hi I'm new to all of this and starting a podcast. could someone point me to tools to help me market it more easily, I'm not experienced and am overwhelmed. thanks!

This is my first time posting and hope this is the correct section to post regarding A/E. Besides the gradient feature, is there a way to create METALLIC text ?  Secondly, unless I missed it, I want to drop a background into an alphabet frame mockup? Is it possible and if so what are the steps? Thanks in advance, SHARON  

When I change the name of the card in the upper left and export it, the name is not kept - just the prior name is used. What step am I missing? Many thanks, Todd

I've made promo material with my own assets in the past and never had an issue with this "update assets" error. In this specific project I only have two assets; one audio and one MP4, I made both of them and I'm a premium member. When it asks to "update assets" I've reuploaded them and/or replaced them multiple times, tried a private browser, signed in and out, and cleared my cache, yet i'm still getting the error. I need this to be resolved asap because its on a scheduled release timeframe.

I mostly work on Instagram reels here, but it keeps getting rejected because many Adobe Stock audio files are higher than 320kbps. Some get through, some don't, and I can't check it or change the audio export setting on here. Would be great if this problem gets fixed!

Would be great if you could generate an image using AI, then drag and drop one of these into the 'style' or 'composition' options

Resizing Image function in Change Background has disappeared. I can no longer resize either the forground or background image. I use this function frequently -- how do I fix  the problem? Adobe Premium Elements 2025

I cannot even find anything about this in my Adobe Account. What is this about?

Hi All, HELP!! It appears that I have lost all my previously created projects in my account. My account appears as a brand new account when I log in. This is terrifying as I have saved many creations over the past few years and I can now see none of them. I used Creative Cloud Express to create my organisations weekly newsletter last week and now can not access anything. The links to the newsletter still opens so it makes sense that it is somewhere? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I have a single slide with an image and text on top of it. I want to replace the image with another image I uploaded to Adobe Express. I touch the image and then touch the "Replace" button. However, there isn't a choice to Replace the Image with a file from "My Stuff".I can:1. Replace with Upload - but this requires that choose a file from my iPad to upload (again)2. Photos - Goes to Adobe's "Media/Photos" tab3. Videos - Goes to Adobe's "Media/Videos" tab4. Design Assets - Goes to Elements/Design assets tab5. Backgrounds - Goes to "Elements/Backgrounds" tab. I can't find a method to be able to choose from the "Your stuff/Files" tab where I can see a folder with my previously uploaded photos. Any ideas?

Hello! All my projects were deleted automatically, there is not a single file in the personal account. The projects page is just empty, as if the account was recently created. Help restore my projects. If I search through the browser history, an error appears that I do not have access to this file, but the file was created from this account! User ID: k410thwmd@0216001.xyz

I can not believe how awful this program is. It's unintuitive, difficult fot the sake of tricking you in to premium and then still BARELY works. Normally I would put off cancling a product like this just in case but I know I will never use this service again. I really wanted to love this but who is it for? ew

Is there a way to lock the workspace in Adobe Express? Everytime I click on a part of my design like text, image, design asset - it opens the side menu for that feature which moves the workspace. Its slow to do this and if I have clicked the wrong layer, and go to click the next one the side menu opens during that action and makes me drag the selected layer to another part of the workspace. I know its easy to control Z but its frustrating and would be a much smoother experience if I could select my layer then choose to open the side menu. 

I am uploading photos to a video (stop motion, so the whole thing is photos) and is automatically crops off the sides of the photos. I chose Re-size and changed it to my photo's dimensions, 4512 x 3000 pixels and it doesn't change anything. The video basically only uses the center of the photo and crops off the sides, top, and bottom. Am I missing something? Really new at this.  

Hello, We currently use Adobe Enterprise with an All Apps plan. It seems like Adobe Express Premium isn't included in Creative Cloud All Apps Plan? Is this correct? It seems like it should be included. Many thanks,Tom

I think it's absoutely crazy that Adobe Express does not have a feature to save gradients in their brand kits... This is something that absoutely should be avaiable. The "gradient add-on" doesn't even allow transparencies so that is not going to solve the issue. They need to integrate ASAP.  Thoughts?

Brands and Libraries have failed to load for the last week.I'm using Chrome on Mac OS 14.4.1I've cleared cache and cookies, used Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled Creative Cloud. Not fixed the problem.

How can i do a simple hide/unhide layer?Why express is so overly complex in spots and so extreme limited in others?Can't do a simple hide layer (eye icon isn't anywhere )I can set up as replace image, but - the replace location swaps from brands to projects to libraries to assets?NO. It doesnt need to be that obscure.A simple hide/unhide layer is so basic.So of course we have to lower opacity on each layer and then guess blind what that layer is - because the layer thumbnail is now 0% opacity and completely blank?

I’m writing as a current Premium subscriber to report several frustrating issues I’ve been encountering while trying to complete a time-sensitive flyer design project.Most urgently, I’m unable to download my finished flyer because I’m receiving a vague error stating that the project includes an asset I’m “not licensed to use.” Unfortunately, the app doesn’t specify which asset is the issue, nor does it highlight or identify it in the design. I’ve checked all visible elements and they are all very basic shapes — squares, circles, etc. — most of which were part of the original template I selected from Adobe’s own library.
