Could someone help me understand why "image doesn't meet our quality standards"? 

Please tell me. I'm registered on Adobe stock as an author under one email address. In order to withdraw money to Pioneer from Adobe Stock, the email address must match the one specified in the registration, can I specify a different email address?

Tried to upload new photos today and encountered some kind of error. The photos take a long time to load and a red notification pops up. Is it because of my internet or something with the server?

No matter how many times I click in "NO", to informe that there are no persons in the picture, this mark never rest. When I come back to see, always, in all fotos, there are that red sign, as if I did not answer if there are persons in the picture. How do I fix it?

Hello, I am trying to upload images to approval proces into Stock Adobe.However uploads always fails with folloing message:image had upload errors. Learn more about submissionImages are in PNG and JPEG format, larger then minimum and smaller then maximum size. Anyone can help with this?

Hello Adobe Stock Community, I’m reaching out due to significant delays with my Adobe Stock account, which is preventing me from starting to earn despite applying all recommended strategies. My Situation:I currently have 48 images pending review, with some awaiting approval for nearly 3 months. This delay has made it challenging to get started and build momentum. Additionally, two images were approved about 1.5 months ago but have yet to be downloaded, so my earnings haven't begun. I’ve carefully applied best practices: Keywording thoroughly for high visibility. Uploading high-quality, unique content aligned with popular themes. My Concern:The review period has been unusually long, impacting my ability to establish any earnings. I’m also concerned that after approval, downloads haven’t started, leaving me unsure of how to proceed effectively on Adobe Stock. Hello, I am upload file to approval proces into Stock Adobe but long time inreview. what is the problem..?

I read on the internet that png files take the longest time to be approved. And I would like to find out, if I upload images in other formats, let's say jpg, will the approval time decrease? Will they be approved faster?

Hi. I've not had trouble uploading photos previously but now I'm getting a message the says " Unable to upload all files. All of the files in your selection are unsupported by adobe Stock and hence cannot be uploaded". I was only trying to upload one image in the first instance. Any ideas why this would happen and how I can rectify it? Thanks in advance.

I'm excited to be an Adobe Contributor.  I use an iPhone 13 ProMax, and shoot everything in AppleRaw. (I also have a Canon Mark 3 that I am getting back into using) The cat cleaning herself on the stairs was excepted.  All the other photos were rejected on Quality Issues. . I use iPhotos, and did some edits.  Can someone tell me if that was the wrong thing to do?  Should I just submit photos as they are shot? The photo of the cat sleeping on the stairs was shot within minutes of the cat cleaning herself,  that was accepted, both have similar edits, what are the quality issues with that one? I didn't make notes of what my edits were, I know that with iPhotos I can 'revert' to the original.   Please be constructive, tell me what doesn't work and how to fix it; what works? I'm just starting out, this is the very first submission.   I do have Photoshop and Lightroom.  I just fool around with those, but if they are better I'll learn.  Thank you a

Hi!I am a Adobe stock contributor from Australia. On 25 October 2024 I tried to get a payout ($26.21) on PayPal, but the system said that the payout could not be completed. This is not my first payout and I did not get any email from Adobe related to this.Could you help me, please?I tried to write message to "Contact us", but the system said "We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case. Please post your question in the forum in the meantime, while we resolve this temporary issue."Thank you  

I am trying to upload some vector art, this is what i am gettingI tested with multiple assets, i get the same error.The last asset i tried was a simple SVG iconI also tested with a vector that is already in queu (that means it was accepted by the system) and now I get that upload errror.
