Same problem here, it's about 3 weeks that my iOS app says "Projects created on the Desktop app aren't avalaible on the mobile, please use the new Desktop app, the Mobile app will be updated soon"Very annoying...

I deleted several clips out a video project to download one segment of it with the intent to CMD+Z back to the original state after the download was complete. Then the browser crashed, and now Adobe Express only has the one clip in my project – I can't undo back to the full video.   Does Adobe Express have version history saved anywhere, or is the work lost thanks to my quick and lazy workflow? Thanks!

I am trying to post to Instagram. I have it connected as well as Facebook but every time I ty to publish it fails. I have reconnected and tried so many different things. I am at a loss. I have a creator account but I tried business too. Please help.

Spark Video Downloads in Express take way to long and sometimes don't even download. This is such a huge inconvienince. Please esablish a fix for this or I will go elsewhere for my software needs. 

Hi, I recently resized a document to A5 (148 x 210mm) from px just for continuity purposes to ensure all my documents are edited the same. When I edit it now, however, the numbers when I press the 'alt' button to move things around are now very high (see picture) - this number was previously 43?It only seems to be with this one document, and it's making it tricky to figure out margins etc for continuity when I was so used to the smaller numbers. I'm not sure if this is related, but this document says 'canvas' on the side which my normal ones don't seem to have. It may be a very simple answer, but I don't know how to get it back to normal. Thanks in advance for all your help!

I can't find the way to zoom inn on pictures individually when creating a photo collage in the new version of adobe express App! 😓

I'm embarrassed and frustrated to say that I cannot locate the generative AI images I created and downloaded within Adobe Express. There is an icon to download, and that is what the directions say to use in the instructions, but don't so does not appear to save the image. Some randomly selected images from the creative process get saved, but not at my request and not those I need.  I want to be able to return to the image to make edits (and I'm not very tech savvy). I need to get a product off to print asap and am eager for guidance. Thank you!

que tal amigos desde que contrate adobe cloud, intente usar adobe express y me sale que el sitio no tiene conexion, intente en diferentes computadoras y siempre es lo mismo, entonces lo descarge en el telefono funciono bien dos dias y luego me tiro que no tenia conexion que era imposible abrir la aplicacion, e contactado a soporte y siempre me dan un ticket y no resuelven nada. que me suguieren que podria ser, soy usuario de windows.

I selected a sample YouTube video then tried to Share>Share To Social>Start Connecting. I see the ability to add connectors for other platforms such as TicTok, but I don't see YouTube and don't see a way to add anything. I would like to upload from Adobe Express to YouTube directly. ThanksLarry

Are we able to create custom Adobe Express Webpage templates? Is this being developed? 

I see there is 652 options for Audio Visualizer on Adobe Express...  I am clueless as to how to make one, but really need to.  I have looked for videos online but have struck out... anyone with hints/tips/tricks on a quick and easy solution to put some interviews on to a visualizer?  Thanks  

I select instagram reel and nothing happens. I've tried opening an old project and that doesn't work either. Using app and browser. Same problem. Using Windows. 

When I link my teacher account to google, all but one of my google classroom's show up. My students in that missing class are not able to join. Even when I share the link and code, they're unable to join my Adobe Express class. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I wanted Firefly to create an image of a woman riding mountainbike down a steep, stony, rooty single track, and all of you, men and women, who actually ride mtb knows how it looks: standing position, concentrated face, helmet on your forehead, elbows pointing outwards, dirty clothes, rarely a backpack. I really tried to be extreamly specific about the color on the womans clothes, position on the bike, face expression and so on, and the outcome was a stereotype of a happy smiling woman riding with no effort at all, sitting on the bike like it's a Sunday walk, wearing the helmet like a toddler, clothing not in the colors I specified but instead, and without me asking for it, a f-g backpack! And it doesn't help to write "NOT backpack" or "remove backpack" in the prompt! And of course, when I change the "woman/she/her" to "man/he/his" I get more action and seriousness, (and still a backpack) in the image.🙂I am an amateur, but how can I get Firefly to generate according to my specif

I have been using the Adobe Express GPT with ChatGPT as I've been preparing for a presentation and thought I would share this cool technology. But now it doesn't seem to work? I ask for inspirational design ideas which would show me 3 or 4 template designs. But now it doesn't show any images ... and if it does when I click it, it just brings me to the main page of the Adobe Express app and does NOT show me the templates? Do the programmers test this stuff? Is it a glitch?

I'm trying to make a website for a school project, I have created a new theme. I'm trying to change the font on ANY of the tabs (Heading 1, 2, paragraph, etc) and any time I leave the tab to edit something else on the theme it reverts the font BACK to Montserrat. I can't even save the theme from any of the tabs because it STILL reverts it back. I just want to use a different font! Why is this happening and how do I get it to stop?

Hello. I am a new Premium member and I have noticed that whenever I use generative fill option, I get an error message that says 'Generative fill ran into an error. Please try again later.'This happes more often when I use generative fill for a new project. The other problem I have is the brush not working sometimes and me having to reset it and do the whole process all over again.Please resolve this. Thanks!
