I can't sell photos, It doesn't work and I don't what else to do.

1. I go https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1

2. There are two options, I select "No, I'm not. Proceed to next step"

3. It shows next error: There was an error creating your account. Please try again.

I writed to adobe by email, but they don't help me, I chated with adobe but they don't help me, I don't know what to do, buy I am 10 days with this problem, speaking and sending emails and chats, but nobody solve my problem. Sorry but I don't understand Adobe working so bad to solve problems.

Someone here would be so kind to help me please. Thank you so much.

I SOLVED IT. Do you know how?

I signed out from Fotolia and from Adobe, and created a new one with a new email directly in Adobe Stock. So Quickly is working. But something wrong is with my another account that I didn't discover.

What you did was an option I considered, however I wanted it to be the last resort. First I wanted you to sign out of both accounts then try to sign in to Fotolia. If that worked then sync.

If that did not work, the second screen print suggested you have incorrect credentials. If your username was correct then you could have tried clicking on "I forget my password", in which case hopefully you'd gain access. Then if that did not work I'd have suggest doing what you did.  But usually the correct way to go about solving issues is by process of illimitation, and delete is usually the very last resort when all else have failed.

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot post here without an Adobe account, hence am I to understand you to be saying, that you signup but unable to upload images to Adobe Stock?

Or is it that you've uploaded the image but unable to access them?

Yes I have an Adobe Stock account.

When I go: https://contributor.stock.adobe.comhttps://contributor.stock.adobe.com/

It redirect to https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1 (I attach screenshot)https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/onboarding/sync-fotolia-1

Then I click on the button: No, I'm not. Proceed to next step

And show me the error attached in the screenshot

If yes, Did you sync it with Adobe Stock?
