Changed Primary Email on Account, Adobe Sign confirmations going to old email

Like title says, changed primary email on my adobe account then sent a contract out for signature - but the confirmation went to the old email. Additionally, if I try to access Adobe Sign from my browser, I get the following error (see attached).

I have the same issue. I no longer have access to my primary email, but the request to change it is sent to that adress. Any Adobe Expert have an answer to this problem?
