I have run into problems with being able to both sign (along with other individuals) and then subsequently approve an agreement (I am undertaking two different project roles). After all the signatures have been gathered, I click the link on the email to approve but it says I am logged in already. I then click the sign out box, sign in again but then there are no options to approve. Is it inbuilt inot Adobe Sign that the approver is always a different person? I maanaged to work around this by using a different email address but don't wish to do this in the future if I can Might another solution would be to put my 2nd signature as a Stage 2 signature (so I sign after everyone else has signed). This allows me to use the same assurance process (sign the form once all signatures gathered) but maybe allowing me to use the same email address/account Thanks in advance
I send and sign documents . I would like to create groups in order to send documents to many people . I need from each of them a signature . How can I do this ? Thanks for your support .
I have a template used to review and approve documents. it currently works in 5 steps, but I want the option so that in Step 2, if the reviewer indicates no changes are needed to the document and it's ready to be finalized, that the routing skips Steps 3 & 4 and goes straight to Step 5 (meaning I don't want the reviewer to recieve the form again if no changes are needed). If I make Step 3 and 4 conditional on whether the reviewer indicates in Step 2 that changes are needed, based on a radio button click, will the routing also change? I put in an email address for a signer with an Asian name. I got an email from the person asking why his last name was given as Green instead of Chiang. I apologized and said I would send another, figuring it was some kind of autocorrect. However, when I went in, I discovered that I could not change the name. So I deleted the form and started over putting in the email address with no name. Once again it created a document addressed to Green instead of Chiang.
Hi, My colleague would like an agreement send using AdobeSign with some Track Changes in the document. When I input the agreement into AdobeSign it removes these. Is this because an agreement should be a clean copy? Any help would be appreciated.
How do I move Custom stamps to a new install?
If I create a web form for our employees, how can I get that form to do directly to their managers for approval? I won't know who the manager is until an employee fills out the form and not all managers have admin access to adobe sign. Is this even possible?

Mail has been sent for signature with document sucessfully. I am getting an error in salesforce "Invalid or no file info is provided." in the agreement record. I am using attachment from conga template. for signature only using adobe sign.

After using Adobe Sign for over 2 years, I'm completely at a loss for a resolution on this one.My returned, signed documents are now coming back with the signature in an incredibly small font and I do not know why?Same signers, single and multiple signers, but the font is sooo small. Oh, and the signature block was the same length as the line below it.Can I adjust this?
I am using adobe sign in NetSuite to automate sending purchase agreements to customers. I have text form tags in the form for signature lines. The problem is that the font is pretty small. My code for one signature line is {{#Sender =Sig1_es_:sender:signature}} {{$Sender }}.{{$Sender }} being where the signature line will be at. Text is super small. I have tried adding {{#Sender =Sig1_es_:sender:signature:font(size=12)}} but that doesn't do anything when going to sign the document. Dimension also doesn't work with reference tags. It tells me that the reference can't find the definition or something similar. The place that I am adding the text tag is a text field box, so I don't have the ability to change the font size of the "{". Not sure how to go about solving this issue.
After I send a contract out for signature, the email confirmation I recieve has this as the subject line. I really don't want my customers to see this when they recieve a contract from me! Why is this happening? Previously, when using Adobe Sign, I could drag the field boxes to the form, and the boxes would automatically "snap" to the line. For some reason, this is no longer working as of today. I have not, to my knowledge, touched any settings. I'm using a fully text-searchable PDF converted from a Word file. This worked for dozens for documents previously; this is the first time I am encountering the problem. Restarting, reconverting the original file have not worked. I did see a post from October 2020 about this topic, but no one replied, so I am posting to avoid using a stale post.
I am trying to create a pdf contract which contains a hyperlink (to access an online form to complete that I have done via JotForm). I can set this up but once the document is sent out for signature, the hyperlink is no longer showing or functional so does this mean that the person receiving the contract will not see or be able to access the hyperlink?
How do I send one person a document for signature and another person a CC Copy?
Sometimes when I upload a document to sign myself, upload a document to send for someone else to sign, or create a template and send it out for signature, the ending results are completely unusable. I will place field in certain locations on the document (name, address, date, signature, etc.), assigned it to a person, make sure it is required, and send it off for signature. Other times, I will upload a document for myself and use the writing, check mark, and signature tools to complete. When the person receives it, they are prompted to fill in their responses and sign the document as normal with everything in the right places. When I fill out the document, everything is in the right places. Once the document is submitted, all of a sudden the pdf shows the text, check mark, and signature responses on random locations on the page or pages. Often, it is inside of the actual words of the document. I have not been able to find a solution to this issue and have not noticed a pattern between
I am on an enterprise plan with our company.No one including our admin or reseller is able to tell me why I do not have access to web forms. Is anyone able to shed some light as to why I do not have the option for web forms? I can only see the following:

Dear Team, There is a PDF form, where we need to do mutipls signature, while doing second signature the first signature turns invalid with error message "at least one signature is invalid”. Also "Show signature's certificate" buttton not functioning/working. kindly assist us to resolve the isssue.
Hello,I am trialing Adobe Sign and cannot find where to create a web form. This is why I am trialing it. I have followed all the tutorials, but I do not have a "Publish Web Fom" button and I search "All Tools" and there was nothing for Web Forms. Please help!
