Hi, I am new-ish to Adobe Express and I have found this programme really helpful for the scheduling feature – but when I upload my own imagery it only uplaods 50% of the image with the second half being grey'd out. I have tried reducing the file sizes and different formats with the same outcome. Any help would be appreciated 🙂 I am using it on a mac, and the web browser Safari 15.5.

I am trying to purchase a T-Shirt. I have my design for the front of the shirt, but I am having issues trying to add a picture to the back of the shirt. I am new to Adobe and I have limited experience with Express. Could someone please guide me on how to put a design on the fron and back of the T-Shirt? Thank You in advanceJim C.

 

It is super annoying how you have very little Canadian Content and do not even have Canada listed as a region. I would like to have everything in one place but I have to keep going back to Canva which has TONs of Canadian Content. Why is this?? 

 I run Windows 11 and Edge most recent versions.  Lately I started Adobe Express and really like it, but I'd like to manage the files in "my stuff".  I can upload and download from Adobe express, but I can't open Adobe Express files on my computer. except as pdf.  I get a message that the files don't sync.  Not sure why, but I do use OneDrive for everything.   

How do I crop a photo to be round so I can paste it onto a document as a round photo without the white corners?

Our teachers want students to create posters for printing but the document sizes are in inches or "letter". How can we set default units to metric or paper sizes such as A4 or A3?

Hi - I am a former Content Cal customer. One of the features that I loved was being able to load up the content library with social media posts, then selecting them and then sharing them with a couple of tweaks. Where do I find a similar feature in Adobe Express please?

Hello,I have created two videos this evening using uploaded video from my Nikon D750, which I have done several times before. The video quality looks great in the timeline and on playback in Adobe Express.  When I download the video, some of it is fine but most of it is "jumpy" and shaky.   Like the video freezes and then leaps ahead and a few milliseconds, creating a very jarry playback.  I've tried re-downloading the files multiple times but have the same issue every time.  I also tried playing it in different media players, but it truly seems to be a problem with the video file.  Again, the original videos are NOT shaky and it plays back just fine in Adobe Express.  It's the final download that seems corrupted.  Help?

Can multiple users access the social media scheduler? So for example if one person is away, another can access the scheduler and change/add anything if neccessary.

I recently created a cover within Adobe Express, but when I go to export the image, it has a white bar at the bottom of it when it's not supposed to be there. It doesn't show up within the project though, just the exported version. Why is this happening?

I just woke up this morning and saw that all my projects are GONE! I checked and rechecked everywhere! in 3 different laptos and mobile app...everywhere is empy. ALL my work is gone! I have 3 months of social conent, hundreds of files..! Please Adobe tell me you got backups!!!I need support please and fast! Thank youDaniel 

I put text in the credit box to credit photos when I publish the website in adobe express. I copy the link but the credits are not appearing at the bottom of the page. Can someone let me know how to fix this. I am new to Adobe Express.

Made a 70= page document, paying premium, on mac, firefox (up to date). Where has all my text gone? Each page shows an empty text box with whirring grey symbol FOREVER.Tried accessing through online creativecloud, online Adobe account and also desktop app thing - no good. 

Why is the background remover literally so horrible in Express? It is literally worse than Canva. I thought Adobe was supposed to be the best in the biz. Going back to Canva now.

The elements tab in Express is trash. Type in 'cowboy' and there are 66 results and they all suck! Stock cartoon clip art that no one is going to use. How do they expect anyone to move from Canva to Express when they have 1000's of bugs and horrible elements/graphics and the worst background remover on the internet?

I recently switched from an iPhone 13 Pro Max to a 15 promax and today whenever I went to log into my spark page app to access all of our company pricing, it would pull up the app, but it would not upload any of my projects. All of the icons and the descriptions of the projects are there but when I click on it, it's just a white page. I tried deleting the app to reinstall it and see if that fix the issue but when I deleted it and went to search for again, it appears that it's no longer an option to download? What has happened? 

Can't open projects in new tab from recents. Can't generate captions without downloading and re-upping. These are absurd oversights. When is this being fixed?!?!?!?

I created and published a web page (newsletter) in Adobe Express.If I duplicate the page, and then make changes to the copy, I get the same link to publish as the original page.How do I ensure two different links?

Can Adobe Express have at the bottom a scrollbar to navigate through all pages of the document fast without clicking side arrows to turn each page?Thank you.
