I am working on a very basic video for a brand which uses a Google Font as their typeface. I had the video completed except it was the incorrect font. So I've uploaded the font files and synced them with the brand. Now that I have tried to use the font in my project, I just keep getting the loading wheels spinning non stop for hours. My video layers have now been broken apart there is no longer a timeline, and nothing seems to help. I've cleared my cache, I've updated all my apps, I've restarted my computer.

Morning! I am creating a numbered list of sources that goes over a number of pages. The problem I'm facing is when I start adding my sources on the second page, the numbering starts counting from the beginning instead of cotinuing where I left off on the first page.  I first tried using text flow, but it doesn't allow for you to connect text boxes from different pages.  I'm hoping someone here has a solution or work around.   thank you in advanceKerry

I’m leaving my company soon, and my Adobe Express account will be deactivated. I’ve saved some graphics in a shared Projects folder that my team has access to, and someone else on my team is the owner of that folder.Will my graphics remain in the shared folder and accessible to my team after my account is deactivated? I assume so but just want to make sure.

I am creating a video in Adobe Express and I would like it to flip through multiple pages almost like a slideshow. But Express tells me that I must download each page as a separate video. How do I get the pages to flip through automatically all as one video? This is in the new Beta version.

My account is showing that I have 2025/2025 credits left to utilize on premium features which was my whole reason to pay extra for this account. I was not able to use my credits so I assumed I used them all before today which was my "reset" date. Well the reset day was extended  and I still can't use any premium credits which I have 2025 left of. Please assist.

Please stop automatically opening files after background is removed via remove background page. It feels clunky to constantly close and open the page again. And have an option to NOT SAVE these files automatically to our files. It's just generating junk both in your servers and our files and folders, making your product less-desirable efficiency-wise.

Hello! I'm having an issue getting a file print-ready in Adobe Express. My cover page has a title that I designed using the "dynamic text" feature, and it is center aligned as per the "position" feature (so I know I'm not just imagining that the text is centered). When I download my file to PDF, however, the title jumps over slightly to the left, so it is no longer centered. This is ruining my cover page. I can download to PNG but the whole point for me is getting my document print-ready with the bleeds & crop marks set in Adobe Express. Can anyone help?

Today, when working on a presentation, I was adding some last-minute animations. I decided to try to us "animate all", and it was a TOTAL mistake. I cannot undo it. No matter what I try or select. Even in the chance I can select the right items to get the "remove all" option it does NOT work.  Animate all seems to be permanently sticky in the presentation mode. 

I stopped subscribing to this new version. Why not let paying customers revert to the app they paid for?.. . You guys totally destroyed a great quick-fix app that i used almost daily. Im not a pro designer thats why i loved Adobe Express because I could design and edit stuff I never thought Id be able to. If I wanted to become a pro and have all these extra complicated add-ons I wouldve enlisted in a photoshop course. So disappointed. 

Hello,  I am a curriculum writer for a large district.  I would like to create a webpage template for language teachers to use and be able to assign it to their classrooms.  As of right now, I see that I could assign it to my classroom, but that's not helpful as I am not a classroom teahcer.    Is it possible for me to create a webpage template where writing prompts have been added to align with our currriculum and then be able to share it with other teachers in my school district?    

I am very frustrated.   I have a title in adobe express that has a red background behind the text.   How do I simply change the red background color ?   I can edit and change every element but I can't seem to figure out how to change the background color for the title text.   

It used to be super easy to create a great looking collage in Adobe Express. I could select multiple pictures and it would build it. Any size I chose, and let me play with it until I saved it.  I can't seem to do that anymore. HELP PLEASE!   

With the new changes it automatically updates the URL to new.express.adobe and I can't figure out how I can update an old page I sent links out to without breaking that old link. Does anyone know how I can do that? 

There is nothing shows related to presenter notes or presentation mode in the page of presentation templet. Do anyone have similar situation? Anyone knows how to solve it?

STUCKcan't find how to combine images because there is no menu for combinecan't figure sizes because there is no way to do sizes before combining.

Using Chrome or MS Edge, I am having an issue where I am unable to place assets. It gives me a forever loading circle and then eventually says, "Can't place file" -- I have the premium version. This has been happening for over a month now and I'm starting to question why we're paying for premium and benefitting zero. I've tried clearing cookies, switching laptops - nothing works other than adding my own.

Complimentary access to Adobe Express Premium is coming to an end on May 25, 2025, but don’t worry, you will continue to have access to the Adobe Express free plan."I don't have an Acrobat plan. it's supposed to be an all-apps plan. Contacted support and the response was" apologize for the inconvenience however, per the update the Adobe Express will be available as a separate plan from 25 May 2025 at the price of GBP 8.68/month + taxes."I find it disgusting that Adobe can do this in the middle of a contract but if I was to try to cancel my plan early now I will be charged.

Maybe I'm not seeing it in recent updates, but is there still no simple gradient tool? I'm not talking about gradient masks, I mean an actual tool where you can select and control a simple gradient parameters on vector shapes.  If the app still doesn't have a proper gradient mechanism, as seen in Canva, I would really like to understand why not? Is there some sort of technical barrier? Or perhaps the dev team doesn't think it's a P0 feature?  It's definitely P0. In fact, is there a number lower than 0 because the priority is probably that number. What are we doing guys and gals?  If all this reigns true, why is such a no brainer, simple, quality of life feature overlooked again and again? You're Adobe. You were doing gradients in the first couple versions of Photoshop. And yes, that dates me. It's fine, just give me my gradients already. Sheesh.
