I created a payout request on June 1, 2026, it is still pending. What can i do? do i need to contact support team? if so kindly provide support email. please

    You are on day 8. Business days are Monday through Friday. The day of withdrawal does not count. You’ll probably see payment no later than the 15th, though I’ve waited as long as 13 days on one occasion. It’ll arrive.

      It’s been only 8 business days since you requested a payout. 

      Be patient. Money transfers take 10-15 business days. 

      It shouldn’t be much longer.
