I'm trying to add a highlight on just some words in my text box but it keeps adding the effect to the entire box. I can change the font color on individual words, but every other effect is added to every word.

Hallo, mein Problem ist, wenn ich eine Datei in Adobe Express mit 300 dpi hochlade, bekomme ich eine Datei mit 72 dpi zurück. Kann man es irgendwo einstellen, dass die Auflösung nicht verändert wird?Vielen Dank.

I'm working in Adobe Express editing png images.  I select one of the layes I want to group, then hold shift key and select another layer but they don't stay selected and I don't get the "group" button/option.  What am I doing wrong?  

I've been doing some AI generated photos, and can't seem to get any photos besides the square photo. Even if I choose 16:9 landscape, it only gives me a square as its output, even though I can see on the left side, that it's an actual landscape 16:9 size picture. Why is this square still showing and why can't I see the entire landscape picture in the main area?

Please delete any assets marked with a failed icon (ICON) and re-upload them or try a different asset.The software does not mark anything with the ICON and I have no idea what assets is refering to!It does not give any other options than to create a new presentation from start.This is quite anoying and I would considerate using adobe online again for all this type of issue. 

Hi all! I can’t save a video made in Adobe Express. To improve the performance of the program, I cleared my cookies and deleted irrelevant photos, videos and projects from my Adobe account. The result is still the same. Please help me, tell me how to save the edited and finished video to the desktop?

Please allow users to close X the new sticky bottom bar UI that is now in Adobe Express and Adobe stock images. I find it useless for my workflows and it takes up valuable space on screen. In Express is shows recent work and in Stock Images is shows recently favorited images. Thanks.

HiI've signed up for our school using an Education account for Express and added the federated accounts etc and added myself and another user as Educators, both login fine and can ccreate etc, however if I try to click on Classrooms I just get a 'This feature is not available yet' error. Have I missed something obvious in the setup?

When I'm trying to remove a background from a video and I believe only two minutes of video it is .i sit and stare at the dog grayed out and wonder if it will let me.No sign of life just a grayed out icon,something telling you it's processing would be great as a new user not yet familiar with the app.i tried a work around by going to the remove background quick tab on home page the first time by dragging a video file and it told me file type not supported?!But it is supported..just not for the quick tab?The timeline is a nightmare idk up from down it's so touchy and confusing whenever I touch on a clip it disappears Say I want to use the same background for two different clips?be nice if it was as easy as drag and drop but idk wth is going on with the layer system,pages..eventually I end up getting it to work by saving the video as a image cuz of course that's what you want to do working with video...I make it a page and it takes me to a blank wall with the "clips" I thought they

I am unsure if I'm doing something incorrectly. When logging in on android phone it works great. When logging in on android tablet, it just takes me to a generic home screen with no options to do anything.

I used adobe fonts to upload the coolvetica font, but when I try to use it, it seems to be unavailable on adobe express? Is this normal, or is there a way to get around this?

Does the pricing for a business card in vector format cost more based on the texture? As well as well as size shape and front.  Thanks 

An option to replace images from uploads in Adobe Express would be helpful instead of constantly having to re-upload files. What is the purpose of the uploads folder? I know I can choose images directly from the uploads folder in "your stuff" to place in templates/layouts, but it is not the same as replace where I don't have to reformat or re-add animation every time. I work for a company that has many products (thousands). I am always repurposing templates/layouts for multiple products & ones that I have used images of in the past. I feel this option could be a necessity to help speed up my content creation & get things prepared & marketed faster.  On another note, also would love an option for Image/Graphic Shadows. 

I work with brands and I use Adobe Express to share templates and brand assets. However, for some reason I can only upload these assets one by one. I used to upload all files at once but it's not working anymore. It takes ages to upload all assets 1 by 1. How can I fix this problem?

Hallo, wenn ich ein Video erstelle, welches einen unsichtbaren Hintergrund hat, kann ich es anschließend trotzdem nur als Mp4 downloaden. Das ergibt aus meiner laienhaften Sicht keinen Sinn, weil dann der Hintergrund natürlich wieder schwarz ist. Dann nützt mir auch die Konvertierung in das flv- oder mov- oder webm-Format nichts mehr. Ich benötige das Video mit einem unsichtbaren Hintergrund für meine Webseite.Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich mit Adobe Express Premium, um Erfolg zu erzielen?Liebe Grüße,Carsten

Hello,I would like to create company branded templates in Creative Cloud Express that should work as a template for other designers in our company to create with. I could not find any option to lock a layer/type/element/shape.Is it possible to lock/pin seperate layers? I know that if you select a background from the background templates, you can pin then. But its not possible to upload own backgrounds (that are then available to pin then), right? I would be very thankful about the information if locking elements or own backrounds possible.Thank you! 

I am editing my video on Adobe Express, and keep getting the issue like 'We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home'.  I've tried everything such as restoring firewall to default, deleting caches or using different web browsers, but none of them worked.  Please help me.

Hi,  does anybody know if there is a way to curve the edges when using the background text option? I want the coloured background shape to follow the text to look like many of the captions on TikTok, with rounded edges. There are many options to choose a shape behind your lettering in Express, but the ones in this style all have square edges and I don't see an option to round them. Am I missing something?! Thank you! 

@Adobe - you have recently changed how we export our work to PDF and PNG files.  (December 2024 vs January 2025. My feedback to you is that you have failed us as a community. If I want to export my work to a PDF I must now first 'Share' to my cloud storage service.. This is now clunky and requires me to 'log in' each time as I have multiple id's using the same cloud services. Being forced to export your work to the cloud makes the product less robust.  It is often quicker to export to our local drives to then get the file shared thrpough email or other means. Your change is a big failure makes it harder for those of us that have more complicated relationships with cloud services than having a single provider - or a single id for a single provider. Not happy and has me looking at CANVA as an alternative.You should have left the old process while you inrtroduced the new process and gotten better feedback from your edge cases. - especially give
