Question

Hi, I'm new to stock photography. Adobe Stock rejected this image for technical quality issues, but I'm not sure what the problem is. I'd really appreciate any feedback on what needs improvement. Thank you!

This is a great theme photo, is this real or did you do c=some excess AI tricks?

Here is the thing, Adobe’s moderators have a tough job, and the fact is that no one knows how much of the selection process is done by AI.

I have experienced rejections enough rejections to blow a gasket, only to have the same photos approved when I resubmitted 3-4 days later.

Your photo does have a bit too much of an orange cast, which I don’t personally mind but could automatically flag the shot. Make it a bit brighter, add a (little) contrast, some cyan- blue, and resubmit 3-4 days later.

Definitely make a print for yourself and hang it on your wall.

    Cheers!

    Hello,

I would suggest that you think about the white balance. It is a bit too yellow, so the moderators may have thought about this.

    Here is a quick correction:

It is pollen that I suppose is coming off the bee.

    I’d hide them myself.

Sensor spots and the flower could be a bit sharper.
