New day. Still facing the same issues. can any reps or individuals from Adobe work with me to solve this problem...? Part of the reason I signed up at all was to utilitize adobe express through creative expression. I signed up for Adobe firefly 30 dollar a month which includes all the apps.  My tablet is an android and all the other programs seem to work fine on it. despite express Is there a web browser version that could immediately quash this issue 🤔 🤔  Please Help and considering it may take a while or that i might be essentially paying for things i cant even use would it not make sense for me to possibly get some credits or additional software that WILL be compatible with an android tablet? Sorry if I sound irritated, pushy or cranky... I'm really itching to create with adobe express.

Hi, When people access to the "View-only Links", that's good if without any login and distraction, access directly to the full screen, if mobile user access the "View-only Links", it will pop up to let people download the Adobe Express app, some of them think that must download the app to view the link... 

I am using Adobe Express and want to delete a project that has been saved. I cannot seem to find an easy way to do this, can anyone help? 

Is there a way to submit design elements, graphics, and assets to the Adobe Express public use library. I was thinking about something similar to Kittl and Canva where the user base is also able to upload templates and assets.

I want to turn off or disable the auto numbering in Adobe Express - I know that I can select the Numbered List button and it will remove the numbering - but the issue is that this button also removes my number " 1. " that is written, rather than keeping the number and simply turning off the auto feature. I don't want the extra spacing that the auto numbering creates but want to write my number with the period format, so how can I keep this text in my preferred format? This is only happening for the number one. There has to be a way for me to write this number without the auto spacing. 

 So - Here are the steps shown in pictures so there is no confusion. This used to always work. I would add a photo into the top cell of the grid. Here isan example. I selected the two cell grid.Here- I have Highlighted the top cell and selected "upload" and choose a photoAs you can see- it did not insert the photo into the top cell. Instead- it lays it overtop. I have tried on both Safari and chrome. What is the reason for this issue?

Hi--my organization hired an external contractor to set up a Project for us that includes a series of Templates, files, templates, etc. There are dozens upon dozens of files in this Project. Long term, I would like to own the Project, or have it be owned by the Company's "brand" account. I can't find any way to do this. I found some workaround online, but they involve sharing a project newly with a user and the instructions don't work for me (I already have access to the Project, I just don't own it). Any help? What do I do? Any time I duplicate a file, folder, anything in the Project it still isn't owned by me. I can't get it out of the Project or move it anywhere. Help?!

Hello - I recently changed my plan to pay yearly vs monthly and suddenly lost my access to the premium assets to Adobe express - which I have used for several years now. What happened? The only change to my plan was the payment from monthly to yearly. How can I fix this?

Hello,I am using the Calendar in Adobe Express to post across various channels. When I use @mentions in Instagram, everything works just fine. But I can't figure out how to tag other pages when I post to Facebook. If I type in @7567263 their page name, it just appears as plain text in the final post. Am I missing something? 

looking to multi select or even multi select layers.  No option I've found to do so on app? This is so basic 101, I must be missing something...?

No option to adjust the photo once the background has been removed. Older version let you erase or restore areas within the photo after you removed a background.  New version doesn't have that option. Isn't helpful to me if the app removes too much or not enough.  

Moving the text options was unnecessary.  Seeting "shape" parameters for text was much easier before the update. Now, it takes multiple clicks and is counterintuitive. "Replace Image" was enormously helpful. I can't even find it now.  Please consider reverting these features to a more logical workflow. The new text menus are simply difficult to use. Change for the sake of change introuduces risk that users will migrate to other options. Perhaps time and energy could be spent on new features instead of burying the exisitng ones to mimic progress. 

Textlayout - Ich arbeite schon über ein Jahr mit Adobe Express. Am Wochenende wurden Neuerungen eingeführt, was ich eigentlich gar nicht verstehen kann. Bisher lief alles wunderbar! Ich habe nun das Problem, dass ich das Textlayout (farbiger Balken unter der Schrift) nicht mehr farblich anpassen kann. Wie genau diese Funktion heißt, kann ich nicht mehr sagen, da ja die Bedienungen allgemein upgedatet wurden. Ich habe alles durchgeschaut, finde leider nichts... Kann mir hier jemand helfen?!

Hey I have a few different apps that I use which is like Adobe express, both the old version and the new version because I use my mobile and laptop and the z fold is not compatible with the new Adobe express, I also use Photoshop express, rush and lightroom... I have creative cloud but I don't know what's going on whether this is normal or it's just a error I'm at facing.  Essentially if I were to make a design I can't seem to access it from the cloud when I'm using a different app or even sometimes in a different session using the same app. The other problem I have is when I do have a design available on the creative cloud and it's multi-page for example eight pages I can only ever access page one. So it means that I'm only able to see it from within Adobe express. When working on a design in Adobe express will it automatically save to the cloud? Should it then be accessible in creative cloud app? Or just fire the cloud in another app like Photoshop? Is t

I have a edit with several clips that I made into a template. I need to drag videos from my Google drive onto each clip, however it does not retain the template clip length. ONLY for the first clip, that replacement works as expected. All others don't hold their original length. Why is this? I need a web video editor that links to my drive and I'm shocked by lack of basic features.

Hello, I tried to upload an AI file to create an instagram reel featuring artwork with minor animation. The artboard size is 1080 x 1920 but when converted to express it changes to 1440 x 2560. I've done this in the past with no difficulty when the reel dimensions were 1080 x 1080 but now I am unable to upload the file without losing resolution and resizing the file in express doesn't help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What is the proper way to credit audio and video found in Adobe Express that I used to create a short film clip that I want to submit to a film festival?  My understanding is that Adobe Stock provides the video, not sure about the audio.

HI COMMUNITY, I NEED YOUR HELP! I purchased the Juice BGM Pro Membership on December 18, 2024 for the price of £71 ($75), for one year. It was a great program, BUT after only one month it stopped working, around January 21, 2025. I've tried to contact Juice BGM as well as Gumroad (GUMRD.COM) who list the product, and no response from either of those companies. I'm fuming! The error message I get on Adobe Express is: "Failed to Load. Please check network and reload."I've deleted the app and reloaded it, and still nothing. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I have no idea how to fix it or how to get a response from those companies. And I'm out of £71 too!Their music was really good and fit my content real well. I'm reluctant to purchase from another company and get ripped off again.Has anyone else used the Juice BGM program, or had any issues like mine? Suggestions would be appreciated on how to solve this. IT'S A PROBLEM AND WRECKING MY WORK! I FEEL SCAMMED!
