I am using Adobe sign and I am trying to fit a long text area which contains a two or more paragraphs in a single field. The same field I am trying to fit in Adobe template using merge mapping. When the document goes for signature, it displays only a single line and the remaining portion is cropped off. I would like to know if there is any tag to make Adobe Sign understand long text area.

I need to use static access token.How to get it?

So I need to make a merge field that is capable of presenting multiple lines of data. Right now the field works, but cuts off after 1 line.I found a text tag rule (multiline), but when I add it to the text tag it stops populating in the document. Maybe this rule can only be applied to text fields that are _es_? Or is there something I'm missing?Here's how I write the tag... {{!Special.Terms:multiline }} Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!                                                                                                                                                         

I signed a multi-person document using Adobe Sign. Every time I clicked my assigned boxes, my initials were shown. Once I finished signing and sent the document to the next person, my initials had become a check mark.How did this happen and how do we make sure it never happens again?

 Bonjour,We use the mandatory Function & Company name (Account / Signature Preferences / Supplemental Parameters) in order to get an additionnal page at the end of the signed pdf.Some of our signed pdf documents get an extra-large page format A3)  - our documents have 3-5 pages, legal format.This only appears on some documents and started this week ( week of  january 31st 2020).

does the receiver should have PDF subscriptions before they can open the form that we sent? or they can open it even they dont have pdf installed at their end?

A user has saved a signature in their profile by uploading an image (.png & .jpg).If he wants to sign a document that was sent to him via AdobeSign, this signature is not displayed to him, although it is saved in the profile. If he adds a signature to his profile using the mobile phone option, the option will be displayed to him immediately when signing a document that was sent via AdobeSign to him.Why does this work with the mobile option but not with the picture option?

Using the Adobe Acrobat – PDF and e-signature tools add-on through Google Workspace. Pre populated signature form field is not supported. Does anyone know why? Is this just not supported for some reason? 

Hello, I am using a trial version of Adobe sign, and want to use the connector/s in MS Power Automate.I can sign into the standard online account without a problem, but it does not accept the email & password when trying to establish the connector . Anything to do with the trial version ?Would really appreciate any help on this as I am tearing my hair out at the moment. Thanks       

Hello team  As pr below screenshot i can see there is file limitation of 10 MB that can be uploaded to Adobe . Wanted to know if there is a way to upload file size of desired limit say 100 MB or more .  

Hi. My client is having issue when they are using Adobe Sign for Word add-in on our Terminal Servers. The error is on the Send for Signature when the Preview & Send toggle is selected. The error message is "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please restart application or try again later. If the problem presists, contact customer service." Anyone knows how to fix this issue? We're using Microsoft Word 2016 Pro Plus runing on Windows Server 2012 R2. Thank you very much.

I started a new Adobe Sign Enterprise Trial. I was able to add a user, but I'm having errors adding 2 more users, even though it states that I can add up to 10.Account > Users > Create a New UserI add the mail, first and last name, and it says:You cannot add that email address to your account.

We send out a packet of 4-5 documents regularly. Up until the other day we were able to download each document individually and it would automatically populate the file name. Now, the file name shows up as 2022-01- and random numbers and letters. Now we are having to download the documents and renaming each document. How do we fix this???

Hi, I have issues with a document on which I need to get signatures. When sending the signature request, no one is able to open it. I have sent 4 documents to be signed the same morning, all worked except this one that no one can view. I have no issue on my side to preview / access the document but people who are supposed to review and sign this file cannot access it. Can you please help? Thank you,Céline

Hello,  I work for a large organization that has several "companies" with different users based on the section of the organization they work for.  I have been assigned licenses in two of these companies, but only seem to be able to use one of the company groups as the other isn't available unless I'm on the administration page. The problem is that most of the templates I have built need to be shared with people in the company I don't seem to have direct access to (I posted a screenshot of the message I get when I try to share with someone in the 2nd organziation below).  I'm trying to think of possible work arounds such as getting another email set up so that the two accounts are separate and not tied to the same email, but then when I try to export my templates all the fields get reset and rebuilding them all would be a nightmare. Is there an easy way to switch between my two accounts that I'm not seeing? If not, is there a way to export my templates with

Hi Team, I have created an Adobe ID and requested for a Developer Trail on Adobe Sign. However after successful login to Adobe Sign I am requested for Email verification. I do recieve the Email verification email, but when I click on the verification link (/ copy link to a seperate window) I am logged into Adobe Sign and I land the same page requesting for Email Verification ! Any help to get myself out of this infinte loop is appriciated ! Thanks,Nithin

I have a user that could sign documents, but now cannot. The user clicks the emailed document link which loads in Chrome (for now). He clicks on his signature field in the document, then his signature image appears, and finally, a widget appears pointing to the bottom of the document to complete the operation (to Send), yet the bar containing the send button does not appear. Something does happen down there though, like it wants to pop up, but gets suppressed. The really weird thing is if I choose to open the document link in Edge, he is able to sign and send without a problem. So the issue is definately tied to his instance of Chrome browser. I have been testing and looking for an answer to no avail. Have any of you folks run into this? How did you fix it? (thanks in advance!)

Is there a location where there is a disclaimer something like "I allow my signature to be used in a virtual or electronic form"?
