Como mantengo la configuracion creada al cerrar un PDF

There are only 7 pages and therefore 7 places to sign initials, however, the system tells me that there are 13 required fields to sign, and even after I sign the whole 7 pages, the system still tells me that I have 6 more required fields to sign, which I think is an IT error.  And from there, the “Next” yellow-tab just indefinitely loops me between page 2 to 7 to sign without leading me to complete the process.

Hi, We are getting 404 error while consuming API fro getting access token. We are following as per given in below link. Even passing correct client_id, client_secret, code, grant_type, request_uri it is still throwing error. I am wanting to put a contract on Adobe Sign.  It needs to go to one person for signature, then to the manager for signature to complete the contract, before sending a copy to each party to keep, with both signatures on it. Can this be done, or is there a work-around for it?

We have several users that are unable to use Adobe Sign.  The error they receive is always the same and is represented by the picture shown.I have tried:Uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe and Creative Cloud AppsRemoving the Product from the user and then adding it backLogging out of and back into Creative CloudLogging out of and back into Document Cloud Having said all of that and reading extensively online, I believe the issue pertains to our setup. I work at a university and we have the Higher Ed version of Creative Cloud All-Apps.  For this, our Organization is AICUO - UniversityName.   When they removed Adobe Sign from that package, we bought licenses for Adobe Sign.  When they were delivered, they came in under a new organization, UniversityName IT.  The same email address is used for both organizations. Please tell me if this can and does cause problems. -Russell

Need help with generating auth token. Passing the value correctly also passing the client secret and id but getting authentication error.   What should be the redirect uri over here not sure whether it is causing the problem.Its a post request   

How many opportunties does a sign get to enter their password before the document is canceled due to failed password entry?Is there a way to increase the number of times a password may be tried before the agreement is canceled?Is there an easy way to resend that dcoument for signature or does it need to be recreated as a new document?

Hi, Does anyone use Adobe Sign within the Pharmaceutical Sector ?As an requierement for compliance and security we have to use Single-Sign-On for all of our systems.The problem is that Adobe Sign uses SSO to authenticate the user, and does not request the user to re-enter their password, which makes Adobe Sign non-compliant in regards to FDA 21 CFR part 11. Even though Adobe Sign documents state that the signatures are seen as legal and valid. So I wonder if out setup of SSO is wrong or Adobe Sign is configured wrongly for us. 

While we are sending an agreement, if we attach multiple documents it was merging as a single document and passes to customer. After the customer signature the final agreement was sent by adobe it was not merging at that time but in salesforce the final agreement was mergedAs per the requirement the documents need to be stored separately in salesforce.

I was able to get the multiselect checkboxes to work fine for acrobat documents.  You just assign the same name and different values to the checkboxes, but when I upload the document to adobe sign it seems to convert these checkboxes to radio buttons.  Is there anyway around this?  See example attached.  The left is the form in adobe sign.  The right is the same form in adobe acrobat.Thanks,Ben

I am trying to send a document for signature, but keep receiving the following error:We were unable to proceed since the dialog box was closed. Please start again and follow the prompts in order to successfully finish the process. Does anyone know anything about this error? Thanks SW

hello im new with adobe sign and i would like to desactivate and change the password of some user but in the menu as admin the option is not available , in the menu i just can see the blue link "Edit User" but not the other options as is in the official documentation in the next image. Thanks for your time and help

Is it possible to be an Adobe Sign Administrator without being a licensed user? I don't have a need for Acrobat Pro or Sign, but I do admin and manage the licenses and contracts for the Adobe products. I do not have access to the Admin features in Sign--it redirects me to start a free Trial. 

Very frustrating. Unable to get document cloud on PC to sync with Adobe sign on Android phone. I can access files on adobe sign via dropbox but you would think it would be the other way around. How do I get the Adobe cloud to sync with adobe sign? I have uninstalled and re-installed app, nothing seems to work.  Thanks.

Hello there, I'd like to format the fields that contain phone numbers.In particular, I'd like to have a phone number appear in this format (XXX) XXX-XXXX when a user enters their number.I already have the validation setup for phone numbers which allows 10 digits but the format is just 10 digits XXXXXXXXXX, which isn't very user friendly.I know this is possible to do on adobe acrobat, but the formatting  isn't preserved when I upload the document on adobe sign. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

The enterprise service plan also lets senders request signatures in any of these languages. Hello,I am using Adobe Acrobat DC and the Adobe Sign is included. Why is it that I do not have the “multilanguage sending and signing” option as described above?  When I bought this service, I thought that it was included. I have French clients and I would like to change the request to sign, in French. I greatly appreciate the product except for this missing option. It looks like, I would have to pay substantially more just to have the multilanguage option.Thank you for your help!

I have an Adobe DC Pro account that has Sign in it. How do I add a user so they can access their own signature etc... instead of having to log into my account every time...? Thanks

We are looking for On-premises E-signing (NOT Digital Signature) APIs which can be integrated with our product. Due to security concern we can not allow documents available outside our network. Please note that our product is developed using C#, Asp.Net, MVC technologies. Please let me know if this is provided by eSign (EchoSign).ThanksAbhishek

On previous signing systems I could run reports showing how many times each user sent documents out for signature for the past 90 days. Is there any user report tracking functionality available in adobesign so we can confirm which users are using the software? 

The external users having Adobe Sign account ever logged in were asked to login when signing the document.  This behaviour is not happening to external users without Adobe Sign account.  A similar behaviour was described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-sign/e-sign-document-requires-adobe-login/m-p/9786007 but the solution is not helpful.  Is there a way to avoid this behaviour?

We want send out a document through Mega sign, importing  a csv file. Some names will have special characters (å,ä,ö) and here we have a problem. Below csv file including a name with “å”.  The document that the person signs, extracts below name, with a “?” instead of “å”.  Also the sign includes the “?”   How can we make sure the special characters in the Swedish alphabet will sync from the csv file to the Adobe document?
