I have just uploaded several footage ith Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin souvenirs coins from China at Adobe. All videos with only Bitcoin coin were accepted by Adobe. But the videos with Ethereum and Litecoin coins are not accepted because of "intellectual property". Are the logos of Ethereum and Litecoin different than Bitcoin? I read that everyone can use the logos or does Adobe disagree? Do I have to upload this as an "editorial"?
Hola. Por más que lo intento no consigo subir fotos aquí para su revisión. ¿Estoy haciendo algo mal?

Hi, community. A little help here. This photo was rejected for "quality issues", why? [Moderator cured topics, please do not check all available topics, but only the relevant ones.]
How is it that some crowd photos on the street pass Adobe Stock and others do not? Does the author of the photos run after everyone on the street and ask them to fill in permission to publish their image? After all, this is ludicrous. Below is an example that has been accepted:
I uploaded my assets like 15 days ago but not getting any response from the adobe stock? What should I do now? Please help!
My PAYOUT button on my personal Adobe Stock Contributor Account has not worked for a while-- my current balance is $152. But I am unable to receive my payment because the PAYOUT button is not responding it just doesn't work and hasn't after many tries PLUS I am NOT receiving any reply to my emails to contributor support. Why is support acknowledging my email? Last week they replied with a survey only but no assistance or acknowledgment of my issue! What's going on?!
Hello, I have two questions:Currently I have pictures pending which are out to be reviewed since oer 24 days. I already had the clue, that vectors are getting reviewed faster and that there must be a priority reviewing depending on tags of pictures. But still I am a bit concerned at the moment about the times.Second question that I do have is, that your team sometimes falsly rejects photography which do not require property releases, how do I handle those? I tried with uploading a form/guarantee pointing out, why the picture doesnt infringe copyrights, but it's not working. I even had 2 photos of the same object, a german town hall from market place in different light beeing one taken into the shop the other rejected for copyright infringmenet. I have no options of contesting that decision in that case, and a reupload seem to be rejected instantly or very fast as its already rejected in my history. I do not argue any other decisions, but property releases and copyrights is a matte
I have submitted several model releases that have been rejected because the e-mails bounced? All of the e-mails can't be wrong. Why are teh e-mail addresses bouncing?

Hello! I am an amature photographer and new to posting my images here. This is my first image that has been rekected and I am just wondering what may be specifically wrong with my image that resulted in 'quality issues'. Thank you so much!
Greetings!,I generated an images using generative AI and upscaled it to suit Adobe Stock but it got rejected in moderation. Can anyone please give some inputs on created good quality photos and possible reasons for rejection. ThanksAnushk.
Hi, I got several rejections due to similar images in my portfolio although e.g. these were buildings from places I have never been before or a different bird species... Here was answered that it may be rejected because of similars in the whole database. But that’s not what the rejection reason says. On the other side they may close the account if one submits to much similars. Therefore, my question: can one get the account closed because one gets this rejection reason to many times?
Bonjour pourquoi cette photo a était refusé pour des problèmes de qualités ? Merci.
hello team adobestock contributors, why has it been almost 2 months since my photo has not been reviewed and approved, and I see that my friend has only been approved for 2 weeks
This photo was taken with my Z Fold 3 camera by hand. I'm a complete newbie, but ready to start a new hobby of posting stock photos. I read a couple of articles on editing stock photos before submission. I looked at using Canava free editor, and Adobe Photoshop Express but decided against doing edits, as I had no idea what I was doing. I'm looking to buy a new camera. I'm looking for a great online on-demand course. I usually take courses on udemy. Should I complete my photography masterclass before making another submission? This photo was rejected for quality issues: I'd like to know what the specific quality issues are, and how to fix them going forward. Thanks for taking the time to respond to this post,James
Hello, I'm Adobe stock contributor for few years now and with new AI image generators I got too excited and carried away by uploading multiple similar motifs which resulted in my account getting blocked. I've sent email response to requested email and I'm wondering if there is any hope for my account. I would've stopped spamming earlier, but I didn't realise that I was breaking the rules as I didn't get any warnings so far. I live in a country with low wages and contributing to Adobe Stock helps me alot. I understand now that I should focus more on quality and more different motifs over quantity. I apologise if I posted this in a wrong section as this is my first time using community forum.---Thank you, Tomislav V. (Hello,Your Adobe Stock/Fotolia account has been blocked because you have been sending content which is deemed to be spam/unnecessary.As a general rule, contributors should limit themselves to three significant versions of a single motif, unless the complexity
Hello community. Was refused for technical reasons in a series of photos. Thank you all in advance for your replies.
Recently, I have noticed that the review of my uploads seems to be paused. Typically, some of my uploads get accepted while others may not. However, in the recent past, there have been no changes in the status of my uploads. I am unsure of the reason behind this pause in the review process.I kindly request your assistance in understanding the cause of the pause and what steps I should take to have the review process resumed. Your insights on this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention and support.
Hi I'm new here and I would know what's wrong whit this image bcs it's saying bad quality.
Hi everyone! Is it worth to buy a canon D250 for shooting video on stocks [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi Adobe and everyone. Can you please tell me what conditions are not met in these AI-generated images? They are rejected due to quality issues. I would appreciate your opinion
I've 17 photos to upload from a month in New Zealand, and 12 of them have people in them. Most of the photos were taken on different dates. Can I put a date 'range' on the model release forms or do they all have to have only one date on them? If so, then I've worked out I will need to create 22 model release forms to cover this. It seems a bit like hard work. I also submit to other stock libraries, so this will be multiplied.I realise I can 90% fill out the forms leaving the date blank and then photocopy, but it's still going to be 22 bits of paper to sort out.
I'm curious what changed with the approval process in the last month. I had no trouble uploading images on a regular basis these past few years, but this last month I now have an impressive 90-100% rejection rate on ALL commercial images. "Quality Issues" is all it ever says, so there's no input. All my Illustrative Editorials get approved no problem, but all commercial content has been denied for literally no reason whatsoever. I have tried every single edit I can think of, to cropping, to resizing, it just makes no difference. I have noticed Adobe rejects perfectly exposed images, to in recent years I have to raise the exposure slightly to get them accepted. Well, this past month that doesn't work either. I'm at an absolute loss at to why my commercial content is no longer accepted. Like I said, my editorials are accepted no problem, it's just affecting my commercial uploads. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
