Hi,  I want to upload a PDF to Adobe Express but got the following message:"We do not support converting content in this language".The language in my document is English.Other similar documents can be uploaded and amended without any problems.Am I overlooking something? 

Hi I invited an account with a free adobe express subscription to work on my project (with a paid subscription) - but when that person tries to open the project via the link sent by mail there appears an error (404). Is that because that person has a free account or what could be the reason? thank you

I built a 30-slide presentation deck in Adobe Express. Slide 2 is a Table of Contents. Can I link individual phrases on slide 2 to the corresponding slides in the rest of the deck?

Yes, we know that we can "quickly and easily" apply logos to my design, and many other things. That's kind of the whole point of Adobe Express. You don't to keep saying that. It's pandering, unnecessary, and annoying.

I've got a jpg image resembling the Wheel of Fortune, but with many more choices. The center is a white circle with lines radiating outward, and after those end, the visible white background. My problem is that I want to make the entire background and the center circle transparent, but I’ve yet to find a way to do it. The Adobe Express JPG to Transparent PNG service just doesn’t work; it never completes and it also pops up an error message that goes away after a few seconds. I’ve also tried multiple online services that purport to do this that sort-of work, but they only make the top and bottom margins of the image transparent; not the center or the background immediately surrounding the circular image. Surely, there must be a simple way to do this, as I only have Photshop CC 2018 and I rarely use it because it is so complicated and unintuitive.

I generated some images a while bac thats in history but I need to know what the prompts were that generated these files so I can fine tune them. Is there some way to recover them?

I am trying to download videos through Adobe Express but when the countdown ends, I find nothing in my downloads. PNGs download without problems. I tried clearing browser cache etc but still the same. Is there a bug or has anyone encountered this issue?

Every time I select something on my page the pop-out menu takes up so much of my screen. How do I stop the pop-out menu every time?

I have spent years working on my buiness ideas that i post to social media and now they are all gone. I cannot find them anywhere. None of the links work. I have tried everything. I am so disappointed. Where are they or where do i find them. I originated everything on my ipad. when i logged in i had to relog in to my account. I have been unable to pay for the subscription as i cannot afford it but was going to get around to it when i could afford it. Gutted right now.

Hi,I am new to Adobe.  Can somone point me in the right direction as to how to create a cartoon character from photo?  And how to modify it? I.E. - add tattoos,clothes, etc.? 

I'm having issues with the scheduler. The videos are not uploading fully, and my schedled posts are not going out.  I end up having to download the files and post them manually to my pages. I've tried closing my browser, clearing the history, etc. but this happens a few times a week. I've also noticed the video builder glitches as well. Is there an update or a workaround?

I am Photography plan member. Having ported my Adobe Spark designs to Adobe Express, I now need to export them to my PC for printing and archive purposes. They will then be removed from the Cloud as they are no longer needed on the WWW. In researching at the community, tutorials and youtube etc., there should be a Download button which has download format options available. I have no such button. I am reaching out as I have tried now on mutiple platforms, Ipad, Android mobile, Windows PCs with varying OS's and up to date web browers (Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge) both in and out of incognito mode. None will provide me with a download feature.  

On iPhone 13 ProIs there a way to isolate an area of a photo with Black and White, or to make a photo Black and White, then remove that effect from a specific area? Example, B&W filter is added to photo, an area on some red roses is where the B&W is removedThe attacked image was not made on Adobe Express

Can someone please explain why trying to open any Adobe app on my Android device is such a nightmare? These apps are part of my subscription, but the experience is so frustrating that I’ve stopped using them altogether.Here’s what happens: I open the app, approve the number displayed on the screen, enter the required codes, and follow all the steps. Yet, no matter what I do, I keep getting looped back to the login screen. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a waste of time.Does anyone else experience this issue? Adobe really needs to address these problems because this level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially for paid software. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I just bought the monthly 30-dollar subscription to Adobe Firely with all the other apps included, and unfortunately, I just now realized my tablet isn't compatible with Adobe Express. I would like to get my month's worth of the package obviously. Any way to access it from a browser? I have a Samsung Android 😞

Hi everyone!  Is it at all possible to revert your AE webpage to a previous published version? I'm not talking about New AE vs. Old AE, I'm talking about the webpage option you can create through AE. Think of it like going through the History tab in Lightroom or Photoshop. Or accessing an older version of a Microsoft Word document.  I lost a big chunk of text on my AE webpage, that I'm creating for my college class (a visual diary that we have to do every week for homework). I can't rewrite it (my brain blocks out and stops working whenever I try to remember what I had written), but I need it to pass the class. I'm on iPad, using the app. I republish my site whenever I make progress, but unfortunately, I had since republished after the text must have gone missing. Hi, AE community. I found an Adobe Express template for a horizontal lyric video but I'm having trouble working with it. (For example, clicking on a text box doesn't let me change the text itself.) Can someone point me to instructions on how to make a lyric video? And if you've used Adobe Express (not Premiere) to create a lyric video, can you post a link? Hi, I’m making a fliphtml5 flipbook using a magazine design I made in InDesign then transferred to Adobe Express. (I can’t work in InDesign at this time). Once I created the flipbook, it has a thin white line on the right-hand side of the front cover and on the left side of the back cover. (Both covers have a black background so it’s noticeable). Is it possible to remove the white line? Below is how the far right side of the front cover looks.

Im in the process of making T-shirt and hoodie designs, I'm confused about the legalities of using stock images in my designs. I have moddified them but am I able to use them in commercial merchandising? Is there a specific license I need to use the stock images on express or am I not able to use them at all?

Hello everyone, I have an Instagram page and Youtube channel where I talk about Scotch whiskeys and Scotland. Can I use short videos and photos about whiskey in Adobe Express royalty-free? If I use these photos and short videos in the videos I have prepared, is it mandatory for me to write a reference in the description of my video? Is it against copyright if I use Instagram story templates?
