Questions

Hello, I'm trying to invite a student to Adobe Express and when he enters his email, he is denied. I've looked and he is entering his email correctly when I invite him via the class code or link.  I'm wondering if the issue is that our education email ends in ".com" and our student emails end in ".me"?  Thanks for your help!Leah

Hi all,I've created a video project using Adobe Express mobile (android) - a basic slideshow composed of several pages/slides with photos. When trying to export as a video, I get a warning that each slide will be exported as a separate video file. The same happens when using Share option. And indeed I end up with one mp4 file per slide. Of course I could then merge all the files manually. But it seems illogical... any idea how to get a single video for the whole project? Thanks,Pascal.

I want to fade out the indicated edges of this design gradually to transparency so that it's an irregular, cloud like effect rather than the sharp edges. I want the edges to seem to blend into the shirt. Please give directions on how to do this. Thanks in advance!

Why are pngs I drag in having pixelated curves. I made sure the file is 1080 x 1080 and working inside a 1080 square. This shouldnt happen. Come on Adobe. Do better. Canva just triple their prices., This is the opportunty to take over.

I exported a pdf and imported in Express. My logo is not broken up into 15-20 layers. Painful.

The ability to share folders of projects with team members is a fundamental feature currently unavailable in Adobe Express. In the current release, sharing is handled on the project level. If a user wants to share a project with their team, each team member must be individually added as an editor. If Adobe Express seeks to replace Canva, this feature is necessary. Teams share folders, not just libraries of assets. While the latter is a fantastic feature, the ability to share folders of projects with a team is equally critical and frustratingly absent as of December 2022. Can someone from the Adobe Express Product Team confirm this feature is on the product roadmap and provide an estimated deployment timeframe?

Has anyone found a practical way to generate ad creatives at scale?I use Adobe Express for many things, but it's a different story when it comes to generating highly converting ad creatives at scale.  Let me know!

I cannot work on my logo file nor download it. The Logofile will not open so I can make changes. All my other files open correctly and can be downloaded.

When posting Ai generated videos to tiktok from Adobe Express (AE) there is no option within AE to label content as 'Ai Generated' per tiktok guidelines. Will this get resolved?

I can't seem to add ai voices

quiero convertir un video de adobe express a premiere pro

Hi, so I pay  for adobe for work. We are a teaching and service provider for individuals who are mandated to take classes by the courts. Such as BIPP, anger management, etc.. I need to make a list of what is considered se***l abuse for this lesson plan, but adobe won't let me do it because of the subject!!! but it is MY JOB

Please add support for exporting videos in WEBM format. This feature would greatly help us when creating videos with transparent backgrounds.Thanks.

On the adobe express website you can save your files and arrange them in to folders. I don't see that on the iPad app. Am I missing it or did adobe not include that?

Trying to erase just the light gray background of my photo of a bird on a branch. The app erases the background AND the branch, which is a medium brown and fairly prominent. Would really appreciate a solution to this issue. Probably something simple that I just don't see.

Hi,Our team is trying to find how you can apply a custom theme/brand (with fonts/colours and perhaps a template) to new Adobe Express web pages, similar to how you could do so with the old version of Adobe Express.Do you have any steps on how to do this or info on when this feature may be added?Thank you.

I want to use this tool but can't until I can add alt text when scheduling a post. Why is it missing?

Hello, I have had an issue for a few months now with adobe express not working on my windows 10 machine. Both is chrome and the app from the microsoft store. I can go to the homepage but I can not get into  any projects (new or old) and it just gets stuck in the load screen forever. It was working on my computer and one day just stopped. It still works on my laptop but this is a very frustrating issue. It seems that many othger users are experiencing this issue and are unable to access this service. I am paying for premium and I am computer litterate. I have follwed the suggestion like turning off adblock, turning off firewall, making sure vpn is off, clearing caches and allowing 3rd party cookies all to no avail. Since I can not access my product why should I still be paying for it. Would love some help as it was saving me a lot of time. Thanks

I have created a library of templates which were working fine up and until a month ago, and it does not let me create any projects from templates. The screen simply does not load them. But when I go into the library I can see them all there.

For some reason, I am not seeing any of the options for AI on my iPad version of Adobe Express. I can see them just fine on my android mobile version. Both are updated. I'm not sure if I just have something disabled on my iPad version, but I feel like it would reflect the settings on both devices. Pls help!

I am trying to organize my files. How do I move a page in one file to another file. I do NOT want to create a folder.

I hope this is the right place to submit a feature request, because here I am :). I've been so happy with Adobe Express thus far, but would like more text editing tools. The ability to change the text's shape in different ways (for example, in a wavy line) instead of only having a full curve or circle would be immensely benficial to many of us for things such as social posts. I also think the ability to add glyphs would make designs produced with this platform more engaging and attractive. Adobe Express is my go-to platform for design, and I sincerely hope to see these features at our fingertips one day!

I have used the AI Generative option in Photoshop to place human facsimiles in enviormants I've created. I usually prompt that the person look either left or right. 25% of the time the prompt is successful. But there is one thing that has been quite consitant. IF I PROMPT the AI GENERATIVE option and request a "Male young adult, blond hair" 75% of the time the human facsimile is a slight but recognizable variation of RYAN REYNOLDS.  Is this  a publicity choice because he starred in the movie FREE GUY in 2021  for 21st Century? Jus wondering

When I convert my Illustrator file to Express I click on translate, I choose language I want, select my tone of voice but after it says no page and when I click on translate I've got a message select a page ... ? do you have an issue. thanks.
