Hello everybody!I use Adobe Express on my smartphone and in the browser of my office PC. While I'm able to save and download projects from my phone, that doesn't work in the browser. I can work on my projects without any problems but when it comes to leave the project Adobe Express tells me it's not done with saving. But I can wait a lifetime and it won't finish. The little cloud-icon rotates a while and then finally shows an x.I tried to delete the cache, the cookies, I tried incognito browser and another browser. Nothing helps.  Since my phone screen is to small to work properly on some projects I really need the browser-Version as well. What can I do? (My projects made on the phone appear in "my-Stuff" in the browser, but I cant open them there.)

I have just started to us Adobe Express to add subtitles to video clips and it all seems fine when I'm creating it but when I download the clip the subtitles don't sync.  Any advice on how to fix this please.

On iPhone 13pro when exporting a project to social media or downloading to photos, audio is out of sync with video. I used a saved video out of reface app added to Express and dropped in some text (all done on iPhone). The same video from reface app uploaded directly to instagram works fine and is in sync as expected. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Hi, when I review my original video, the audio is correctly synced, but when I review the audio after having subtitles added, it is out of sync.  1. Adobe Express (Google Chrome Browser)2. Windows 103. See above4. The audio should not desync after uploading.

I am using the Web and Desktop Adobe Express .Ink app (downloaded in the last 48 hours) and trying to generate animations from voice recordings, I have the above error (Image attached below), seen it on all of the community and error affiliate threads that go back into September 2024 (although similar ones appear from way before then, surely this shouldn't take that long to fix a bug), followed all noted steps to clear the error on my part and no definitive fix. I have spoken to other students and they are still affected. This issue makes it impossible for us to submit our projects on time. Can this be rectified?

Rename the edited file, video or photo, after using the Quick Edit in Adobe Express, to differentiate the edited file from the orignal, when downloading the new file? Thanks.

I'm trying to download my document to pdf and I keep getting this error:"A network connection error occured while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again." I checked my internet, restarted my computer, refreshed... nothing is working. Anyone encounter this and how can I fix. thanks!

Hello, I’ve been testing & using the web based version of Express to create Instagram carousel designs & I’d really appreciate some help with a couple of issues I’m running into. I’m designing the carousels in Adobe Illustrator, exporting them as AI files & uploading them into Express. I’ve tried creating a carousel template with a solid background colour that runs consistently across all pages. However, when I upload the final design to Instagram, I notice a slight shift in colour at the page breaks, which disrupts the seamless look I’m aiming for. I haven’t found a way to keep the colour perfectly consistent across swipes.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a recommended workflow or setting to avoid this issue?

This seems like a trivial question - but for the life of me I can't find the option to change the text colour in Adobe Express.I chose a design and the colour scheme but still want to change some text to a different colour.This is a basic design function, surely it must be there, somewhere.can anyone advise please.thanks

I have a story script and would like to leverage this to create an animated video (5-7min). How can I do this with Express (or another Adobe tool)?  

My express updated and now all of my files are gone. I'm having a hard time getting a hold of anyone at Adobe to see if I can get them back. Did this happen to anyone else?

I have two posts that are not loading. They start, then stop, and a spinning wheel appears. It also occurs on my team members' replays, so it is not something to do with my internet connection.

Hello,Based on the information provided by the Adobe team, I successfully uploaded custom fonts to Adobe Express. I am now trying to collaborate on projects with my teammates through the Adobe Express Library. However, it seems that other team members are unable to use the custom fonts I uploaded. They receive the following message:"Font is view only: This is a custom font that you don't have access to. Please ask the file owner to remove the custom font for complete text editing permissions." I already changed the permissions for all users in the shared library (Not a brand) to “Can edit,” but my teammates still cannot use the uploaded fonts. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue so that everyone can access and use the custom fonts? Thank you in advance for your help.

Why can't I open Adobe Express from my desktop? I am on Windows 11 Version 24H2.

Hey,If I use free version of Adobe Express only for adding automated captions ("Caption video" feature) , can I upload the videos to platforms like YouTube or TikTok where the videos are monetized? I've read the license terms, and such use seems to be okay, but I just wanted to make sure.

ok so basically i am in a f1 in schools group hat is going to be starting very soon, however we need graphic design and video editing tools for the teams and due to adobe being a bit out of the budget, would they offer us free or discounted sponsorships for our team?

Just coming on to say. I signed up for this free trial through Etsy for your software tonight, and I have to say I absolutely love it! It was so easy to connect all my platforms, except for 1 (Instagram), but I think I can get it worked out. Anyways, Love it! I already made a TT video of my new wrapping paper! Greetings,  I am building featuring digital avatars that render as videos.  The renderings feature an animated avatar with audio infront of a green screen.  I pulled the video into Express, removed the background and made the canvas background transparent as well.  Thought this would be all I needed to do and that downloading the mp4 from Express would produce a video with just the avatar and no background color.  Alas, I was wrong, and there's a grayish background on the video.  Anyone know how to download the video with no background so that only the avatar is showing?   Thank you!

Dear all, I have created an animation using some pictures and buttons animated as an intro and outro, and in between there are several video sequences. When testing, everything worked fine and the video sequences all looked good. Apart from that, that I had to often reload the window several times while working on the project, when exporting the file, the quality became very poor (pixelate video sequences), but not for all sequences and not in all files. And now, in Adobe Express itself, the video sequences became all of a sudden very poor when checking them on the time line. There seems to be a limitation of how much data Adobe Express can handle; is my assumption true or what might be the reason? Is it only made for simple and short animations?Thank you for any recommendation. Best,Janina

I have been a premium member for Adobe (Express mainly) for a number of years.  I have received a notice to say 100GB storage full.  I have deleted, almost all of the old items and it still says storage full.  How can this be when I have 'permanently deleted' three quarters of what was previously stored.  Have there been changes to storage allowance?  Is there a bug is system?Thank you

I was so excited to make a video then its just been nothing but trouble... i cant find out how to make my microphone recognize in the adobe express... i have a mic its working... i dont see any permission settings for this app or web page or what ever it is... and when  i try to upload my voice recordings also not working it just is like a blank file that you cant hear anything... sigh.. thanks so much for your time. gotta go to work soon wish this didnt take up my whole morning trying to figure out. if i dont figure this out i would rate this honestly rate this app 2/10.... if i can figure this out i would rate this app better... 

I am hugely interested but very new to Adobe Express and need plenty of technical support. I tried to alter the color of the dress in an image I uploaded but was unable to get around.  I could only find the color change for the entire background, not for specific objects in the image.  Some guidelines would help.
