hides the keyboard until I display it so there is some setting to hide keyboard.  I don't understand the logic of doing this and it makes the experience of using the app poor.

Hello, I have had a terribly frustrating past two days trying to record my voice narration in a video I am trying to create. I should mention that my Blue Yeti microphone works just fine in Teams meetings. So it's not that. But when I try to add voice narration to my video, I get crickets. (Actually I get no sound at all.) I've been back and forth with the virtual assistants who are long on ideas but short on solutions. It's not trying a different browser (tried them all). It's not enabling/allowing access to the mic; been there, did that, doesn't make a difference. I've also gone into Windows settings and done all that business. Nothing helps or changes the situation. Nor is the first time that this has happened; it seems to happen regularly, unfortunately. I've created 3 or 4 videos in Spark and then 2-3 videos in ACCE, so I have done this a number of times. My annual Photoshop Photographers plan is about to roll over again next month (April 2022). Got an email this morning from Adobe informing me that the Express portion of the subscription is downgrading to the "Starter" version from the Premium version. I looked on the website to see what the difference was. It says among the list of offered apps/services - Entire collection of over 160 million royalty-free Adobe Stock collection* photos. (The * excludes Premium and Editorial assets.) I currently subscribe (pay $29+ per month for a set amount of standard assets in Adobe Stock collection). If I were to begin subscribing to Creative Cloud Express Premium would I have access to the standard assets? I chiefly use vector images in freelance projects these days. Wondering if jumping over to Express Premium is the better route to go, otherwide why would I pay $29+ and $9+ for access to the same standard assets? Hope this question makes sense.
